Old property, simple no frills, pleasant reception, Wi-Fi reception good.

This place is awful. Nice people. Something out of a horrible movie. Dirty room with bugs.

Went to visit my brother only option was to stay there.

Great budget friendly hotel. Little bit older mom and pop style place but very clean and the folks at the front desk were as nice as can be. Would have given 5 stars with a little more updating of the facility but you can tell they do the best with what they have. Even had a ceiling fan in the room which was nice. Its no marriot but would stay here again.

The Deerfield is okay for a motel in Parsons, Tennessee. There's nothing fancy or particularly nice in the rooms, but it is a safe place to shower and sleep.

Please for the love of all things holy, stop giving this place a good review. Clearly, the owners are having their friends give reviews in order to keep a high review. We found this place had a 4 star review so we stayed. NOT EVEN CLOSE! Upon walking to our room, we had to walk around a walled off area that was completely covered in THINK spider webs. Not just the type that accumulate over night but the type that have never been taken down. We open the door to a completely run down room. It was outdated by decades. Okay, so an outdated room is not the end of the world. But the room stunk so bad, the carpet was discussing with grease and wear spots (that you see the weave underneath), the back of the door was years worth of black smudge marks, the bathroom had broken tile (which is fine) but the mold in the tile and sink was not. We went across the street to have a couple of cocktails so maybe we wouldn't mind so much. Upon our return, the cocktails had not helped! We decided to stay in our cloths to go to bed. We took off the comforter and sleep on the sheets with cigarette burn holes and stains. I look over at the door and there is a 1/2 inch gap under the outside door. Clearly by the condition of the outdoor area, they have many spiders (and no telling what else), so we left the light on all night so nothing would hopefully crawl under the door. I have sleep in 3rd world country hotels that were nicer.

Ummmm not a fan of a town with no phone service and no other hotels and it's not nice.

I would definitely stay here again. Very clean rooms. That's always at the top of my list. I felt safe here. When I took my dog for a walk at 4:30 am it was well lit and open. And everything in the back of the truck was still there! Only grumble is no extras. No hair conditioner, lotion… and I was denied extra pillows. I guess it's not a Holiday Inn.

Pick another place. The office is absolutely filthy and smells like a three-legged week over-full litter box. My room was inundated with mildew to the point that, after being there for only 9 hours, my hanging clothes reeked of it a day later. I thought the problem must have been caused by the a/c having leaked condensate onto the carpet… However, as I got out of (cigarette burned) shower, I saw that all of the tiles at the base of the wall were loose. I nudged one with my toe and six fell over. Clearly having been "glued" back to the ROTTED DRYWALL with painter's caulk. Just pass on that place. There are at least four more motels within a ten minute drive (that I found) from that place for the same money.

I found bed bugs in the bed. I'd sleep in the car before staying here.

Very nice quiet place to stop. Very friendly staff.

Would give it less than one if it would allow. First room stunk very bad so we got another room; also, 3 of the 4 lights in the first room had been robbed of their bulbs. There wasnt a comforter on the bed and the lamps shades were shredded. Checked for bed bugs first night didnt see any. (This involved pulling off the linens and moving the mattress) Checked for bed bugs the second night, they were everywhere. Went to the front desk and she refunded our money for the second night but not the first because we stayed all night. Ive stayed in some bad places, but this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed.
