Well, after filling out the hotel survey with glowing reviews. I just checked my credit card statement to see two separate charges from the hotel. One for our stay and a second for $250 for an animal cleaning fee (they originally said it was for smoking which none of us do). They are accusing us of allowing our dog to defecate on the floor, which I can assure DID NOT HAPPEN.
We were in the small quarters from early afternoon Saturday until checkout on Wednesday with our 68 pound dog and because we did have our dog in the room elected to not have cleaning or turn down service done while we were there.
Someone whether myself or one of my children was in the room with our dog the entire time.
I am beside myself that they wouldn't think there would be an animal odor since we were in there for almost 5 whole days with no cleaning service done.
The real disgusting down low deal, the hotel charged my card the $250 and didn't even let me know on the charge, via email, or phone call why. They just did it.
I recommended you all to a friend that will be bringing their dog into town for oncology treatment at the school, needless to say I am going to suggest they look somewhere else.
