This hotel is disgusting! The shower curtains dirty there was hair everywhere. When asked to get our money back they refused to work with us. The representative hung up on us.

Worst customer service ever. I asked for a pillow, the lady at the front desk said we are out! Well how about an extra blanket. She again said we are out. I’m like really? Truth be told she is to lazy to get it. My room should of had two queen size beds and a fold out sofa. No sofa. The room was dirty, and smells. Do not book with them. It’s nasty!

Unpleasant experience! Poor Work Ethics and unprofessional Customer Service! Fire alarms kept going off and staff was no were to be found! After several attempts, which fire alarms kept going off over, over, and over people complained and all the answers we got were as they are fixing it in a very rude manner! We have our room on top floor and for us to keep going up and down like this is not right, are they serious at this time? we want our money back!

AC worked AWFUL. Kept it on lowest setting possible and still was constantly sweating. Hotel wreaked of marijuana! The staff was trying to cover the smell with opening doors and air fresheners. No water in any hotel vending machines and the guy at the counter when asked about was like oh well that sucks. We were staying there to escape the hurricane and needed our luggage to be held for just 3 hours until we could reach the airport and they said the hotel does not hold luggage or have a secure room to hold bags in. It was just 2 suitcases. The very rude lady at the front desk told us we could keep the luggage in the lobby but would have to sign a document stating that we left it at our own risk… with the creepy people and weed smelling hotel, there was NO WAY I would leave my luggage in an unsecured area. We walked into the hotel staff yelling at one another, almost fighting, not caring that customers were in the lobby. We walked across the street to the Wyndham hotel and they were so nice and held our bags for us even though we did not stay at that hotel. Do not stay at quality inn. Staying under a bridge would be more comfortable and might even meet nicer people. TERRIBLE customer service. Horrible. Definitely do not even think about bringing kids, creepy place.

As always I have a great experience with the Choice Hotels, this one good to stay for Fiesta Texas.

This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had! And we travel quite often! We are in San Antonio due to my husband having a kidney removed, was discharged sooner than expected, so we were limited on what was available with it being Labor Day Weekend. Paid $125 for a room with a AC unit that did not blow any cold air. So they gave us room keys to another room, that was occupied! So we had to move to a 3rd room on the 4th floor with an AC that won’t stay on and a fridge that doesn’t work. My husband has limited mobility so it’s been difficult moving luggage from room to room and getting him settled. The front desk’s solution? Find another hotel! It’s 10:00PM. We are really disappointed in the handling of the situation and lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

No complaints about the reservation, check-in process, or the room. Pool is extremely small. Only complaint was the sausage gravy for breakfast was cold. Good selection of a full breakfast, but no butter to be found.

Hotel was nice… friendly staff… overall cleanliness was ok, restroom was nice and clean the room was clean but in a corner behind a chair I guess previous guest left a few items and the sheets had a few stains, that's was the only downside… other than that I enjoyed my stay would definitely stay here again.

The room was mostly clean. One of the bed sheets had a small stain. It included breakfast and clean small pool. It was convenient location to Six Flags Fiesta Texas and other attractions. I would definitely recommend if visiting local amusement parks.

Loved the place. Went for a small event and was delightfully surprised with the atmosphere and cleanliness. Staff was warm and welcoming.

It will give you great sleep and you will have a lot of energy for the next day and yes it has a pool.

Pretty good hotel. Offers Six Flags tickets at discounted rates, they have a pool, and a tiny gym. The breakfast is decent, it's got waffles, yogurt, boiles eggs, sausage patties, cereal, juices, and other breakfast breads. I'm giving a 4 star rating for two reasons. First, the gym is super small, and not much variety. You have to get a little creative to get a full body workout and it's 12×13 room. Second of all I put the privacy tab on the door knob only for them to come in anyway.

They don't allow you to take breakfast to your room?! One of the perks I like about getting away for a weekend is my husband always brings me breakfast in bed. He went to Whataburger and brought it to me. *Walls are a little thin. Not major but when someone shut their door it felt like our walls would fall in. *Rooms were clean and everything else seemed fine. If you're planning a trip to Fiesta Texas it's perfect location wise.

Customer service is friendly. The hotel is not very new but it’s acceptable. They offer free breakfast. Good security and located very closed to UTSA. Whatsaburger is just closed by so you can grab a quick bite if you don’t feel like driving out. I stayed at this hotel twice and there wasn’t any problem at all. I left my baggage at the front desk and come to pick it up when I left the hotel. I like the service they offered here.

Excellent desk staff, comfortable beds and nice showers. My only quibble is the parts of the A/C unit that were on the floor when I entered the room. Everything about the room was still comfortable.

Room was excellent, but the breakfast was lacking. Orange juice was weak, either it was watered down or it was old. Coffee was terrible. There was no eggs, just sausage, biscuits w/gravy, waffles and the other basic stuff.

Clean, professional, organized. This wasn't a fancy place but it wasn't a disappointment. Rooms were well kept and the staff was friendly. For a budget place to stay it was great.

Very clean with comfortable beds. The room has been updated. Staff is helpful. Walking distance to La Cantera and UTSA. Nearby bus stop. Usual breakfast.

So far so good. Nice staff, clean room. Well, 2nd day and had problem with a contractor working in the hotel. He was riding a hoverboard and almost ran over my husband. On top of that he had a smart mouth. Turned him in but never got a follow up from the general manager who handled it. Would have been nice if he would have told us he took care of the problem.

The carpet smells horrible.

This place is in a great location, really good restaurants within just a short drive. Easily accessible from 1604. VERY clean, friendly service, GREAT breakfast, and the most comfortable pillows in the world! I stay here every time I come to San Antonio and will continue doing so.

Good place for it's price. Location is a bit secluded, but near enough to landmarks. Rooms were nice and clean.

This is a very well run hotel and extremely close to campus. Management has over 50 years combined experience and even has a trained dog to detect bugs! Always refer people on short term stays to them.

First all, when we arrived there was no receptionist at the front lobby. The doors were locked and we had to bang on the sliding doors and still one one heard us. It was until these two teenage boys let us in through the back door that we walked up to the lobby and that's when we noticed how dirty the floors were and the rugs were flipped over and had stains all over them. The receptionist didn't apologize and gave us our room which was on he first floor. When we entered the room it was extremely cold which I enjoyed. There was a faint smell again but we ignored and went straight to sleep since we have been on the road for 6 hours. The next morning we woke up to take a shower to realize there were bed bugs on the pillows and bed! We had bites on us and I immediately called Hotwire which is who I booked with. I had to cancel the additional night. NO ONE from the hotel ever spoke to us or apologized for the horrible event we went through.

Convenient for work, but would not book for vacation. It is very convenient to UTSA and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Rooms were clean, but ice makers didn't work and vending machines were empty. Hallways were warm, but a/c in room worked well.

This is a great hotel, the customer service was exemplary. I wish I knew the young mans name that seemed to always be there to assist us, I would see him at breakfast, and then again in the late evening when we returned, he recognized my daughter's candy apple green Magnum with flame graphics that we parked outside the side entrance, he was there to open the door when there was a mix up with our second nights stay and was right there to let us in as our card key wouldn't work, then went out of his way to bring the paperwork I needed to sign to us in the room so I didn't have to go to the front desk after a long day. He's great! We will definitely return next time I come to visit my daughter.

What an amazing stay! As we walked in we were welcome by a gentleman named Jacob! He really made our stay safe. He is on top of his job responsibility. He was all over the place and on top of what needed to be done. Thanks for a great reasonable stay!

Love this hotel! Front desk was polite and helpful. Pool was nice and clean. Great breakfast, highly recommend their Texas shaped waffles! My son went back for seconds. Rented two rooms, both were exceptionally clean, big comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, fast customer service. Friendly staff, especially Jacob "the breakfast guy"! Will be staying here again.

No complaints. I did want to recognize the employee the young man that was working the front desk. I forgot his name, but he was always smiling and he was very friendly. I don't know when he sleeps but he seemed to be there most of the day and all night. He made sure my family didn't miss the fireworks and that we all had breakfast. The only thing I missed was a laundry area for the guests.

Location was right next to the park. Hotel was inexpensive but very old. Wallpaper was peeling, paint needed touching up. Staff was excellent. Breakfast left a bit to be desired. Wouldn't stay again, but it want bad for a quick trip.

It is good only has heated pool or jacuzzi.

My family and I arrived yesterday. Aircondition on the 4 th floor was out. Elevator had no a/c either, understaffed. It felt like one of those ugly hotels from the Hotel impossible show. We immediatly asked for our refund and walk out of there. Connor the front desk though was doing a good job though.

One of my worst Experiences. I was better off going to the cheapest hotel for the same quality. There were many cockroaches and they charged my card twice with no fix. Definitely not going back…

For the price, this puts you in the right place to have fun with your family in San Antonio. No problems to report with staff, cleanliness, amenities, or billing.

It's ok. The online pictures are not like the actual hotel. It was dirty and going thru renovations it seemed like. Dont think I'll be back.

It's an awesome place to stay and just escape from reality,, the staff are exceptional,, Courteous,, professional,, and,, private,, and by not having to deal with the staff keeps your stay as enjoyable as you make it… A BIG THANK YOU TO THE STAFF OF COMFORT INN FIESTA TEXAS,,, for providing my needs and wants before I even knew I needed or wanted them…

Great room and good breakfast. The only complaint is the bad smell that lingered through the whole hallway outside our room. The inside of the room smelled fine though.

The front desk staff and all the cleaning staff we encountered were very friendly and good at their jobs. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great. Plus they keep coffee made in the lobby so you can get it any time of day. Great experience!

On our stay, we were at the front desk getting a room. Conner the front desk attendant received a call on his personal cell phone. He told his supervisor Sylvia that was on the phone that my father had asked for a senior citizen rate. I heard her burst out in laughter and say… yea right. The following morning we went to get breakfast. I got a glass of orange juice from the machine, and there was a bug floating in it. I took it the cook Jackie, but it was big concern to her. She threw away my cup, and never changed the orange juice, and didn't even bother to check the machine for other bugs. The front desk staff at night was very rude and unprofessional.

Verrrrrry out dated furniture compare to most Comfort Inn hotels.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! We were excited because this hotel was so close to Fiesta Texas. First thing wrong was the pool was so extremely cloudy, you couldn't even see the bottom. It looked like milk was in the pool. Nasty! We slept, beds were comfortable. Got up in the morning and saw our bill was on the floor. When my husband picked it up there was a bug on it! Not just a random bug, A BED BUG! Talk about being freaked out! Of course there were no managers there that day. Killed the bed bug and took it to show the front desk. They did nothing. Told us to call manager on Monday. They said she would be there at 7:00 in the morning. Guess what — I called at 9:00 and she wasn't there, so now I am on hold with the choice hotel customer service! I am beyond pissed with this place! We will NEVER stay here again! EVER!

I have stayed at this location 3 times. When there are no problems it is fine, but when there is a problem they do not have the management structure to handle situations. The air conditioning did not and could not get it fixed nor were they able to move us to another eoom. This is a high traffic area and can not handle problems.

I recently stayed here and had a great experience! The staff were very nice and helpful, the beds were comfortable and I will definitely stay here again!

Don't let the security cameras outside the building fool you; they do not work. We stayed at this hotel from 6/9/2015 — 6/13/2015. While we read the signs to remove all valuables from vehicles, and we did do this, common sense. Our entire vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of this hotel over night into Friday 6/12. When I went to speak with the staff at reception after calling the police, I asked about camera footage. I was told that the only cameras that work are inside the building. All the outside were not in use. Leading to a false sense of security regarding the parking of vehicles. Especially since we parked our van in view of cameras and under light poles. And mind you, our vehicle is not small. A ford E150 full sized passenger van. The fact that the criminals in question were able to enter a full parking lot, break into and steal a full sized van without any notice or concern leads my husband and I to believe this particular hotel may be well known for its lack of security and vulnerability. Other than the young girl behind the counter, no management staff or other persons of rank for this hotel spoke with us or helped us with any accommodations for finding alternate transportation while we handled this stressful situation.

I stay one night only. During that night the energy went out at 3am till I checked out. It was hot. On top of that the fire alarm went on at 4am. We went downstairs and the staff weren't even there. Anyways what really got me mad was the service. I talk to one of the staff and ask if we get a discount or something because we were without breakfast, light, ac, hot water, TV and internet. (no service at all) While he explained they r not responsible the other staff laugh at me and my family. Total disrespect. Never going back and pray that the hotel go out of service. Worst experience ever.

In San Antonio to visit Sea World. We had no reservations. The first night in town, we stopped in and were lucky to get a room. Totally happy with service, price of room, condition of room and breakfast was great. The second night we came back and was able to secure another room. Again the service was tops, room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and room air con working GREAT. I will definately visit this Comfort Inn again and will be telling my friends to book a room if they are ever in the area.

Super close to the quarry mall, subway, whataburger, dominos. CVS pharmacy.

It was a long day I was tried sleepy drove over 500 miles to get to san antonio. And when I went into my room at this hotel I found out the sheets were not changed out there was cereal in my bed and smell like sweat. I will never ever come back here. I rate this hotel all zero poor poor poor. And the next day they locked my room omg.

Don't book here! Horrible service! My Mom came in to town and booked (with confirmation # and credit card information reserved) a king size, smoking room for her and her husband for 2 nights. When we went to check in, the front desk just said, "Oh sorry, we over booked the hotel and that room isn't available" Just gave us the brush off, as if it was no big deal and didn't care! Why would they care, they got money for the room anyway! (Who over books on a TUESDAY! ) They did not even offer to help them find another hotel! It was horrible calling/driving around to find a hotel that still has smoking rooms available. The Four Points by Sheraton across from them actually found a different hotel for us, and it wasn't even their mistake! (they are non-smoking, but helped us anyway) So, if you want to make sure you actually have a room you reserved, I suggest SOMEWHERE ELSE.
