I can't say enough good stuff about this hotel! It was nice to stay where the room smelled as clean as it Looked! The bed was comfy and breakfast was yummy!

This was a very good place to stop for the night, they are very pet friendly, and the price was reasonable, it was very clean, and the rooms are nice and large, would definitely recommend it.

The guy at the front desk on 3-11 on Friday and Saturday nights Is a real sweetheart.

I did not stay there but they were very nice and gave me a refund for my reservation.

Seemed very clean but our TV did not work and the frig in the room made so much noise that we could not sleep we had to unplug it told the front desk and was told sorry just sorry. We hope they address these issues before the next guest stays.

It was nice quiet atmosphere it was I needed at time of visit.

In process of remodeling. Some of the plumbing didn't function properly. Otherwise hotel seamed clean and well kept.

No storage. Limited amount belongings allowed in the room. Had to get mini storage. Best known upfront to help avoid stressful situation. Place is undergoing remodeling, noisy at times unsettling. Discount of 20-30% should be offered standard compensation. Staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Pet friendly a + Maintenance being done on this hotel everywhere during the week and Saturday, noisy; unsettling. Management could think of room. Discounts while this is being done. Its nice to be able to sleep without unexpected noisiness. There is a great breakfast, if you can compete with the workers early enough. Don't count on there being much choice sleeping in a little, @8 no biscuits and gravy or bacon, eggs. Perhaps, there may be cereal, and a few donuts, no tmuch else. This hotel is very clean I can say, not much for the town and air stinks from Baldor Golf factory below, peculiar smell. People in this Rogersville town Don't seem to like outsiders not friendly or outgoing. Like Morristown, a Zombie village of hateful folks.

This hotel is very nice. There is only one problem… no elevator. Just something to think about if you have a lot of luggage or difficulty using stairs. The hot breakfast is very good with scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, donuts, make your own waffles, yogurt, and more.

Located close to shopping and dining. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff seemed nice and friendly.

Went to a birthday party here, was nice.

Rogersville TN Room was great and our service dog was afraid of the fireworks so they brought her a soft blanket so she would be more comfortable hiding in the bathroom. T This has to be the most hospitable place ever :)

They charged my credit card twice for the same stay. They did it on two different dates, two weeks after the stay. When I called them, they denied it even though my credit card statement plainly showed the charges. When I called Discover Card, they told me that it was showing they charged me twice, I wasn't seeing things. They also worked to fix the problem by asking to see documents of my stay. Discover told me that no documents was ever produced and removed the extra charge from my statement. Thanks Discover Card.

Excellent property! the associates at this location, best I've experienced in 35 years of business travel I recommend this hotel for leisure, families, weekends.

It was good. The staff was friendly. It is a touch dated though. The room I was in had a light bulb missing, and you can see a poor patch job on a wall.

Comfortable bed. Wi-Fi could be better, though.

If you wish to stay here, please ask the manager for the name and number of the company that has cleaned up the whole hotel for bed bugs. If they can not provide you with this information, GET THE HECK OUT OF DODGE! You can thank me later.

All I can say is don't stay there… bedbugs!

I have stayed here 3 or 4 times in the lat 6 years, always clean, staff is friendly, owner has been around keeping an eye on things. Highly recommended.
