The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any type of “lodge”! The staff look and present themselves as if they’re ex-cons and/or troubled teens… They are rude, very unprofessional and have no sense of customer service whatsoever. My room was filthy, bathroom disgusting, shower had pubic hair all over the floor of it. Warning: when you leave for work, it may be a good idea to take your belongings with you! This place should be closed down immediately ZERO STARS! ZERO STARS! ZERO STARS!

Clean, comfortable rooms for working folks staying in the area.

Just like staying in a divided mobile home. Nothing fancy about it at all.

Been here two weeks and the rooms have been cleaned twice. Towels n sheets never changed unless requested.

0 stars! The owners are rude as it gets and are thieves. Also attempted to process extra charges without authorization. Rooms were never cleaned never had clean towels and only had hot water for 3 out of 8 days there. Recommend everyone stay away from these crooks PERIOD!

Rooms never cleaned, towels never restocked. Wi-Fi doesn’t work.

Be prepared to walk to office everyday for clean towels because the rooms will not be clean when getting in from work. 550 a week and can’t get rooms cleaned. Find alternative lodging.

Nor free will ospeden there is the worst place they don't deserve a star.

Lodge rooms are clean, bed comfortable and front desk clerk Rhianna is very friendly and helpful.

Nice clean and quiet, a d enjoyable nowhere to eat.

Peaceful and no damn Indian bedbugs.

Good people as well as great service they provide with the rooms, definitely in my book of places to stay on the next trip for work or with family vacations.

Great, clean place to stay in Big Lake! The staff is very accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and appointed nicely for both short and long term visits. Big Lake is a very small town that is firmly entrenched in the oil industry. The location of the hotel is easy to get into/out of, and its parking is ample enough for all types of vehicles. It is located beside a bar, and it is within quick driving distance from several fast food restaurants.
