Great hotel. Clean, quiet, and comfy beds. Could walk to multiple good restraunts in minutes, or less. Excellent shuttle service and front desk was awesome. Highly recommend for airport stay or traveling in or through Grapevine.

The elevator was inoperable for 2 of the 3 days we stayed. We were on the 3rd floor and they had a crew staying up there that was smoking in the stairwells, which filled the whole floor. Also, the fire alarms went off twice in the middle of the night on the second night. Then on the last day I called the front desk to ask if they could shuttle my wife and I across the street to our conference when we checked out. They said sure. But when we get downstairs to check out the shuttle driver is walking out the door to take a couple to the airport. The front desk guy told me to ask him to wait real quick so I ran out and informed him we were checking out and just needed to be dropped across the street at the hotel that we could see from where we were standing. He said "Ya in 20 mins when I get back from the airport. " I told him that would make us late and he just got in the van and left. Don't stay here unless you want loud nights, & smelly, rude service.

We initially found this hotel quite good, clean and in a great location. Unfortunately after we left we found an issue which we are still trying to get sorted. We had a double payment made against our credit card. We contacted the hotel and were asked to call back the next day which we did. We were then told to 'give it a couple of days and it would drop off. To be fair we have now given it a week and it is still there on our credit card. A further call to the hotel resulted in us being told to "call your bank and get them to remove it". This hasn't happened in any of the other hotels we have stayed in and travelling from an overseas country makes talking with our bank an inconvenience that we shouldn't be required to do. We have requested a call back from the hotel in the hope they can resolve this issue asap. UPDATE: After this review, Kathleen from the hotel was quick to respond and now a week later I'm happy to say the pending amount has dropped off our account. Thanks for your assistance.

Not impressed. Elevator had a weird burning dirt smell. Room smelled like cigarettes. Maybe the humidity, but the pillows and blankets we're a bit sticky and moist. A bug crawled out from under the pillow when we moved it! So gross! Customer service was nice, and the workers were charming, but the situation was already sour and was not ready for a springy bouncy questionable bed.

Location close to many eating establishments, all within minutes away. Very clean room, professional staff, even though parking lot appeared full, hotel was very calm and quiet. Located just a few blocks away from highway, yet not close enough to hear. I will return as well as recommended.

Cheap price and good services. One complaint though was lots of ants. I didn't notice them until the second day and then I saw them everywhere.

The hotel room I was in seemed somewhat dated, but clean and comfortable. The reason for the 5 stars is their shuttle driver, Ron, was absolutely amazing! He was personable, friendly and fun. I honestly could have cruised around with him all night :D I hope they give him a big raise for the praise!

Staff was great! Rooms and building are dated and the beds kinda suck. Bathrooms were nice, internet was slow. Best part was definitely the staff.

Everything was as expected. For the $100/night, you're getting a great value in a great location for what you pay. The room was all around very clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities I'd hope for during a "just passing through" visit. Would definitely recommend these guys. Service was also excellent as there were helpful receptionists there throughout the night when I was leaving around 2-3AM for my red-eye flight. It's also close to a few good eats and close to the highway. Has a back road it connects to that serves as a sort or short cut to the airport, too.

Where do I start. I would give them a one star but at least it was clean. Ish. Shower must be made for Texans because it is small I am 6'1" and the shower head wasn't chin high and it dripped the whole night. The a. C. Was so load I had to wear earplugs and you could hear the planes every now and the not over the a. C. The final thing was the staff was very rude I stayed 19 night so it wasn't just a bad day it was the whole time.

The reason behind my rating is their shuttle service and "Ron" who drives same. He is so courteous, professional and intellectual person. He was always before time to pick me up, waited for me and we had great conversations. Thanks a lot Ron for your service.

The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was very hard, but the pillows were extremely soft and fluffy. Only complaint I had, and I noticed this at other locations in the area and not just at them, so I think it is a city issue, the water had a very strong dirt/fungus smell to it. Again, I noticed this at multiple locations around town, not just them. All in all I was very pleased.

It's a nice little place to stay at. There is a Microwave and Mini-Fridge in the room as well as a Coffee Maker. The bed was comfy. I would stay here again.

Very reasonable, very clean, nice rooms-frig/microwave/small coffee pot, friendly helpful staff, take dogs yet no doggie smell in rooms, close to a variety of restaurants. Will definitely visit again & would book for visitors. Current visit was 8-5 while work being done on house.

I needed an overnight stay and I must say I was very pleased with the service that we had received. I needed to stay over just an additional hour longer and the manager allowed me to stay an extra hour without charging me the next day's rate. An excellent choice for a quick night stay and a good night's rest. Thank you Super 8 hotel and God bless!

My wife and I booked a night here after a long day of travel and re-routing. We called the hotel in person to make sure a shuttle was available before booking and were told to meet outside the D terminal for the shuttle to the hotel. Told it would take 20 minutes for pickup. Robert at the front desk took our phone number as well. After waiting 40 minutes and no shuttle in site, I called back. Robert said it may take another half hour because the driver filled the van at another terminal on his last trip, and was now dropping someone off in Grapevine! Thanks. So we spent $20 to uber to the property instead. The hotel itself was fine, clean and what is expected at the price point of the hotel ($100 after tax). The following morning, the shuttle was late leaving for the airport and had not been started and warmed in advance. It was 20 degrees Fahrenheit at our time of departure. So, all 12 guests sat and shivered the entire ride to and around the airport as the interior never warmed up in our 20 minutes plus onboard. If timely and comfortable transportation to/from the hotel is important for your stay, look elsewhere.

Clean, quiet, close to DFW airport, Free Courtesy Airport Shuttle! Free Breakfast starts at 6am (should be set out earlier for patrons catching airport shuttle between 5-6am).

They have good rooms, this airport Serca the best.

Clean, friendly staff, moderately priced, and the location is perfect for business in the DFW area. I'll be staying here on my next trip to DFW.

Excellent location near Gaylord Texan Convention center, with free shuttle to local places such as the center and downtown. Nice rooms with TV, refrigerator and microwave. Free breakfast.

Most you could ask for with the pricing. Breakfast didnt have much variety but fresh fruit and make your own waffles definitely get you through the day. Coffee was fine!

Stayed for a week to go to a gaming convention in the area. Overall, I was happy with the hotel. Location was great; close to the airport and the hotel's free shuttle meant that I was able to travel anywhere I wanted without a car being needed. The rooms were clean, but a bit small. I would have preferred a larger space in between the beds. Staff was friendly and courteous, both in-hotel and on the phone. We had an issue with the shower not putting out hot water a few days in, but a visit to the front desk had the issue resolved before we got back that evening and it didn't resurface at all. Good speed for the free Wi-Fi, was a bit spotty which made watching streamed video inconsistent, but overall very good for free hotel internet. Overall, I enjoyed the stay, and I'll definitely look into this hotel for future stays in the Grapevine area.

4 stars only because the air wasn't freezing cold but it was comfortable I will definitely stay again one of the best Super 8 I've stayed at.

The accommodation was good. The place is a little dated unfortunately. But the services were great. There was a complimentary shuttle which allowed us to go off the hotel within 5 miles. There also was a small pool. The hotel is really close to everything. The last and final issue was that it felt a little damp in the room we were staying in. For 140 per night it's not really what you would expect.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and comfy. I was sent here on a AA voucher and it was by far the best customer service I got all day.

It was clean, quiet and affordable. The pool was always clean and never crowded. The vending/breakfast area was a little tight and only had 4 tables. There was no counter top space to host the continental breakfast which only had waffles… and it was a wait for that. There was no where to eat, just take the plate back to your room. We decided to eat breakfast a local restaurant/dive. It was within 5 minutes drive to Target, other restaurants and stores and downtown. Grapevine Mills Mall was less than 15 minutes away.

The hotel is very easy access to DFW airport and parking is all around the building making it not a long walk to the front office. The hotel is small and simple but it is perfect for a quick fix.

Don't expect them to pick you up from the airport. We waited 2 hours for them to show up. Do not recommend at all.

Great place to stay. Really comfortable beds, nice pillows. Internet is slow, but it's hotel internet so, hey, at least it's there.

Older building and only 1 person working the front desk with multiple check ins made things slow, but the room was good bed was comfortable and staff were pleasant. Very close to dfw airport. Free Wi-Fi though slow was good. Overall pleasant experience.

The bed was terrible. Like a rock. Mildew damage in the bathroom.

This hotel stay met my expectations. The breakfast was great. Love the Texas shaped waffles. Room was clean and I slept like a baby.

Seriously avoid this place. Waited at airport for over an hour for the shuttle. Called 3 times each time was told it should be there in 10 minutes. Offering a service that is crap is the same thing as offering no service at all.

Needs renovated. Pillows terrible, and they couldn't find me any more than the 1 per person that were already in the room.

$5/day parking and a shuttle to/from DFW airport. The shuttle normally runs on the hour but wasn't busy and made a trip just for me both ways. Great service.

I have stayed here twice. Its clean, great breakfast, courteous, efficient staff. Pet friendly. A good value for the money. I will be staying here again.

Booked for two nights at a special price. I had to reserve an additional night. All I had to do was reserve room via same agency. I was able to keep the same room at the same special price. Great customer device… complimentary simple breakfast. Great showers… fridge, microwave… HUGE flat screen… Very impressed… no doubt I will stay at Super 8 Grapevine… Chris Night clerk.
