Incredibly loud, poor construction makes sound travel worse. Would not recommend unless you have ear pugs or something to create sound in your room. Not a restful night.

This hotel was definitely designed for comfort and relaxation while one vacation. Though this was a one night stay to catch a plane at 0500 they did offer shuttle service and they were on time as I asked 0300 for ship out time. The pool I was informed was heated but upon entry it was very cold. The room was amazing, the bed seemed a bit firm but overall these Hilton never seizes to amaze me on each stay.

Nice clean rooms. Staff were all professional and nice. Great location just south of old town Grapevine. You could walk there. They do have free shuttle services to places close by. Lobby is nice and you're allowed to hang down there all night.

I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions. The rooms are quiet and clean, the staff with whom I’ve had interactions are all pleasant. I was a bit apprehensive at first due to the proximity to a highway, but from inside the rooms you cannot hear any traffic. In fact, I have not even ever heard people in the adjacent rooms, and I have stayed when the hotel was full. One of the best places to stay near DFW, in my opinion.

The room was nice and clean. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool in the 90 degree weather. The TV was very old and didn't even have a TV guide, you had to go station by station watching a little to find out what was on, plus no streaming options. There's also no free breakfast option, even though the pay breakfast is equal to the free breakfast at many hotels. Overall it was a good stay, but the rooms really need updating.

The staff was friendly, the room seemed pretty clean. The room service was tasty. The refreshments provided by the hotel for my conference were tasty. Unfortunately, the bed is incredibly hard (and I prefer a firm mattress). The mini fridge was buzzing. The walls are not well sound proofed. There was a weird scratching sound most of the night. I travel frequently and don't normally have a problem sleeping in hotels, but this was exceptionally bad.

I travel for work frequently and have stayed at the HGI Grapevine a handful of times now. The hotel is always clean, staff is always friendly, breakfast is always quality, and the beds are on the firmer side which is a huge plus for me. The only thing that stops me from giving a 5 star rating is the limited workout equipment. It's just the standard treadmill, elliptical, bike, and up to 50lb dumbbell set up. Overall, very good Hilton property with great airport and restaurant proximity.

Was very clean except for under the bed. The pool was nice but the heater wasn't turned on so the water was very cold. There was no hot tub. Good to stay at the night before flying out early the next morning.

When staying for work, I judge hotels on: Cleanliness 3-4 (older property so hard to keep clean) Internet speed. 4 Shower Pressure/Hot Water 3 Gym Size n/a 1 is awful, 3 is good, and 5 is great. N/a means I did not use. *4 stars is everything on par, and I reserve 5 stars for something extraordinary that happened during my stay.

Not a bad hotel, overall, and the staff was very nice, but for the nightly price I had expected something a little bit higher level. The first room we were given smelled horribly of cleaning products & we had to change rooms. Second room was only mildly better. Finally, this is a small complaint but I must say that the coffee available in the lobby during the mornings was quite awful. My suggestions: stop using harsh room cleaning chemicals and get some better coffee please.

I was served a plate of lettuce as the only gluten-free lunch option available. How insulting!

Hotel was pretty nice. Everything was clean and as expected. I used the app to check-in and go straight to my room. Never needed to speak to anyone at the hotel. Although when I would walk through the lobby the young gentleman working the counter would say hello. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel but they leave alot to be desired on customer service. Not enough towels in the room and anything extra you needed you had to pay for… So much for a relaxing cup of coffee before retiring for the evening.

NO MANAGERS ONSITE! They lost our reservation! Would not honor AAA rate. Shuttle driver Everett making abusive comments to the point I had to call the police! Not at all the Hilton Garden experience my husband and I have had in the past 12-13 years across the entire country. My husband is a Hilton Gold.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff very nice and accommodating. Fitness room surprisingly well equipped and nice indoor pool. Breakfast buffet a bit pricey. Great price and location for us. Minutes from DFW airport. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Nice place, good atmosphere, quiet at night. Nice cozy fire pit outside with chunky furniture. Room was great except for the bed, which was like a rock, and one of the reasons for 3 stars. Others who stayed here from my company stated their beds were just as bad. There's a little "pantry" here to buy stuff if you need it but a little pricey. Breakfast is available but too expensive. Can't fault them for making a dollar though. There are a few restaurants around such as Olive Garden, a sports bar and a few other places but I did not venture out to them. Excellent staff! Desk clerks were friendly, polite, very helpful. Maid service was excellent and the shuttle guys were fast and courteous. The main reason for three stars is, for a Hilton, it should have been better. For the $ my company spent, I could have gotten better and probably for less. I'm surprised.

This hotel is very near the airport and within walking distance to several nice restaurants. The hotel staff was very nice. They provided an airport shuttle, gave me dinner recommendations, and even offered to drive me to a nearby restaurant. The room was clean and updated. All in all it was a very comfortable stay.

Reasonably priced, extremely clean and well maintained, wonderful staff, and great service. Will definitely stay here again.

Spacious rooms. Got upgraded as a Hilton Gold Member (which is non-existent these days). Keurig coffee maker in room. The rooms were clean Lobby area is in need of renovation and upgrades. The hotel looks dated.

Not the best hotel for those who are going to fall East for what is left on the other side of the airport. Nor do they offer breakfast before 6 for those who start to fall at 6:30… Finally, I was annoyed that the chauffeur, although he had told him and his partner at the front desk that we had to hurry, was to leave other people in Grapevine without telling us. It would have been respectful to warn us that I had to go there first and we would have ordered a taxi. That was very annoying. From the rest, the hotel is very clean and there is a variety of restaurants where you can walk. For these last two points I give you 3 stars.

Not going to make a federal case out of this, but I stay at Hilton properties roughly 35+ times per year. I visited this property on business, they charged me 50% more than my co-worker (FYI I booked about 20 min before my coworker and I pay to have extra discounts available — AAA discount). I spoke to the front desk when I noticed the difference in rate and no action taken. I called 2 days after I left to speak with Lance (the assistance manager). Lance never called back. I called again and pointed out I had spoken to the front desk in person and I have called in 2X and so far — No action taken. I called the Hilton diamond desk and they called the property on my behalf. I was promised Lance would call me back in 24 hours. 4 days after that call I have still not heard anything back. Both me and my coworker noticed the carpets looked like a fraternities basement.

The operations Manager, Lance is wonderful. He was so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Such a great man. The hotel is beautiful, clean and at a fabulous location. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and the bartender was really great. Just enough conversation and great service. Pillows on point and great AC. Glad we stayed. The location is great too. Restaurants right next door, but try the hotel food first. It is gooooood!

When I call to make a reservation and have questions, it would be helpful to actually get the hotel directly and not a hub off location. Person couldn't answer my questions and expected me to answer my own questions. This was in regards to a shuttle to a local festival. She wanted me to look up the miles from the hotel and confirm the address of the hotel… someone AT the hotel could have easily answered my questions. Decided to look elsewhere.

The hotel customer service is great. My mom stayed there and doesn't speak English. They are so patient to work with me over phone to get everything sort of, making a miss commute day a little bit easier. Thank you guys and good job! Special thanks to Amber in front desk.

I came for a work conference and can not rave enough about this place! Not only was there a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport but the shuttle would take us to any nearby locations (dinner) Now the room was just amazing. So clean! And smelled amazing! The front desk staff was so beyond helpful!

Great Hotel. First time in Dallas, was there for a health conference that was in the hotel and enjoyed my stay. Front desk people were great and very helpful. Rooms clean, restaurant inside, tons of restaurants within walking distance, close to downtown Dallas. Would recommend to others and would book with the hotel again.

Bed was hard. Breakfast is expensive and barely warm. Otherwise services were good.

Attended a profesional conference at the Hilton Inn DFW North Grapevine. The meeting room was comfortable and well lit. The room temperature was fine for me, although others mentioned feeling chilled.

Pretty much your standard HGI experience, but my room's air conditioning system was not functioning. Front desk staff was friendly, though.

Front desk very pleasant. Very friendly. However, rooms are eh so so clean. Curtains are always drawn. I am unable to close them so I am eoken up with bright sun at 5 in thw a. M. Wifi is very poor… they need to upgrade to someone else besides AT&T or get better routers. Overall solid 3 stars.

Well equipped, very nice, clean. Fridge and microwave. Keurig in the room, gym and heated pool. We enjoyed our stay.

It may be a nice hotel but I had a reservation but they didn't have a room for me. Wish I could give ZERO stars. I actually even have status with Hilton but I guess reservationa and status doesn't mean anything to Hilton. Ridiculous.

I reserved a 2 night stay several weeks in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed by the person at the front desk that, despite the fact that I had a confirmed reservation, there was no room available for me. Since I wasn't from the area (I was travelling for business) and my phone was almost out of battery, I asked him to phone other hotels in the area to confirm availability. He called hotel after hotel only to be told "no vacancies". Finally, he found a hotel that had rooms so he sent me about 10 mins away. When I arrived at the new hotel, they told me they had just given their last room away. The man at the Hilton hadn't asked her to hold the room for me! Long story short, I spent half the night searching for a hotel with a vacancy when I was exhausted after a long flight. I would never stay here after this experience.

The inside is so gorgeous. Too bad I was staying.

Clean and quiet. Shuttle into the nearby quaint town of Grapevine. Good staff. Very much what you would expect from a well run, budget hotel.

My team and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a dance retail expo nearby. I cannot say enough about the staff! The front desk, Jeffery and Henry went above and beyond to make sure that our time in Grapevine was enjoyable and that our stay was lovely. Fabian, Pablo and the rest of the shuttle staff was prompt, attentive and very helpful driving us around town on time and at all hours. The rooms were large and very clean. All in all a wonderful stay! We will not hesitate to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn next time we are in town.

The front desk staff was great. The morning breakfast staff was great. The room was really nice. The shuttle to from the airport to the hotel took over an hour. I called three times and the gentleman next to me called twice. Every time we called we were told it be within 10 minutes, it took over an hour for the driver to pick us up. What ruined this hotel for me was the bartender. He was rude and didn't serve us in a timely manner. I tipped him well despite all that the first night thinking maybe the second night would be better. The second night he was worse. He was deliberately not serving us from the moment we sat down. We managed to tough it out through three rounds. Half our party had been without drinks for over thirty minutes, some of our party was without the food they had ordered for almost 45 minutes. When we asked where are food and drinks were he immediately started yelling out all of his stats which I guess was suppose to make us believe that he was the best bartender on earth. He then started challenging members of our group to physical altercations. He easily lost himself over $100 worth of tips, easily. Do to this I won't even consider this hotel on my next trip to Dallas.

Nestled in the broad expanse of Grapevine Texas is the Hilton Garden Inn. I'm giving the quality an excellent as it is a great place to stay. More expensive than the Motel 8 across the street. But then you should expect more as well from a Hilton Hotel. And this is why I give the facilities a poor-fair mark. Although the hotel itself is very clean they really need to hire better gardeners. My two stays at this hotel were separated by a one week trip back to San Diego. The first visit I noticed the rose bushes had significant rose hips. Not on one bush — but on them all. Multiples of them. Okay — maybe the hotel is saving rose hips for some purpose. When I talked with the front desk person I was informed they do hire a local nursery to take care of the garden. Fine — maybe the weather in DFW is such that roses bloom fast and form rose hips even faster. Hmmm. Don't know but my rose gardening years tell me otherwise. Next visit. A week later. Roses are in worse condition then they were before. Apparently the nursery doesn't stop by very often to maintain the Hilton Garden Inn's garden at all — and if that's the case don't call it a garden inn. Being an avid rose grower (amateur for sure! ) I found this disgusting. Considering my company was paying a rather hefty nightly rate for the rooms we were staying in — they should at least have the gardener come out every week.

Our family reunion was a perfect occasion made possible by the friendly and helpful staff at the Hilton Garden Inn. Our every need was attended to they could not have been more gracious and accommodating. If there were 10 stars that would be their rating.

Very friendly staff. $9.95 breakfast buffet/cooked to order breakfast. Clean comfortable rooms. Just down the street from historic downtown Grapevine which is a great place to walk around.
