Do not stay here! the front desk clerk was extremely cocky & rude (which I have on video) after we informed her the room she gave us had vomit dried to the side of the bed & the chair was missing the cushion & had dead bugs on it where the cushion should have been (which I have photos & video of also! inot to mention the entire 2nd floor smelled like marijuana! I have reported them to yhe health department & called the corporate office & choice privileges! the place is a trash dump, so waste hour time or money! the manager is jamie gonzales & he seems to be imaginary! we are a military family with a service dog & seasoned travelers, & we woukd not even allow the dog to stay here! all reviews we have read are the same — bad! roach motel is an understatement! do not let your family stay here, unless you hate them! disgusting.
The worst experience ever, do not book with them. Very dirty rooms, People smoking pot, doing drug deals in the room next to us, we did not even stayed, we left. Went downstairs to get our money and still has not returned our money on card, they charged our card twice. And all we got was the front desk lady yelling at us saying she’s gonna call the cops.
