You can't beat the price but don't be looking for 5 star amenities here. The room does have all the basic amenities that you need like a bed, HD TV, bathrooms and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is slightly higher than most homes and this will be an inconvenience to shorter people if you intend to stay longer. They don't refill any of the bathroom essentials/ towels during the room service which happens once every week. They do have a central washer and dryer and you should be able to clean your clothes there. Wi-Fi is free and stable which is good. They don't have any gym or pool. All in all, it's an okay place to stay if you don't want to spend too much money.

The room I got was nicer than I expected, with its own little kitchen. A few odd stains on the top bedsheet that looker like tire marks but still a nice room.

Very friendly and quick response time to any issues. Rooms are very nice. The only two downsides I noticed is that the drawers for dresser are extremely shallow and there were no hooks for hanging e. G. Jackets, purses, etc. Nor in the bathroom for e. G. Bathrobes, etc.

Wish the rooms were bigger, but it's nice and clean. No bedbugs, no roaches, no mice, nothing but clean and efficient. Highly impressed with how clean the rooms are compared to many extended stay hotels. We've been here for 9 months to be close to the hospital and work whilst looking for a decent apartment close by. The room is a double queen with a kitchenette. Me, the manpanion, and 2 preteen daughters, and my daughter's service dog. We pay 309.00 a week which breaks down to 44.14 a night. You won't find temporary accommodations this nice, this cheap, anywhere else. Does Joe, the manager have a quirky personality that's difficult to read sometimes? Yes, he does. Is he rude? Absolutely not. He is a stickler for rules, and that's why this place is clean, and quiet for the most part. I had only one questionable moment of panic with the manager which was quickly resolved. Maid service is excellent. It has been ok so far, I will add or report more later if needed.

If you have to read a review for a place like this you probably don't want to stay here. People who have had to live in a place like this know better. There will be crime, hookers, parolees, etc. I was once on lock down here for over an hour and a half during a work day cause of a crime that occurred on the premises, nowhere near my room but still nobody could leave and of course I was very late for work. This place isn't a nice place to stay with your kids unless your only other option is being homeless. Don't get me wrong, the staff was ok and they cleaned my room. But this is more of a halfway house than a place to stay for vacation.

Overall nice and clean and all totally remodeled. My experience was superb!

Joe Intown suites manager was really nice and friendly. He went out of his way to help me with a room. Stayed after closing waited for me. He was a real life saver. Thank you Joe.

This property is ridiculous the manager Joe is obscenely rude. I was simply trying to get a refund for the two days I didn't need the room any longer and he hung up on me. If that's how you do business, good luck staying open. They will steal your money and not care even when you are being polite about the situation. Rudest property ever! Straight up.

Beware Don't stay here at all… Horrible stay we had. The person who stayed next to us cause nothing but problems for us. The manager is rude and thier cleaning crew horrible. The cleaning lady lied about our room which got us kick out… and the manager lied saying he was trying to contact us but never did. You can fine a better place then this.

Moved in payed for one week the day before my Birthday… they called and said I owed money for a window broken two years ago by ex-roommate. And had to pay for the window or move Day before my Birthday! Worst Birthday I ever had! I moved! It suck!

The place is not too bad, a little remodeling will do this place wonders. Close to many stores and fast food restaurants. Easy to get around.

Its more affordable tha a hotel but very well kept.

The Manager (JOE RAMIREZ) Is Rude And Should Be Replaced! He Kicked My Boyfriend Me And My Service Dog Out Of Our Home After 3 Months Because We Became Friends With Other people Around the Hotel And We Would Invite Our Friends (People That Also Currently Stay At The Same Hotel) To Come Hang Out Inside Our Room Every Now And Then. He Told Us That We Were Having "Too much Traffic" And Gave Us 30 Minutes To Move All Of Our Belongings Out And To Be Off The Property After Living There For 3 Months. He Was Very Rude About It The Whole Time. Also About A Month Before, JOE RAMIREZ (Manager) And A Maintenance Man Came To My Room And Demanded To Come In At That Very Moment. I Yelled "Hold On Please! " Because I Was Trying to Get Dressed. They Barged In Anyways Just As I Was Buttoning My Pants. They Said They NEEDED To fix The Ceiling In My Restroom Above My Tub At That Very Moment And Could Not Wait (But Nothing Was Wrong With It And I Had Never Called And Complained About Anything) They Then Left And Came Back About 5 More Times Within An Hours Time. Eventually They Stopped Coming By After They Made a Huge Hole In My Ceiling Above My Tub. They Said They Would Be Back The Next Day To Fix It But They Never Returned. It Got so Bad That When The People Ustairs Would Shower The Water Would Leak Out of The Hole Into My Tub. It Was Very Disgusting!

Manager Joe Ramirez is a stain on the good reputation of Inn Town Suites, Manager Joe Ramirez is not only rude and unprofessional but also a blatant racist. On his behalf It is HIGHLY unlikely that I will ever do business with this company in this life or the next 100. I would sooner sleep under a bridge in the middle of a hurricane, than subject my family to staying in this horrid home for drug dealers and prostitutes!

It's got everything that I need. Everything is clean and the service is good. When I need to get away, I will return.

Great staff very friendly and professional beautiful rooms and very reasonable pricing one of the nicest long-term place I've stayed in :-)

The hotel is good, but the Air conditioning is moldy and one time my family was in the Laundry Room and one of the staff kicked us out when we weren't done with our laundry when he let loud white people stay overtime there (not trying to be racist. ), And my family (we are black) were being quiet.

Great Quiet Place To Call Home For Awhile.

Clean and reasonably priced. No loud neighbors or hanging around at night.

Nice room, lots of rules. We got 2 double beds. A full size refrigerator a stove a microwave a sink and cabinets.

My daughter was jumping around midday upon our check-in and no sooner did she start, an angry knock was at the door. The occupants below us asked if we were stomping around and to please stop. If you have kids try a bottom floor. They cean your room once a week and no towel replacement. Nice modern look and lots of TV channels. The steam from a hot shower can set off smoke alarm. This happened to me when I finished a hot shower upon opening the bathroom door. The fire alarm is above the bathroom door. The stove top is also on a timer to prevent a fire, so you turn the timer for 15 min and must turn it over and over to cook anything needing more time.

Spacious​ rooms comfy beds and Wonderful hospitality​. What more could you want?

No complaints about the rooms. I have a major complaint about the staff. Rules state no animals unless assistant animals. The general manager joe Ramirez did NOT even ask but assumed she wasn't one. He pretty much barged into our room and demanded we leave. Then said he will give us till friday. I went to talk to him and let him know that she is a assitant dog I do have proof but he would not even give me a chance. He then refused to give me the number to corporate telling me tell the other person I live with to get it. If assistant dogs by tx law have the right to live on a property that clearley does not except animals why am I still getting kicked out. i called corporate all I get is machines. Couldnt have been more dissapointed in a property. Dont waste your money or time here.
