The room was freshly remodeled very clean everything was great management was the nicest I have ever been around already reserved the room for next year.

It was o. K. Management is nice. They are remodeling the entire place, but we got an old room that hadnt been remodeled yet, as that was all they had available at the time. The old carpet was filthy, but otherwise, the room was old but o. K.

It is an o. K. Place to stay. Didnt have any "smoking" rooms the last time I went, so I had to go down the road.

Room was neat and clean, and quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is also centrally located to many restaurants. It is a great value for the price.

Facility dated but clean,. Responsive staff. Overall good deal for the price.

It was clean but no hot water in the shower in room 107.

Don't let the outside fool you, the inside is nice and cozy. My only complaint is that the extra towels I was given on Tuesday were taken away on Wednesday ¯\_ (ツ) _/¯

Dated. Not queen sized, is full sized. Poor internet. Loud heater. Heavy water perfume smell. Good $10 dog free good for 2 nights $10 total. If dog will not clean room.

We showed up very late (about 10:30 or 11pm) after driving all day. Checked in quickly and friendly staff (did not have reservations). Room was small and you could tell they were in the process of renovating. Staff brought us 4 bottles of water, too. Overall, great price for a room!

Clean and convertible, no pets aloud.

Great people all day long and makes it feel comfortable and enjoy and relax after long day at work. They always stay busy for the people no matter what.

The room was not what we thought we were getting. There were exposed wires and the inside light was rigged. The grout in the bathroom floor was gray from being dirty and the toilet wobbled horribly.

If you enjoy a from bed, they have it. Owner is very nice and I was informed the are remodeling… they have A LOT of work to do.

Rooms are clean, warm, and quiet. It is an older motel that is inexpensive so don't expect a five star experience, but for the money in a rural town, I find it quite acceptable. New owners are still doing a lot of work to things even nicer.

Quite possibly one of the filthiest places known to mankind. Stayed just long enough to see the filth and left. Front desk staff didn't seem to care one bit that the room was in deplorable condition.

This place is awesome, CLEAN rooms, the laundry is fresh and fluffy, owners and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you happy. We have stayed in many high end hotel chains and this place rates high above many of them, our only complaint was the electrical plug in the bathroom didn't work, but it wasn't even worth complaining to the owner over, just dryed my hair in the room. If we are ever in the area again, we will definately be back to the Parsons Inn.
