Clean and staff is very friendly! I have been staying there every year for 13 yrs.

My college volleyball team stayed here for our tourney last weekend. Customer service was AWESOME and they accommodated every request we had. Hotel was nice, rooms were spacious, and the hot breakfast was delicious! We haven't always had the best experiences with hotels in Brenham, but we will definitely choose this one for future trips to the area. Thanks again!

I just called to ask about an Uber or Taci in the area and a lady hung up on me. Not nice. Clean Nice place.

Lovely stay at this Hampton Inn! Clean, accommodating, and nicely-located. In particular, we found the breakfast was quite impressive. Sherry and Wanda were both incredibly sweet and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re coming through town!

We are getting married in Brenham and my fiance called to block off 30 rooms for our wedding guests, as everyone is coming in from out of town/out of state (some even from out of country). He called the very next day to follow-up and confirm rates and was told that the employee with whom he spoke the day prior did not officially block off the rooms. All 30 rooms are no longer available, which is quite unfortunate for us given that hotel availability in Brenham is limited with it being a small town. It's too bad that we lost 30 rooms due to the mistake of another person.

Check in service is extremely slow. I mean just 45 minutes with a premade reservation! I am usually patient, I have worked in this industry before. If you want to get in a room quick without hassle then you need to go someplace else.

This was a nicer Hampton and a lot of bang for the buck, but what stood out was the breakfast. I stay at a lot of these places with free breakfast and this one was made with just a little more love. The bacon was crisp, the omelette were cooked perfectly, hard boiled brown eggs were still in their shells (which I prefer), they had my favorite healthy Oikos Triple Zero yogurt and nuts to put on top, fruit, waffles with toppings, French toast slices, toast, and more!

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores.

We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff was polite and very courtesy. The room was large and clean. The bed was amazing. I never sleep well in hotels but I slept like a baby there. The only issues we could find was a little mildew in the corner of the shower curtain and a little rust of the lid of the ice bucket. Nothing worth complaining about. Total recommend this place and intend on going back soon.

If you like hot shower, don't stay at this hotel. There was absolutely no hot water on first floor, I stayed in room 128. The room was really clean. Bed is ok, woke up with achy back but of course I am used to my bed at home. Breakfast is so and so.

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & suite brenham. Clean room and a awesome breakfast buffet that was free. We also received a blinn discount. As our son starts blinn this fall, this will forever be our go to place to stay.

In town for a wedding. Great customer service, clean rooms and good breakfast included with the room. Most importantly, space in the dining area for everyone to come together!

Overall a nice hotel. It was my wedding night so they gave us a free bottle of wine. Better than other hotels I've been to.

I stayed at this Hotel last Christmas and it was a great experience. I am going back just to see the Christmas trees that the staff decorate and Rick put so much energy into making this a very special place. The staff are super nice and if you need a boost during the holidays than this is the place to stay.

The room is very nice. Bed feels better that mine at home. I may have to move in. Everything is very clean. Ac works great. I had pre registered and we came right to our room and took a nap.

We want to thank the family of Hampton Inn for taking such good care of us in our time of tragedy when we had to evaluate the flood waters of Hurricane Harvey! Your staff blessed us with great care… indeed angels sent from heaven.

Rooms were clean and service was good, but the rooms smelled a little musty.

Awesome experience. Managers reception with free snacks and drinks. Rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed was fantastic. A. C. Worked great which was clutch.

The hot tub was not working. And the restroom across from the lobby where filthy — gas station filthy.

What gets a business hotel 3 stars? A shower drain that's part clogged. A long hair on the shower wall (at eye level of all things). A warm refrigerator. It really doesn't take much, but expectations are bought for over $100 per day.

I am a big Hampton fan but this place is a little more dated. Hair blower was falling off the wall. And all the tables were dirty when I ate breakfast at 8:30 am. There were only 3 people eating but no one cleaned the tables.

It's was a clean and quiet place it had everything you needed very nice people.

I don't know if we went on a special week, but we had a hot breakfast every morning and came back in the evening to complimentary wine and a wonderful dinner. It was amazing.

Nice rooms. Smaller TV and less food selection in the small store than another hampton we stayed at a few days ago. Staff was great. Typical continental breakfast was good. Excellent location.

When we arrived they were doing painting in the interior of the hotel including the dining area. The fumes were so bad that you could not sit with friends in this area just to relax and talk. Had large fans going but it was still bad. They should have closed the hotel for a few days to do this type of work. But the almighty dollars speaks loudly. Upon checking out we had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk … they were outside smoking and talking. Very poor service. We called the hotel upon arrival at home to voice our complaints and they were suppose return our call the following day but they never did. We will never again stay at a Hampton Inn.

I enjoyed the rooms and breakfast but the staff was horrible and I got reported for being loud and I was sitting in bed! They called me again but u was already sleeping and they still got mad at me. Then I notice that 4 girls are outside our room playing tag and running around but I was already in bed and I didn't want to call. This morning they gave me a whole lecture in a very mean tone and wouldn't let me explain myself. This hotel is nice but I'm not coming back until they hire new staff.

Location was fine. Right off of the highway. Room was also great. It felt spacious and clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Filled with waffles, fruit, eggs, sausage, muffins, coffee, and juices.

Loved it! Beautifully Renovated room! Breakfast didn't start until 6am, but they packed us up breakfast before start (and even served us) — — completely above and beyond and would highly recommend!

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hot breakfast was awesome! The evening "get together time" was calm, quiet and very well done (even w/a huge antique show going on nearby). The pool/hot tub was nice, clean and relaxing + the staff was hugely helpful! THANKS AND HOPE TO BE BACK SOON.

Great staff, clean rooms, VERY comfortable beds! Loved the attention from the staff. The shower was huge! Quiet room and location. Decent restaurants in the area. Just stayed one night, but felt very at home and comfortable. You rock Hampton Inn! Hilton has done a nice job of making these Inn's very comfortable and reasonably priced for the business traveler.
