If I could give this ZERO STARS. I would! Avoid this place! On the day of arrival, I get a text at 2:00 pm with a check in at 3 pm. New furniture was delivered today but unfortunately the couch wouldn’t fit and a new couch would be delivered tomorrow. I called immediately and got a foreign speaking customer service rep with my concerns over the couch! Would we have to remove our items with strangers coming into the condo, and the fact that the couch would be delivered while we were there or out at our appointments? Which was NO help at all! I arrive with my father whom uses a wheelchair! NO WHEELCHAIR RAMPS! 3 Steps! I called again and the said they didn’t understand why not having wheelchair (ramps) access was a problem, because “it has a elevator. ” Wheelchair bound man having to climb 3 steps with only me helping him, and praying he doesn’t fall. Upon entering the room, there was a Kitchen table and 4 chairs, My father couldn’t access the bathroom with his wheel chair for the WASHER/DRYER combo! No Toilet Paper! No Keurig coffee machine And then the cable TV only had one working channel! channel 3!, After 8 calls to the Foreign speaking customer service rep, I even asked for a English Speaking Person, he finally agrees to have the manager to call me (To which they never did! ) They would only communicate by text! I told them that this was Horrible and unacceptable! I have made 11trips to Nashville for my dad in the last year for Medicial reasons. This was the worst place I have rented! They offered me a free nights stay for no COUCH! I told them absolutely not! I wanted a complete refund and that I would notify my Credit Card Company and dispute the charges and that I am Contacting the American with Disabilities and file a complaint with them as well! I believe It is TN law that Business’s are to have wheelchair access! I have not heard from the company since! I chose this place because it was across from the Music City Hall Of Fame Museum. I was there for about 15-30 minutes max while on hold with the customer service rep! And then We left. Will never book again! And I suggest you avoid this place! AVOID IT AT ALL COST!
