Awesome motel verry friendly staff Room was clean and well kept!

Stayed there twice in a yr prices reasonable. Staff friendly big screen tv. Saw two roaches in bathroom only negative there bit wish more snack machines only one soda machine outside.

Super clean rooms that are nicely updated! Huge TV, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, granite shower, very comfortable beds. A very pleasant suprise! They also have a cabin to rent here! Owners are very nice.

I was so pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the owners were very nice and the rooms are awesome! Huge tv, clean clean clean! Will definitely be back!

Very clean rooms and friendly owners. My only complaint is you have maybe 5 channels to choose from that isn't a shopping channel. Nice tv, nothing to watch on it.

I have been coming here for years and will likely be going here for years. My dad owns some property on the marina close to there and this location is perfect for that stay. Spotty Wi-Fi, but you are in the woods. Full HBO, clean SOFT beds, HOT water, and the staff is really very nice. I will be back, and so will a lot of other people around the holidays. Wanna stay here during those times? Book early.

We stayed in the cabin. Location is close to the water. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, one King and 2 queens, a kitchen, and a nice TV with satellite. Service was pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place to stay, clean and safe environment. The family who runs the Inn was friendly and always around to keep an eye on things (in a good way, not intrusive way) and check to make sure all was well. We stayed 5 nights and had the end room by the newly built pavilion, which we took full advantage of. Nice big room with super comfy bed. Great place to stay while visiting the area. We will definitely stay again and would recommend highly.

What a great hotel! Super nice and accommodating! My wife and I stayed there while on a 2400 motorcycle trip we took for our 20th anniversary. When we got there the check in process was quick and easy. When we got to the room it was a standard room with 2 queen beds, very nice and clean room, however we had booked, I thought, I king room. When I called the front desk and asked if they had one they said if we could give them a few minutes they would get the only one they had ready for us. When I told them it really wasn't a big deal they said nonsense give us a minute and we'll get you fixed up. So I figured I would go up and give them the keys back for the first room and get the new keys and I found them moving their stuff out of a king room so they could clean it and get it ready for us. Talk about going the extra mile! I immediately told them they didn't need to move out of their room for us they said it was no problem and that having a happy satisfied customer was their number one priority. The room was great, clean, cold a/c, just a great room! I would definitely recommend this place to anybody going through Parsons, TN! I would definitely rate this much higher than a 2-star hotel also. Affordability alone doesn't equal 2-star and this place is easy a 3 to 4 star hotel. Thank you Pine Tree Inn for a great stay!

The place is a little off the interstate but our stay was great and the price was reasonable. The rooms are updated and clean and the beds were comfy. The couple running it were super nice and accommodating. The only complaint I had would be that the air wasn't on when we got there and the rooms were stifling! They cooled off quickly though.

Its a very nice little motel clean comfortable rooms dish network TV pretty good Wi-Fi att doesn't get very good service. Not a bad rate either.

Very nice motel. Nicest I have ever been too. Rooms are freshly remodeled and CLEAN. Had a 50 inch TV in my room with a king size bed. The staff is very polite and helpful. I would recommend anyone staying their and I will be back.

I am a telecom contractor. Had my crew in the area working and came across the Pine Tree Inn. We rented three rooms and the price was very affordable. The place is very clean and the rooms are nice the beds are very comfortable. They have free Wi-Fi and a nice TV with plenty of programing. The staff is very friendly and the place is so peaceful. Myself and the crew took up with the two dogs that are there. They both are friendly and happy. We named the pup which is a bloodhound mix Bowdean. He was so fun to watch and play with. I have traveled for work the last twenty seven years and trust me I seen my share of hotels and motels. And when I fine a nice one at a nice price I want to share. I recommend this place for anyone. Oh there is a few good spots to eat near by also. If I am ever in the area again I will surely stay at the Pine tree inn. comfortable and they have WIFi.

Nice and they were very commadating, The internet very poor, TV could not figure out how it worked.

An absolutely pleasurable stay. The rooms are immaculately clean and the service is phenomenal. We have used another local hotel in the past during our visits to the area, but the Pine Tree will be our only choice from now on.
