The place is trash, hookers, and druggies, not kids friendly. I checksd in after midnight my wife and kids and my brother and his wife and kids. We went to take our bags up stairs and the rooms were filthy. Then someone knocked on our door, asking if we needed anything. (hooker) I was furious I didnt even let the kids out of the cars. Went down stair wasnt very friendly. I apologize to the redhead working, she was apologetic and explained it was her first night and she got my refund processed and sent me on my way. This motel needs new management or to be shut down.

It's a little out dated but the staff is friendly and everything is clean. Close to walmart and a few restaraunts. Definitely worth the price compared to other more modern hotels in the area.

Linens were fresh, bathroom was clean, a/c was amazing. But half the TV channels didn't even come in, the room was overwhelmingly small, and the floor has probably never been cleaned. Sleeping, I could constantly smell cigarettes, just to wake up and find a pile of ashes besides my bed, left from the previous person who stayed. My feet turned BLACK on the bottom from walking barefoot, so I'd recommend keeping your shoes on. Decent for the price, but just be aware of why the price is low.

Worse place I have ever stayed. Smelt of marijuana and people repairing their vehicles all hours of the day.

Late evening desk person, early morning desk person were very professional and courteous. The room on the other hand were way below standards. Barefooted, the carpet felt sticky. My baby crawled there and her knees and palms blackened. The room was about the size for a single king size bed but 2 queen size beds were framed in there. I don't generally leave reviews unless I'm entirely impressed. The desk person that morning when leaving was extremely helpful and full of spirit and had asked me to give a review of the establishment. I don't think he had know it was one of the worst locations, hotels I've stayed in. He surely did not know. When I told him the floor was below standards, he had immediately called the maid to have her shampoo the carpet.

We arrived at exactly 3:00am on 07/22 after driving 14 hrs. We were told by this older lady that looked like the evil witch from Snow White at the front office that we couldn't get into our room until 6:00am so we camped out in the parking lot for 3 hrs. We stayed in room 235. The room is outdated, our TV was old school, fatter then trump and the sheets are very thin. The AC worked great. The toilet didn't work at all and their was a used condom under my bed. Do not stay here go up the street to the motel 6 it has better reviews.

There was syringes outside in the parking lot people didn't want to go to sleep they wanted to party all night I barely got any sleep and when I woke up and put my feet on the floor my feet stuck to the carpet I would never ever go there again.

The staff is very friendly. The place is old they are trying but the crowd they draw is rough cash is cash I get that but safety should be a number 1 for all the customers. They should hire security to be there during the late night hours. Given time this place will improve with as friendly and professional as the staff is.

Hotel is a bit run down, beds are comfy and rooms are clean. It's also quiet at night so you can sleep.

The staff at America's Best Value is great. No complaints about the people working the desk! To the management, however: The soles of my just-washed feet are grimy from walking barefoot on the carpet. Chewed gum found in the carpet near the bed is still sticky. The bathroom floor was unclean. My family shared the (1) towel provided. I don't have plans to return.

Zero star — Americas WORST Value… wne tup to room and in ten minutes decided “heck no, not staying here”. They wouldn’t cancel my room. Go elsewhere.

Had a great shower w/plenty of hot water. Room was neat and clean. Sheets clean and crisp. Got a great nites sleep on great bed. The staff were very nice and helpful. Would stay there again.

I'm giving it 4 stars because it's got an excellent internet speed. The room needs a coffee maker and iron for clothes but it's super affordable. I happened to get lucky and find free booze left in the fridge too. Free booze tastes better. True story!

Liked the close proximity to Walmart McDonalds Whataburger and other stores West and East of the motel.

Clean rooms, safe place. Stayed with family and needed a place to rest. Quick stay and there's a Wal-Mart next door. Have stayed twice with no problem.

The night desk crew were awesome. They even helped get milk for the baby. Unfortunately, the 1st room we had, the lock didn't work so they immediately changed our room. These ladies were awesome.

Great to commuting to local stores like Walmart and has stations and restaurants. Ryan is very helpful at the front desk. Very professional and helpful.

Well every door you look at seems to have been kicked in or broken into at some point. The main pics you see when you look it up must be a different hotel. Have to slam the bathroom door shut just to get it to close.

Price range walmart local shops within walking distance. Management good trusting people. Not the finest but if your on a budget, ☺

DO NOT STAY HERE! The first room we were in had a broken heater and looked like it hadn't been painted in years as the paint was chipping off. Room was very run down. Second room, the door had a gap which let in the cold February air. We got a nail in our tire from the parking lot. Then the second night, our key quit working so I had to go complain again. I will not stay here ever again or any other America's Best Value Inn. Terrible experience which should have been fun because the trip was for school!

Much better price than others with comparable amenities. The more expensive place I stayed first had no microwave or refrigerator. This place was walking distance from Wal-Mart.

Horrible place to stay. The door to the room in which we stayed looked like someone beat it in, couldn't lock it. The window was broken and fixed with packaging tape. Moved to a different room and it wasn't much better. The shower head was spraying water everywhere. The sink had no water. My husband checked to see if it was turned off below the sink. When turned it on water went everywhere. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there. Not to mention what they consider to be breakfast is a joke. It may be cheap but it's HORRIBLE. Save your money and stay someplace else.

Always clean rooms that wish they had microwaves is small refrigerators in each room. Staff was very pleasant.

With the saying you get what you pay for, you get what you pay for. The bed was comfy and I brought my own pillow. The breakfast isn't anything special but they do offer something. The coffee is okay and I would stay again if I needed to. The non-smoking room was smoke-free and the TV had cable.

Nice place Its a little plain but it's clean. And it has smoking rooms and prices were very reasonable.

No deadbolt on door. Did not feel safe. Tried to get a refund as we were there just over an hour, but nope. Head down the road, and for $20 more you can feel clean and safe.

Place was a dump. No microwave or fridge in room. No hot water. One ice machine. I would stay clear. Better hotels across the street for the same price or less.

I spent the weekend there and the first room they had us in smelled like dog. It looked nothing like the picture online. The second room they put us in I woke up with bites all over me idk if they are flea bites or bed bug bites. They are very swollen. I told them in the front desk and they just gave us a different room. The fridge smelled so bad. Horrible place to stay.

My experience was great, room is low key, I agree with another customer that the shower is awesome. Great TV. The lady at the desk is sweet and welcoming. The area could be a little scary sometimes to some people.

I don't even want to give this place 1 star. My wife and I stopped there after driving 21 hours from Kentucky. It was so bad that I didn't even argue to get my money back after asking twice to speak to a manager. We pulled around back and there were several people outside drinking and smoking pot around the doors. Drug deals going on. People sitting on the steps with pitbulls and young girls getting picked up on the corner. I kept my hand on my gun the whole walk to the room and right back to the car once we opened the door and realized just how bad the rooms were. Sheets were not clean and the floor was sticky on my shoes. It was worth losing the $60 and continuing to drive extremely worn out just to get away from there.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would! There's people out walking around everywhere, tons of doors are just wide open with people just standing out their door. There's broken glass on the second floor. If that's your cup of tea then that's fine, but I have 3 kids with me I didn't feel really safe. I've never been to a motel where everyone ran around outside shirtless in groups just chilling at midnight. Not to mention the two lady's that worked the front went outside to watch us walk up the stairs. Being galked at by everyone that was outside. So we changed our mind about staying, we used our card to pay, we asked for cash back, she refused theennnn called the cops on us. We wasn't rude! We just wanted cash back because we didn't want to use more money for another motel. Like I said, if it's your cup tea then go on. If you're wanting a place to feel safe at, then this isn't your go to place!

We got there and didn't have our 3 rooms together. The front desk guy was very nice in getting us rooms together… The room that we had the toilet flooded. I called the front desk and they switched our room right away. I had no other issues other than no breakfast not even a continental breakfast. I didn't have a coffee maker in the room either. Everything else other than that was fine.

This place is totally disgusting. The bed wasn't even made when I got to my room.

This shitty hotel is the bottom of the barrel. If you want to stay in the worst place ever stop here.

Stayed here the night before last as I traveled to Colorado Springs. Not only is the place falling apart but the toilet flooded the bathroom, the person above me sounded like he was gonna fall through the ceiling (loud steps), lots of noises outside (people walking by hotel room) and couldn't sleep cause of it, AND no breakfast at all! Only horrible coffee! Never again!

I basically would be homeless living at salvation army where people steal from me. And I take psych meds and being that the sunlight burns me alive and I get sick from being in Sun light the salvation army would put us out at 5am. I love the staff and most the time I feel safe here. I'm not a big uppity uppity person anyway and humble myself to my environment. Im blessed to have a place to call my puppy and myself a home for now. So to all who complain stop looking for the Cheap motels and go pay 180$ a night to get a room. Stop being Cheap. You expect this motel to be some type of 5 star breakfast and nice clean rooms that practically look brand new becuz they are but this place has been here for years. It actually is going to be alot better becuz the owner is working on marking this place nicer. Just stop being such penny holders and just accept and humble yourself.

Not too bad but our room smelled like mildew and had flies all in it. The bathroom was pretty clean but we didn't trust to sleep in the bed based on the smell and flies alone. We brought out own bed sheets and slept with those on top of the bed. You can bring dogs in to stay with you that are under 50 pounds. We got lucky because ours is still a puppy. Unfortunately for us our pup could not catch and eat all the flies but it was humorous to watch him try. We did have basic cable but we are not much for watching TV so it didn't come in handy. Wifi was pretty decent too. But all in all I probably wouldn't recommend staying at this America's best value inn. But you get what you pay for. That and the front desk worker was very nice.

Nasty hotel. Had to call a number to check in and get someone at the desk. Whole place smells very bad like cigarettes. Booked on hotwire and starting to loose faith in hotwire based on the past 2 experiences. Don't go here unless you want to smell like cigarettes.

All the renovations looks nice, I recommend American best value.

Wi-Fi is very slow, fridges and microwaves in some rooms, hard beds, tube TV's with no option of switching inputs if you want to hook up a console, just to name a few.

Wobbly bed like a boat. Toilet to low. Like for a child. With bad knees it wasl hard to get off of. And was charged to much.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. No cable, doesnt clean your room. If you like the guetto and people staying up late bassin in there stupid lookin cars, people drinking outside your door all night, go for it. But, bye far the worst I have ever stayed at.
