Seriously this place was a dream. Small small town, not a lot of stores or hotels so quality is eh. But this place? Amazing! Rooms were huge and clean, bfast was amazing, could not hear other people when in our room, beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

In general I really like this hotel chain. Very economical and equipped with all my needs. I guess cleanliness can vary but for the most part I never had any issues.

It was a beautiful room. We stayed in a suite with my brother and his wife. Breakfast spread was fantastic! We thought with it being a suite, that it would have two different rooms, but both the beds were in one room. No big deal for us, but if you don't like that, watch the wording. Had a beautiful view. Would for sure stay there again.

The rooms were real clean. The pool area was clean and breakfast was real good. The staff was very helpful and nice. Love this place and will definitely go back.

Very nice rooms, we got a suite and was very happy with the stay. Would recommend you all to stay here. No complaints, staff was excellent too.

After being on the road for 12 hours — from Orlando to Tennessee — we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or nicer folks to deal with. When I return to Tennessee, I will quite likely stay here again!

The bed was confortable and the rooms were quiet. The breakfast was filling and had a great selection. An employee checked in with my family at breakfast and was happy to have guests.

It was pretty well kept up with the dinning/bar was supper nice and clean along with the rooms being nice and clean. The staff was friendly as well. Would recommend to friends and family.

We booked 2 rooms. The first one had not been cleaned from the previous guest. They gave us a different room and the coffee maker and the T. V. Remote was missing. The second room was not properly cleaned and the T. V. Did not work at all. The WI-FI was extremely slow. The night attendant was very friendly and helpful. When I mentioned the issues with the rooms to the morning attendant, he was very rude and told me that they didn't have any rooms for a second night if we needed them. For over $100 a night, I believe I shouldn't have to deal with these issues. The morning attendant also badmouthed the only other 2 motels in town, mentioning something about bedbugs. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Clean, neat, brkfst bar. Swimming and hot tub access. Rms priced a lil high and a $100 deposit if paying with cash. Need deep pockets to stay for wk or more. They should cut nightly rate if paying by the week.

I stay here every year for my vacation this is my home town been very happy with all my stays.

Wonderful staff and service, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan to come here again in the future.

Hands down the best place to stay in Rogerville. Clean, friendly, good lighting in the parking area.

Nasty… wish I could upload a picture here of the roach in my room and the one crawling across the lobby floor. And the workers were rude.

Staff was told about a left bathing suit and to save it for me when I returned 2 days later. Management didnt trust staff with a key to the Lost & Found and no communication between management and staff about a lost item.

Unfortunately the circumstances that keep bringing me back to Comfort Inn — Rogersville TN, are neither business nor pleasure. My three trips in the past 4 years, to the area, have been due to tragic family events. The Facility and Staff, from the Owner down to the housekeepers, are a testament to hospitality and service. My rooms have always been **functional (A/C, appliances, plumbing, tub drain, valet carts, etc) ** modern (TV, USB ports, lighting, ) **clean (Not just the room, Not just above average, but superior to most, inside and out: pool, sun deck-picnic area, dining/sitting areas & lobby, exercise room, office, elevator, stairways, etc) **comfortable (beds, chairs, linens, towels: everything. I travel often for business and pleasure. I wish more hotels took as much PRIDE in their product as this facility does. Superior.

I met a very nice woman there, her name is Dotti Pilcher, she was a very respectful and nice woman.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast had something for everyone. We are very satisfied with our visit.

Every summer I go down to Tennessee for my family reunion or just to visit my parents. I haven't and won't stay at another hotel. They have great customer service, rooms are beautiful, staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is overfilling with great tasteful things. It's my home away from home.

I've stayed at numerous hotels and this is one of the better choices. Friendly staff and service. I did have an issue, but it was addressed quickly and taken care of by management.

Really enjoyed the stay. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Very nice and comfortable. Location on hwy 11 w in Rogersville Tn was perfect location. Would stay again.

My husband grew up in Surgoinsville and lived in Rogersville when we met. I am an Australian R. N. (now International author) and on our return visits to Rogersville from Australia we have always stayed here. It is very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfort Inn at Rogersville, TN is a joke. They gave me a no smoking room in a smoking floor where I got a bug in the ceiling over my bed and an other in the left side wall of the elevator. When I went to the front desk and complained about it, they said that my room was a non smoking room. When I said that I didn't want that room and the floor is infested with bugs. The guy said, yes there are a lot on that floor because of the smoke. Ha, not funny at all. At the begining he said that he could not give me an other room because were Jr Suites and more expensive I was so angry that he gave me the room for the same price. There were not any of the hotels chain where I usually stay but I will never stay again in a Comfort Inn. Now I have head ache and coughing because of the smoke.
