Nice place! very good attention from the all.

Was there for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the Wi-Fi had to be reset and was slow to respond. And I killed a roach on the bathroom counter. Don't see myself staying there again.

The Courtyard by Marriott in Bryan/College station was nice but the rooms were small. The bathroom had no vents which seemed unusual to me. The room was clean and had an updated look and feel. The lobby and bristo area were spacious. Could have used more parking spaces. Was surprised that the quote we got online was not the final cost. It was $40 more at the end. We were there for our daughter's wedding at Moore Ranch on the Brazos so spent two nights.

Stayed here numerous times over the years and enjoyed the amenities especially for the price. They just upgraded the cafe and although it’s simple it is so much nicer than most similar joints in the price range. They also recently updated the rooms and that’s a real plus. It’s a little funky getting to the front door through the adjoining parking lot but at least u pass by the Starbucks! Although u can get a Starbucks espresso drinks at the lobby cafe… just not all the full range of options. The gym is decent… and the pool is nothing special but the adjacent porch is spacious and nice to enjoy a quiet morning coffee and read. Staff have always been very friendly. FYI — my pics are of the queen suite which we tried this time since I had kids n tow.

In town for brother's graduation. Very pleasant and helpful staff. We stayed in a double Queen bed room — it was a good size and the bed was comfortable. We would visit again!

Modern styling room with spacious living area and very comfy double queen beds. Internet TV was definitely a plus.

Great service but a few items that make it short of a quality hotel. Sofa bed is just a pad on springs, not fit for anyone over 40 lbs. Shower has no fan, so very stuffy given heat and moisture. Cafe staff hard working but not much in customer service, standing first in que for 2 plus minutes without a 'welcome' or 'will be with you shortly'. Staff was very busy but could of been more welcoming… Upside: modern sleeping area, bed comfi and reception quick.

Great room. Very comfortable and modern. They no longer provide complimentary breakfast, the breakfast is like what you would get at Starbucks. And the coffee is Starbucks.

Stayed there for a meet that I had to attend. The room was amazing. Everything from the TVs, to the bed, to the AC it was great. Had a great nights rest and was able to do what I had to do.

Good location easy to get on and off highway but far enough away to be quiet. Room condition and shower excellent. Can get meals on site but several restaurants nearby, some will deliver to your room. Staff helpful and courteous.

This hotel was very quiet when I stayed mid week, but I believe it can be very busy on A&M game day weekends. The whole facility was clean and well kept with attentive and friendly staff who were always pleased to help. The location was ideal for access from the highway while still being close to the town center.

The hotel is clean and nice, however when we picked this place over the Hilton chains which I normally use, is was because of the hot tube which I called and confirmed was in operation earlier in the week… well, it’s been down for several days due to “waiting on part”. Also I can’t stand Starbucks, last time here they served that slop but also had coffee in the lobby. Guess that’s why I dropped Marriott and became a Hilton Diamond. Oh, there was 4 of us… don’t ask for a 4th towel, they think you are stealing them. We got grilled and drilled as to why we needed it. Aggieland has always been filled with nice people but last night they had some real losers in the lobby. As my wife was trying to maneuver her bag to the elevator, groups of people standing in the way would just look at her and not move. Being the civilized person I am I asked them to kindly allow us through which they ignored, I had to push my way through like at a crowded airport…

Check-in was quick. Staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean and the beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place.

Very clean nice hotel. The pillows were great but the bed is hard (I like soft beds) my back hurts after laying on it. The front desk was very kind however she spoiled the surprise about Santa's wonderland for our 3 kids. Over all its been nice. Enjoyed having Netflix in the room as well.

Very convenient location with a varied selection of rooms and prices than comparable hotels in the area. Very accommodating, friendly and always available staff to cater to your needs. Small shop for a quick bite and drink, and a mini-restaurant for your regular meals.

I like it, it's clean, not sure if it's new but it sure does look new, Nice rooms; has comfortable beds, smart TVs. It has a bar/restaurant, Huge Lobby/Lounge, a small gym, and a pool. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for that weird carpet smell on the second floor hallway.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean but the parking situation was horrible. It is also in a location very difficult to find with GPS.

Great hotel! Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The front desk clerk as wonderful. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, which has a sleek modern theme. Beds are very comfortable. Water for the shower was hot. Everything was clean and nice. New rooms have a small Keurig, k-cups, mini fridge, and microwave. We will stay here again.

The courtyard college station was quiet and peaceful. It was easy access to freeway and restaurants. It room were clean and spacious. The representatives were polite and informative. I would visit again.

Horrible experience! When we called for a late check in we were told we didn't have a reservation because no matter how many times I spelled the name the desk clerk couldn't properly look it up. The Room was not what we reserved, toilet was not clean, barely had a 20" TV so once you were laying down you could barely see it without straining. One of the employees had their child's birthday party at the pool so it was so overcrowded we could not even swim. When I made a formal complaint with the area manager, Tim Knipp, and Marriott's corporate office, I was told I would have a follow up in 3-5 days but never heard back from anyone regarding my concerns even after multiple email attempts. This hotel really does not care about their reputation, service or Marriott's reputation as a chain. Highly disappointed!

A pretty standard Courtyard. Average room. Not super modern but not dated either. There was a noticeable lack of outlets near the bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly and put me on the opposite side of the hotel from the college sports team that was staying there, which I appreciated.

Bed was comfy. But the hospitality was non-existent. The late night manager was rude and acted as if she was spoiling for a fight with someone… anyone… and just after midnight I happened to be the one standing in front of her. When I asked about why the rate we were quoted over the phone was different than what she was saying she replied, "You are welcome to go somewhere else. " If it hadn't been so late I would have walked on out. She had put my drivers license under her keypad. She then took my credit card and walked away with it. She went into a room down a short hall behind the desk. She came back and gave me my card. She didn't ask me to sign anything. I had to ask for my drivers license back. This all made me VERY uncomfortable. I will be watching my account like a hawk. This morning I talked to the day manager. It was a horrible case of employees playing "you cover my back and I'll cover yours". Totally frustrating conversation and very unprofessional.

Beds are good, room smelled horrible, and don't expect ANY help, kindness or sympathy from staff if there's a problem with your stay. I had to grab a room last minute due to a family emergency. Called ahead and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He told me the discount rate for the hospital guests was $99 and to come on in, they have plenty of rooms so I didn't need to make a reservation over the phone. Bad mistake. Came in very late at night after leaving the ICU across the street. The man I spoke to wasn't there, and the woman at the desk told me the hospital rate for a two bed room was $119. The money difference wouldn't have been that big of a deal if she had been sympathetic and kind in her explanation. She was neither. We came in at 12:15 am wearing ICU visitor badges, and she couldn't have been ruder. When I explained how I got my information, she told my mother and I that we were welcome to go to another hotel. She basically treated us like we were lying. No apology for the miscommunication, just hostility. We were way too tired and spent to leave, so we booked the room. Once she had the credit card she told us that it will actually be $129 for two beds, BUT, she will give it to us for $119 so there "won't be any more problems". I spoke to the manger, Becca, the next morning only to inform her how her night shift treated her customers. I was not looking for a refund or a free stay. She cut us off letting us know that she was already aware of the situation.

Bed is comfortable, room is a bit small and hardly any plugs/sockets (recommend bringing adapter/extension cord). Loveseat is uncomfortable but it pulls out to a sofa bed. The water used in the shower feels clean and fresh (possibly filtered? ). There is also a mini fridge for storing food. The complimentary breakfast in the morning stops at 930am which is too early for late rising. Can't comment on the food since I woke up at 946am and was sad to realize I missed out of my eggs. The walls feel a bit thin as you can hear things/various noises from out in the hall and the adjacent walls. Not completely unpleasant but not great either.

Very clean rooms, lobby looked newly renovated. The concierge was very friendly and quick to respond. The location directly on highway 6 makes it convenient for my purposes!

Terrible motel. Old, old, old. TV's are from the 90s (CRTs), rooms smell musty. Do not stay here. There are more affordable, newer hotels closer to the University, stay in one of those.

Wasn't upset over the fire alarm malfunction or the brown water coming out of the faucet. Just wanted a discount on my room for the evening. When I voiced my concern to the front desk person, Kelly, she told me it's normal for the water in college station to smell bad. I asked to speak with the manager, Becca, she said that I was the first to complain about the water. This is when I finally got upset. Why did the first person, Kelly, tell me they knew about the issue and that it was normal, following it with a long elaborate story about bad smelling water when she first moved here? Wish I could post the pictures I took of the water in the toilet, tub and sink. Becca picked up my card and was about to discount my room for the night, when I asked for the same to be applied to all the rooms under the reservation she said that I would have to wait for a full investigation before any discounts would be given for the night.

The room was great, service was amazing. Overall great experience.

Stayed in July when it wasn't busy. Hotel was fine. Outdoor swimming pool was nice.

This place was great for business travel. Our king guest room was set up intelligently with a nice (pull-out) sofa and coffee table, plus a desk and comfortable high-back office chair. Here are some things that stood out to us, as frequent travelers: • Wonderful Wi-Fi. No hiccups whatsoever. Fast, solid, easy access the whole time we were there. • Housekeeping staff respected our "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, which was VERY important, since my husband was working nights. • Room was well sound-proofed. We heard very little (almost nothing) outside of our room, which is important when you're trying to sleep during daytime hours. • Shower water pressure and adjustable spray was fantastic. • Great lobby coffee that was actually strong enough. • Nice seating areas downstairs. Comfortable chairs and pleasant surroundings. • Located steps from Starbuck and a very nice Italian restaurant, Luigi's, which we recommend.

Bumped me to the horrible Howard Johnson across the street without notifying me. Ensured that the hotel being bumped to was comparable. Not even close. The Howard Johnson was the worst I have stayed in my 15 years in the US. I had to fall asleep watching TV on purpose just to avoid thinking about how horrible the room was. I could not even take a proper shower the next day given the unsanitary conditions of the bathroom. The Courtyard front desk promised a call back from the Manager and I am still waiting to hear several weeks later. Worst hotel experience and I am convinced will remain rock bottom for the rest of my life (because I will not book in such a non-sense hotel to begin with and will not tolerate bumping to their horrible partner locations either).

I have hotel hopped long enough! My quest is complete. FINALLY found my work home away from home. Very nice and clean room. And the staff is awesome! Very accommodating group. (Thank you, Jan. ) I now feel the need to update this review. Can't tell you all what a nice, comfortable feeling it is to come 'home' on Mondays to this Marriott. The staff is so nice and I truly feel like one of the family when I'm here. Housekeeping is good, too! The beds are so clean and comfortable as well as the room in general. And I've noticed that even if I need ANYTHING at all, they will accommodate quickly! Thank you guys for the late checkouts that I've needed, too. I really appreciate your attention to details here. Keep up the good work. I'm hooked.

As usual, Marriott does not disappoint. This is a lovely hotel with great accommodations and a friendly staff. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area with easy access to Highway 6 and conveniently located for quick access to restaurants, fast food, shopping, and Texas A&M.

Paid a LOT of money for a mediocre facility. The woman at the front desk was wonderful. She was friendly, helpful, and was the only nice thing about this hotel. Everything else was not nice. The food area "Bistro" had HORRIBLE service. The guy working there was not friendly and it took forever to get food that was not fresh. The second day we asked for soup he told us "it would take forever for it to THAW OUT. " Yep. My daughter ordered chicken wings and they were cold. She had to go up and ask for the Au Jus that was supposed to come with my French Dip sandwich. AWFUL service. The tables in the bistro area were dirty as well. The room was average. Nothing special for the price. The sheets were scratchy. When we first walked into the room it was stinky, like sewage. During our first night, it sounded like the people above us were doing jumping jacks! Our daughter is going to TAMU and we stay in Marriott hotels but we will NOT be returning to this one. I do not recommend. The only reason it got two stars was because of the front desk woman.
