Clean rooms and hotel. Friendly staff. E-check in makes getting to your room so much faster. A digital concierge will text throughout the stay to make sure everything is going well. Wi-Fi is easy to connect to and fast. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is very close to the campus; it's very easy to get across town. The king bed room had a stand up shower with one of the fancy shower heads which suited my needs. My only problem was that the air circulation wasn't very good — clothes and towels wouldn't dry overnight.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice but on the small side. The location is great if you are doing anything with Texas A&M. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance. The outdoor pool is pretty nice. The breakfast area is small with the usual breakfast items.

Stayed here while in town for my brother's graduation. It was only for one night, but the hotel was very nice, I was really impressed.

Lower priced Hampton Inn, and you get what you pay for. Seems like an older, more tired Hampton Inn. I’m a Hilton Honors member and stay in a variety of Hilton properties. In this one the rooms are small, and the control of external light is poor. The top of the king bed is so high that my wife could not get in unassisted. The Home2Suitenext door is undoubtedly nicer, but also more expensive.

Have had several great stays here — the staff is friendly and the location is fantastic if you are headed to campus.

Good location, ok breakfast. The pool and workout room were worth using.

Hotel is a little on the older side for Hampton Inns but the rooms were nice, the AC worked great and the beds were comfortable!

I was able to stay the night because I was attending an event at A&M. The staff were very friendly (I ran into an acquaintance from high school and had a good chat), and very helpful. I accidentally left some things in my room and was able to get them with no hassle. Solid breakfast, nothing to write home about but tasty enough, included for free with your room.

The room was wonderful and extremely cold. I couldn't have been happier. Even the complimentary breakfast was good.

Overall this is a sub-par Hampton Inn. The rooms are small and external noise is minimally reduced, both hallway and outside. The desk is a pull out desk on wheels that also houses the coffee maker. The bathrooms are small, but manageable. The small things doesn't seem to be taken care of, the towel holder and door latch were loose and housekeeping was inconsistent. One day they took all of the soap and shampoo and replaced it, the next day they left what was there but didn't replace it. If I'm ever back in college station, I will definitely stay at one of the Hinton properties.

I couldn't comment on the location as I checked in and went straight to bed. But I found the room to be very quiet, comfy, and cozy. The AC worked great, there was plenty of hot water for a bath, and the room was clean. I experienced great service too. I'm a coach driver who's act was at Hurricane Harry's. I woke up feeling well rested which is very important to me.

First room had a broken a. C. They moved me no problem. Not the nicest, but nice enough for business travel.

Not a good place to stay. I arrived about 2PM. No one was at the front desk. I heard someone typing way. I waited for a while. Since no one came up I called. After the second time I said "Hello? ” somebody from the other side of the office said “I’ll be there in a second” It ended up up being another five minutes. My room was smelly: that moisture and cigaret smoke smell, or who knows… The next day, I came back around 5PM after a day working on-site. I was ready to relax. To my surprise, the room was still not done! 5:00PM! I asked the manager about it. He said they had an overwhelming amount of people checking out this morning. Well, it is 5PM! If he knew about the overwhelming check out ahed of time, he could have scheduled additional personnel for one day. Poor management. People are very friendly and nice, but that doesn’t make it for a smelly room that at 5:00 PM is still not done! I have stayed at other Hampton Inn in the past. This one is the worst. Re-considering this chain for the future.

Good location. Excellent staff. Don't pull in the driveway too fast, it has a nasty dip.

Disappointed overall. This is an older hotel that they appear to try to keep going but in need of a major redo. The room AC unit was very loud and the fan was hitting something. The bed pillows had a strong smell which made me think they were not cleaned. Breakfast was basic at best. No water or snacks even for diamond members offered. Toilet kept running all night.

The rooms were clean and the staff courteous. However there are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. I did not have any control over the AC and only one of the two elevators was working. With the variety of hotels in the area I do not think I would stay here again.

It's good. The gym could be better, but overall it's nice. Friendly front desk staff too.

Overall it was a good stay. However there were a couple of things I was not happy about. First though I was several rooms down the hall away from the elevator, I could hear the "ding" in my room. Also on the day I was supposed to checkout I went down to breakfast early and came back to the room to find the door ajar and a maid inside. She said she had been told I had checked out but obviously all of my things were still in the room. I was a little scared to push open the door abd concerned about someone in my room that shouldn't be there.

Stayed two nights at this location, 3/31-4/2. The front desk seemed very over whelmed upon check in, they were completely full and were trying to help people get hotels. Room was ok, toilet kept running but not a super huge issue. Breakfast was very good. They changed it from one day to the next which is nice because usually your stuck eating the same thing day after day. Front desk should know their stuff a lot better than they do. College Station/Bryan is not a big town at all, so the front desk should know everywhere and everything to do. Can't say that is the case. I asked about a brewery (my cousin and his wife said I should visit it while I was there). The Black Water Draw. When I asked the manager about the brewery and described it to her… ie you pay money and do the little tour and drink beer. She clearly stated that there was not a brewery but there was a restaurant. Upon going to the restaurant that night I asked the waiter and found out the the brewery is just down the road and sure as day had a tour on Saturday with tastings. I was pretty disappointed.

The front desk was helpful and very polite. The location is very convenient and is less than a mile away from campus. The only thing that I would improve is the continental breakfast because there are not very many choices.

It is overall was good. For breakfast you towards fala gravy. In the king-sized bed in the room, there was no plug on the right side to charge my phone.

Although the rooms were nice, I had trouble sleeping due to all the outside noise. This was not due to the hotel but the apt complex next door. Sleep in rooms away from the apts.

Day time front desk attendants are spectacular! The late night desk attendant (Travis) has a lot to learn about customer service to say the least. Will not be back. He is only concerned about playing his video games (on the job) and could careless about anything else. God forbid you interrupt him. Pathetic at best.
