Comfy beds, clean room, staff helpful and kind, excellent pricing! this is our 2nd stay in 2 days in 2 different states at a best Western plus and we love it!

Room 101 was not clean when we arrived on January 8, 2022. Surfaces were dirty from previous occupants, trash can left on top of surface without trash liner. Old, used coffee filter still in the coffee pot! Bathroom not swept/vacuumed. Not even sure the bedsheets were clean although the beds were made. It appeared that housekeeping had jumped ship! When my husband notified the front desk, he was given two options: 1) move to another room or 2) take this plastic trash bag and disinfectant wipes and clean it yourself. I was exhausted after a 7 hour drive from Denver and did not want to load our luggage and belongings onto the cart and move them ourselves. We are not young and my husband was medicating for back pain. The only person on staff was the front desk clerk. Apparently, the hotel is understaffed and should stop booking rooms that they cannot clean! I will request (demand? ) a steep discount if not full refund.

Will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone that is a support person of a military member. We were going to stay here to support our son before he shipped off to basic training. His recruiter called us 10 minutes from walking out the door to say his date had suddenly been canceled. It had already changed from Sunday to Monday prior to today also. I immediately called hotel to see if we could either get out of reservation or reschedule it for the next date we have been given. We are being told no bc of their 24 hour cancellation policy. Eli the manager is not very accommodating for things that are beyond our control. I have never seen a manager act like this is literally coming out of his paycheck personally. Absolutely ridiculous. He has the ability to not charge us for things out of our hands and is choosing to be difficult. Will never stay here and will never recommend it to anyone that is family of military members knowing how unexpectedly plans change.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The night front desk clerk charged me 61.00 $ to extend my stay 1 night… when I woke up I saw my card charged 115$ UNAUTHORIZED! I called down and Casey the front desk worker denied doing so then passed me off to Eli Gonzalez the manager who called the police because I wanted my money back… the police come they lie to them and say that I’m trespassing and I had to leave or be arrested and no refund was issued at all! This place is awful!

Absolutely beautiful structure clean and very accessible to the highway but smoke free and design with excellent eye for art. Breakfast is continental and everything extremely clean and organized and for the budget is beyond words I stayed on my own felt safe and hotel personnel very friendly.

I love staying at this Hotel. Very clean and friendly staff.

Really nice lobby. The rooms are very roomy. Highly recommend.
