Very clean, very nice rooms. And the Continental breakfast was a plus that got us going and on the road quicker in the morning.

This place is barely passable for a night of sleep. The rooms seriously need some updating. The halls look like the Shining but it was quiet and safe. It was three women staying before the blue Bell race. The bed had a flimsy mattress and sheets that are starting to yellow with a thin blanket and two floppy pillows. The bathroom hadildew on the shower curtain and the shower had a weird shower head where the spray was off. $120 was way too much for this room. If you are desperate for somewhere to stay or book late like we did then I guess this will work.

This place was nasty for price. It was the only hotel available and we know why. No vaccum done, smoke holes in sheets, room smells like smoke, shower falling down, and hairs in the bathroom. Wasted $77. Never stay!

Long term guests beware, stay clear of the office and don't ask for anything. They don't even like people bad business to be in then. They took our money and we paid a weekly rate of 40 a night and said we had to have a registered working dogs papers, technically they're not even allow to ask for how or why about someone s disability but to wait three weeks after the fact to ask again and charge for a therapy dog it's theft. We had to buy Seven light bulbs while there and in fact the laundry facilities weren't working never changed the bedding and when my elderly mother had an accident we removed the bedding placed it outside the room for exchange and told us to take it back inside with us until the morning. Had to buy mom and blanket that night too. Very sad and distasteful. Cleanliness is not important to them at all I had to clean walls, doorways, doors and bathroom myself it was disgusting like a never been clean since the place was built. Shouldn't be allowed to be in business and there were roaches too. Trust me you pay for what you get. Left went to Super 8 and very please even with increased cost we sleep well.

Worst hotel I have been in and I have been in a lot of hotels. I got my room and went in it then turned around and left. Room was beyond disgusting and stunk very bad. It was falling apart and the pictures on the website do not do it justice of how nasty it is. DO NOT STAY HERE! Was supposed to stay 5 nights and didn't stay 2 mins. Went down to the Comfort Suites down the road.

The worst place I've ever stayed the rooms have painted over mold their water stinks the pool they claim to have is filled in there was 2 fights break out while we where there their kitchenette is a messed up table and 2 chairs and management was unfriendly rude and looked at u like u should be thankful they let u stay their. If u can afford it r even if u can't don't stay here it's horrible I will NEVER NEVER NEVER stay here again…

Room was clean your and… roomy. Hallways not so much. The handle to the hot water in the shower in my room was off upon my arrival. I travel with tools, so a temporary fix was no problem. Not a bad hotel for this brand. Average in the greater scheme of things.

The only hotel that had rooms available in a 40 mile radius because of a big event. Suffered multiple bed bug bites on my legs, back, arms and neck. This hotel is beyond nasty. A lack of overall cleanliness, look behind the nightstand and you can tell it's been years since they cleaned there. Dirty and stained towels and bedsheets which smell of urine. The comforter on the bed smells like crap literally. The window would not lock because there was no lock or screen on it from ground level. We had multiple rooms and 5 of them were infested. The manager didn't call me back so I made a report to the health department. That night when we got in I demanded to change rooms while others decided to sleep in their car. The manager called the police on us saying we were disparaging his hotel to other guests and lied saying he had reports that our team members were using drugs but couldn't back it up and the police found no evidence of it so I'm sure it was in retaliation for calling the health department on him. Yes we were rightfully upset but after a 13 hour day we wanted to eat and try to get some sleep before going in at 6 am to work. The manager didn't like something that was said so he asked the police to evict us from the property giving us 15 minutes. This was at 11:30pm and it took us until 1:30am to book rooms over 50 miles away in a clean hotel. This was by far the worse experience we have ever been put through.

This place has bed buggs I am here with my crew we all have found bed buggs in our rooms. Also window was not and could not be secured. Looks nice on the outside but be aware what is in the bed and head board also no pool.

Where do I begin? First of all they charge $115 a night, for dirty rooms, roaches, no pressure for the hot water so the shower doesn't work well, towels are stained yellow, stained mattresses with what looked like blood? Woke up with rashes on my chest from what I hope aren't bed bugs. The "Laundry" room is in a separate building with lights that don't work and it's just a destroyed room that they put a washer and dryer in, breakfast in the morning are packaged muffins and there was no coffee this morning. I could go on and on but bottom line is that these people are crooks. I.

We stayed there for 1 night. The rooms are pretty decent. But there was no soap and shampoo in the bathroom. We requested the Front Desk for the same and the person there said he'll give us the items in the morning. But we never received anything.

Stayed here for a week… never ever ever go here! They are remolding nails on the floor along with dust all over the office and didn't have breakfast. Sheets had stains all over them! Bathroom was nasty… It looks like they have never scrubbed or cleaned the tile in the shower, there is rust spots in the tub. I took a shower got out of the shower to unfold a nasty dirty towel that looked like a woman had just used it to wipe off her make up along with other dark red spots I had to drip dry… Paid extra for my room to have a kitchen in it and they had nothing to cook with, no paper plates or plastic wear… It was so humid in the room which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The a/c wouldn't stay on low it kept kicking back to higher temps… The beds beyond sucked. My back was killing me every night and day… I had to go buy my own blankets to put over the nasty ass bed along with my own towels and bathroom cleaner… I would have switched hotels but they already took my $315 for the week and wouldn't refund me! And now lets get to the customer service… There was only one nice staff member working the counter everyone else I had asked for more toilet paper and trash bags and the rude girl said they dont have any at the counter and that house keeping sleeping… (whats the point of running a hotel if you can't even keep your customers happy and coming back?!? ) The managers were never there to talk to morning, day or night!

Great staff. Awesome rooms for a decent dollar. Smoking and non-smoking buildings. Wi-fi at business speeds. Fresh swimming pool for hot sunny days. Also superb AC systems in all rooms amazing to cool off from that Texas heat. Over-all 5star rating.

This hotel deserves no star for customer service. I cancelled a reservation three weeks in advance of my intended stay in September and assumed everything was done. Then I received my credit card statement and discovered that I had been charged for two nights. When I called the hotel, they said they had no record of my cancellation and the person I had spoken with no longer was employed. At that time, I could not find the cancellation number I had written down. Earlier this week, I did find the number and have been trying to talk to a manager but always get the run-around. If I call in the morning, I am told the manager will be in in the afternoon. If I call in the afternoon, I am told the manager only comes in in the morning. I have left my phone number and messages with the desk clerks, who tell me they have the information and have given it to the manager. Still no returned call. I don't want to edit my review. They must not want negative ones published.

There was already someone in our room, when we opened the door at 1 a. M. After negotiations, they moved us to a different room, which didn't have the wanted beds. It was at that time that we noticed that the neighbor was listening to the television. The walls were so thin that we could hear everything in the room, including the TV. He listened to the TV until 6 am. It was for sur one of our worst hotel night ever. We will definitly never go back to Americas best value inn again.

The water is BROWN. It stains the towels. There is Wi-Fi internet, however it does not transfer data. You connect to nothing. The beds are horrible. Everything horrible.

Dont use this place it had no hot water is had green slime on the ice machaine and had bed bug and gnats.

This is a very honest place. I left my wedding rings in my room, and didn't figure it out til I got back to South Arkansas. I called and they went to the room and got them and mailed them to me. I am forever grateful for their honesty. The room was clean, and parking lot was very well lit. I will definitely stay again.

I would have to agree with the other reviews. This place is a dump and needs to be condemned. Bugs in the rooms. Sheets hadn't been changed. Smoking rooms smelled appalling. There was green algae growing on the ice machine. There were holes in the bedspreads and carpet. Faulty light switch in the bathroom. Missing cord to the phone so it didn't work. The breakfast bagels were old and stale. There were feral cats running around the property. The front desk staff was VERY NICE, but you couldn't pay me to stay here again.

Terrible. I wouldn't recommend this dirty place to anyone. Do not get a room at this hotel. BUGS, DIRTY grease on headboards. When you tell them you want to be refunded, they tell you the manager is in Houston> They offered no apologies, no free night stay (not that I would take one). They even called the police on me because I asked them to explain why they were putting charges on my credit card at 5am. I wasn't even there at the motel. I didn't spend the night there.

My husband and I own a moving company and we are diamond choice priviledge members, along with all our crews. We reserved 3 rooms at the Rodeway inn in Brenham on Saturday June 15, and there was bugs everywhere. I contacted the front desk and Juanita Hollaway said she would contact the manager and call me back. No one ever called me back. I then had many pictures on my phone and called back. She gave me an email address to the manager and said he would look at them and call me back. No call back. I called again and she said there was nothing she could do. I told her I did not want to pay for the rooms and she said the manager would have to take off the charges and call me back. After two days of calling and never speaking to the manager I contacted Choice Priviledges. HORRIBLE HOTEL, HORRIBLE FRONT DESK CLERK, HORRIBLE OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT and cant believe that choice even has it in their group. The room was clean and comfortable and. The Management was very friendly. The on-site breakfast was delicious, with many choices. The rooms were clean and the towels were nice as were the linens. I am picky and I would recommend it to friends and family. I would stay again.
