Very nice room, comfortable beds, staff was great. Close to everything. We valeted the car didn’t drive again until we checked out. Cant wait to go back.

If you’re gonna be drinking A LOT on Broadway this is your hotel! I LUV LUV the shower pressure! Rooms are nice with lots of sleeping space. It’s perfectly positioned for Bridgestone, Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame and really anywhere else you wanna walk to! I do think the rooms on lower floors are smaller though. Just left there today. We checked in on Saturday was given the executive lounge access. Didn’t make it to breakfast Sunday but yesterday and today we did. Yesterday they had scrambled eggs and bacon and some muffins fruit and cereal! The eggs and bacon were perfect! However today the eggs and sausage were totally undercooked imo! Asked waiter if he could cook mine more was told no. Personally for as much as they charge at this hotel there should be a lil more. Maybe some yogurt, potatoes or waffles! Have had better at Hilton Garden Inn. The valet needs to be quicker as well! At $52 a day my car better be quik and if it’s cold outside turn the heat on lol…I didn’t notice until this morning but I did tell front desk upon check out they need to tell the maids to dust as well! Was wondering why I woke up stuffy🤦🏼‍♀️took a picture.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Hilton downtown Nashville! The hotel was beautiful and clean. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly! They even searched the room for my bracelet, that I though I lost, after checkout. It was actually found in my suitcase after I got home! Loved our view of broadway from our room. So close to broadway… just around the corner. Definitely will return and I highly recommend!

Hotel is literally in the middle of all the fun. Staff was wonderful❤ The cleaning could be a bit better with a wipe down of walls and the cabinets. There was some gross stuff dried on the dresser drawers. But besides that I recommend this place to stay❤❤

I have tried for days to verify our confirmation and have held on the phone over 45 min with no answer. I am already not liking the costumer service its very poor definitely to have paid over 300 dollars for a room!

Close to the action, yet a very quiet & beautiful hotel. They have gone above & beyond in making sure the rooms and common areas are sanitized. Masks everywhere. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice, upscale suite! Although valet parking is $42 per night, at least the price comes with in and out privileges. The other parking option was $35 a whop!

Wife accidentally left wedding rings in room upon checkout. Once discovered she called location and we even returned to hotel. She was not allowed to go into room, person checked and no rings, wife insisted on checking for herself, no rings. Room had been cleaned. House keeping states that they didn't find anything upon cleaning the room. We are 100% sure that the rings had been left on nightstand. Make sure you don't leave anything behind and use the safe for any valuables that you leave in room. Lesson learned. We will be avoiding the Hilton brand in the future.

The BEST bed I slept on in my entire life! I imagine it’s what heaven is like. The hotel was beautiful and right in the heart of downtown. But that bed was AMAZING! I came home and immediately ordered the bedding set. It was 10x better than any other Hilton.

Really nice hotel. 2 gripes… Executive lounge was kind of lame food wise. Even for a "continental" style service. The other is that housekeeping would show up at like 4 everyday after we had returned and were showering for dinner? Maybe we were last being on the tenth floor? Supposed to handle that stuff late morning while guests are away. Awesome location to all Nashvegas has to offer!

This place is like a dream. I have stayed in some serious nice locations, but the treatment that I had gotten from this location was beyond exceptional. Only thing they could work on is their breakfast menus.

Room was very nice and clean. Quick and painless check in and out, with kind helpful staff. The front desk had no problem providing me with extra door keys incase I lost one. My room had a great view of Nashville and I was within walking distance of a many a place to relax, get a bit, and listen to great music.

The hotel is very clean and has nice amenities. Our bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet. We used valet parking due to being from out of town. It was only $10 more than self park, so totally worth it. My only reason for dropping from 5 to 4 stars was the experience at the lounge. The service was very slow and they weren't staffed well.

The valet parking and attendants were super. Took great care of our car and answered a lot of questions. Hoped to stay two nights but hotel Was booked so had to depart. Super close to everything so convenient for walking to sights and Broadway. Very modern and classy hotel. Do Wish these nicer hotels would offer free Coffee like its sister hotels. Sometimes the less fancy Hilton properties are a bit more family friendly and homey.

Nice rooms and staff. The restaurant downstairs is delicious. They have an outside section with a bar and live music. The inside bar is nice as well but they close early.

Nice hotel with central location. Rooms and common areas are in great shape and clean. Taking off one star because: 1. No pool 2. Expensive relative to similar hotels in the area 3. Food and drinks offered in executive lounge are below Hilton standards and 4. Hallway guard rails seem too low to be safe. This isn't a problem if you don't have small children, but if you do, I wouldn't let them roam free in the upper floors.

I was in Nashville for The Rock & Roll Marathon and needed to use the restroom. Hilton opened the hotel up to all runners to use their clean restrooms. That is amazing considering most hotels won't let you in if you aren't staying there. Thank-you Hilton.

Fab location and lovely big hotel. Restaurant on site it nice too and very handy if your staying here. The rooms were large with comfy beds and very clean. The reason I only marked 4 stars though is because its so central the noise can be quite loud which is expected. But our rooms took hours to get ready when we arrived we were put on a list and advised to come back a while later. We did and rooms still weren't ready. Later again we went back and were told we weren't on the list and would now just be put on after waiting for a few hours past check in time it was getting silly that others arriving after us were getting rooms who should have been on the list after us. They messed up but did apologise after we complained.

Excellent location for a game or to the downtown area. Shuttle service every half hour to downtown, Raul the shuttle driver was great. We were here to experience music row and had a great time.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… We stayed here when the snow and ice covered Nashville after an Avenged Sevenfold concert at Bridgestone Arena in January. This was one of the best Hotel experiences we've had. Loved the room and staff. The view of Nashville as one I've never seen from that point of view, we live 30 minutes outside of the city and loved seeing the City view late and early in the morning sunrise. The valet staff was awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better last minute experience (we wasn't expecting to stay in a Hotel, due to road conditions and getting out of the concert so late). Definitely recommend Hilton Nashville to anyone touring Nashville or on business. Perfect location to anything downtown.

We used the Hilton Downtown for a couple of nights on our first flying visit to Nashville. We picked it specifically because of it superb central location, ideal for our late night excursions on Broadway. We certainly paid a premium rate for that convenience however that was our choice, and we knew that prior to confirming the booking. What I did find a little opportunistic was the steep charges for use of the hotel's Wi-Fi. When you're paying the kind of room rates that Hilton charges at the location, then Wi-Fi really shouldn't be an expensive extra frankly. The additional space the suites offered was very nice, and we were fortunate enough to have one overlooking the Country Music Hall of Fame, rather than one on the opposite side backing on to Broadway. I'm not sure if those are any noisier, but certainly we weren't disturbed at all despite our proximity to the action! Overall, the location provided everything we needed at the standard we had hoped.

Valet staff was great. Front desk was helpful. Concierge was helpful and informative. The bar in the lobby had a happy bartender, although I did not order a drink. I did eat lunch and the burger was really good. I will 100% eat lunch there again.

Very nice lobby area along with meeting areas. Wasn't thrilled with the room as it was a little dirty, food on the carpet from previous guest as well as a few stains on the carpet in the bedroom. Bathrooms were updated but the rest of the room not so much. Convenient location though right downtown.

Centrally located for the best of downtown Nashville. The accommodations, gym, and executive lounge are great. Incredible views of the city from the top floors. All of the hotel staff had a positive vibe.

Arguably the best location downtown for getting to everything. The place is well managed and easy to get to considering the location. If you get a room on the "Broadway" side of the building be prepared for the music noises late into the night.

Love this hotel. The location couldn't be any better to attend events downtown. The rooms are very nice and the amenities are very good. The bar located in the lobby serves drinks and food. The executive center for Diamond members had a decent breakfast and good coffee.

The corridor of this hotel is something to see. Rooms where updated and very comfortable. Parking is expensive. I was a guest of a guest so may be different if your staying there. I paid 30 for 4 hours… great location. Your right downtown!

Rooms are really nice suites. Hotel is really nice. Staff courteous. But there's ongoing construction near Bridgestone arena which wakes you up. Paper thin walls makes it worse. And normally I'm a heavy sleeper.

I'm 23 now Iv been going to this hotel since I was 6 or 7. Foods fantastic, the musician you have play every year is on point and the same one from all your events! I have a great experience every time we go. We go Easter, Mother's Day, thanksgiving, and when the balcony was still there we went to the 4th of July show (really miss doing that recommended to be brought back by my whole family! ). I never have any complaints and everything's perfect.

The Hilton Nashville downtown location was perfect. It was super close to Broadway and all the bars and night spots. My wife and I had a great time and the hotel staff was nice and helpful. The room was spacious and well maintained. The room was a bit on the pricey side, but it was worth it for the convenience.

Staying here right now for a conference. My husband is 6'6" and requests a king bed, so we can sleep in same bed, as due to his height he has to sleep somewhat crosswise on the bed. The Very Loud room we have been assigned has two double beds. We understood at check in at 9:30 pm last night that this was the only room available. So we asked this morning to move to a more appropriate room with a king, or even quern bed for the NEXT THREE nights of our stay… they said NO. Next time our conference (really a boondogle) is to ANY Hilton, I will skip!

If you are visiting Nashville this is the property to stay at. Sits right behind Broadway and very central walking distance to pretty much all the tourist attractions. Our room overlooked Nissan stadium. Full service property with a great lounge area downstairs and bar! Rooms are spacious, only complaints would be the in room fridges aren't very functional and several in our party had stuffy rooms due to the a/c running constantly which we were able to fix. Cabs were always available for those trips further outside of the downtown area or to and from the airport. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel appearance is exquisite. We had a group dinner and presentation in a meeting room. The room was good and food was excellent. Valet was easy and fast.

I absolutely love this hotel. It is ideally located in downtown within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. The beds are incredibly comfortable as are the pillows. The breakfast has a very nice variety of food ranging from fresh fruit to biscuits and gravy. There are flat screens in the living area as well as the bedroom. The two things that are less than optimal are the Wi-Fi speeds (nearly unusable) and the space between the closet door and the bed. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody going to downtown Nashville.

One of the best nights I've had in a hotel. It may be the city and the nightlife, the boots and Jack's BBQ but it was such a wonderful atmosphere to be so centrally located. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and luxurious rooms. Pricey, but worth the treat!

Updating to 5 stars. After a few weeks my award was found and sent to me via UPS. Great job Downtown Hilton. I appreciate it! I would have given it 5 stars if an award I won had not disappeared from my room. I did leave it on the desk accidentally when I checked out. I called a few hours later to ask about it and was transferred to the list an found line when I left a voicemail. I went by the next day hoping to pick it up before flying back to New Mexico I was teated very rudely by the front desk person when asked about the award I left behind. She called security who told me nothing had been turned in. This was a large glass sculpture with my name and date engraved on it. If something this large can just disappear I'm sure something smaller can and will.

Pretty small rooms (suites). Very close quarters, had to sit on one of the double beds in order to access the closet. Biggest gripe: we paid extra for an executive floor room (I'm thinking I can run down the hall in the morning for coffee/pastry in my sweats, no makeup, back to room to shower and dress). No. Executive floor lounge is on the lobby level, rear. Never used it in my 2 night stay. Hilton reservations and/or hotel management should make this arrangement crystal clear to their guests.

Despite having a sweeping view of Broadway, our room on the 8th floor was completely silent. The bed was soft and the room was clean. Their customer service was above and beyond! We'd had a bad experience elsewhere and they went out of their way to accommodate us and make space even though they were very busy. I wish there were more than five stars to give.

It checked all the boxes I like in a hotel. Most importantly, it was very clean! My room was big, bed was comfortable. I was attending a meeting there and their meeting facilities/amenities were very nice as well. The proximity to the downtown and evening entertainment was great. Very close. The only minus was that my view was of the interior of the hotel (the courtyard). I never like that.

Like the Executive center, worth the extra money. Nice little bar, always busy. Great atmosphere. Great location. Great service. Wish we could give 1/2 stars, I'd do 4 and a half. Doesn't quite make 5 but almost.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. This is a beautiful hotel. We were very happy with our stay.

Although everyone is pleasant, there are a couple of thinks that make is not the best hotel to stay. I admit I did not do my homework, meaning it wasn't until we checked in I learned there was no pool. I am here with my husband for a conference and just assumed there was a pool… many, if not most of the surrounding hotels have pools — to their own patrons. I learned they do not have a washer or drying for self-laundering. They charge 10 per pair of shorts… really? It is so hot, going through two sets of clothing in one day should not be a surprise to anyone. It is very expensive to stay here, but because we registered with a group, we are unable to switch hotels. We ate at the breakfast buffet and neither my husband or I felt great afterwards. We wont' partake in breakfast there the rest of the week. The room/suite itself is nice but for the price, we wanted more.

Beautiful hotel but pricey. Breakfast was good (room service) but they forgot some of our order… but they fixed the issue. Very nice woman at check in who gave us info on where the locals eat.

Hotel was amazing. We went for a concert at the Bridge stone arena which was literally a 20 second walk which was perfect. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price was a little much. I mean I understand… And yet I've stayed at better hotels for much cheaper. It's simply the fact that it's Nashville boosting the price.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities. Room staff were kind of noisy when working the drinks table in the middle of a lecture. Also, not on the hotel but when I went outside for a cigarette, I got hassled by two different homeless who seemed to be on drugs. I understand downtown that can happen, but for how nice the hotel is, I would think they'd be more diligent than that on keeping the bums out.

It was very comfortable. Maybe it isn't 5 star worthy butI can't think of a single time I was dissapointed.

I stayed in the hotel for a week and it was over expensive. The breakfast was over charged. I forgot my Bluetooth headphone in the room and called as soon as I left in about two hours but the managements just did not care. I will not advice you to stay in this hotel. I'm not going back even for free.

Very nice hotel but very disappointed that we weren't notified about the extra loud (bass) music pumping into our room from the bars down the street. It's very expensive to stay here, however, these rooms need to be discounted or given to those who want to party all night and sleep all day. We came here to visit Vanderbilt and do a little sight seeing. Instead I'm ready to go home and get some rest. According to the hotel this ends around 2;30am. They gave us earplugs and they're working on getting us into a new room tomorrow. I. Hope it will make a difference.

My fiancé and I attended the Wine in the Winter indoor wine festival at the Hilton. Everything was gorgeous, from the decor to the lighting to the music. The ballroom they chose was easy to find and was very lovely.

Great location, beautiful lobby, ate at the il mulino restaurant. Food was very good.

Our room was over looking the entrance to the 2016 NHL all star game. The rooms were perfect and provided everything that was required. The shower was amazing and made me feel very refreshed.

Attended the All Star game in Nashville. Hotel was spectacular and staff was amazing given the amount of people and everything going on there. Couldn't find a complaint if I tried! Thanks for an amazing stay!

I can only review the meeting space here, as I've not stayed in a room at the hotel. This place has great meeting space. There are large conference facilities, and they are nice.

This is our first time staying here. We were not disappointed. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Clean rooms. Beautiful atmosphere. Soothing piano music. The location was perfect. We had planned on staying one night and ended up staying two because we were so impressed. We were very happy with our stay. We will return. Thank you Hilton.

First of all we spent over $500.00 for a suite and we were never told that we could use the Executive room for continental breakfast in the morning or to obtain a beverage if needed. In addition, I signed up for the Hilton Honors program and my friend and I were very specific that the hotel should be in my name and that all of my information should be entered under my name. The receptionist entered all my information but my friend's name is on the account. Which means now we have to do a 3 way phone call to correct this error. This is very frustrating. This room was not worth the price that we paid for the service that we received.

Sadly, this place is a far cry from what it used to be. Up until about 2 years ago, this would be our "go to" hotel every year when in Nashville. I mean THIS hotel was an attraction for us! The people, the food, the rooms — everything was amazing. But since then, they have lost their touch. When we stayed last year, the food was horrible, the remodel looked cold, and the workers were unaccommodating. The atmosphere had turned sterile. But yesterday was the last straw. When we arrived for their already too late 4pm check in, we were informed that there were many people checking in before us and that it would take HOURS for us to get to our $300 room. When my wife informed them that it was 93 degrees out and we had our dog in the car, they did not care and and with indiference recited to her that "we have a strict check in policy. " After waiting an hour (learning that it could be 2-3 more hours), we decided to go to another hotel. The only nice thing they did for us was "allow us" to cancel our reservation with no penalty fee. It's a shame, this used to be such a nice place. Whoever took it over in the past few years really took something great and turned it to something bad. Sad. You would do well to stay somewhere else.

I don't usually fill out reviews except for instances with exceptionally amazing or awful service. For the Hilton Nashville Downtown, I've never had a better experience with a hotel. I have done a fair amount of traveling, but the professionalism and hospitality that the folks at this hotel demonstrated went far beyond expectations. One evening I visited the hotel bar area and Judy and Sam (I hope I spelled their names correctly, they worked on Wednesday) were outstanding! They had great drink recommendations, had a great sense of humor and made everyone in the area feel welcome and well-treated. Seriously, they were the best. At some point I was discussing with Sam the "lack of bar food" at the hotel (mostly they just had dinners like sandwiches, chicken plates, etc. ) and he asked "well what do you consider bar food, what would you like to eat? " Jokingly I responded "Y'all need fried pickles! " Sam sought out his manager, Harold, and after a brief discussion, Harold went to the back kitchen and fifteen minutes later, served me fried pickles. Sam, Harold and the kitchen staff went out of their way to figure out how to make and serve me fried pickles (they were delicious I might add, so if you see them on the menu in the future — you're welcome! ) I will always recommend this hotel to my friends, family and co-workers that visit Nashville. Thanks again.

My family and I stayed here during what appeared to be a bad ice storm. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were large and very clean. Would stay here again if ever in Nashville.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel. So disorganized, and not accommodating. Also, my group and I all have bug bites that we definitely got during our stay. I sincerely hope that they are not bed bugs; however, it is strange that we all have them, and so many! Will not stay there again.

Just tried to make a Thanksgiving lunch reservation at this property very snotty and rude plus they want a credit card number just to make reservation, sorry Hilton you are not the only game in town. avoid this hotel like the plague, other friendlier places to eat next Thursday.

Nice room, good service but if your on the side of the hotel facing the street with all the bars you can expect not to sleep until after 2-3am. Very Loud. So if your here for a conference stay somewhere else.

We had a VIP reservation, went to the property to confirm the reservation and were given a verbal guarantee that our guest we get a great room. When our VIP checked in she was put in a parlor room with a nasty pullout sofa. This sofa bed wasn't even one new types with a good mattress. The mattress was about 6in foam over support bars. Didn't make the greatest impression on our VIP and reflected poorly on us for choosing this hotel. We'll never make that mistake again! You cannot trust this hotel's desk managers to meet your expectations.

The room was very nice. Not spotless clean like I would expect for this brand, but still a very nicely appointed suite with lots of plugs for our endless devices. Soft towels, too. The problem was the hotel was undergoing renovations, and I had no idea that would be happening. I wish that we had stayed at the Omni, which is new, has a pool, jacuzzi, shops, great bar, live music, coffee shop. I was pretty disappointed to be there when it was so weird, with noisy work being done all day and sections of the hotel draped off. For the price, I expected a nicer environment. Good location — DEPENDING on which side you stay on. If you're in Nashville for a conference and need sleep, the back of the hotel is right up against Broadway/the Honky Tonks, and the people who stayed there were miserable unless they didn't make it back to the hotel until 2am. One guy in the valet was also weird. Someone else mentioned that. He burped loudly in my face and didn't help me get my bag out of my taxi when I arrived.

I read the reviews on here so I was a little hesitant about staying here. But I have to say I had one of the best 3 day stays I've had in a city I've visited for the first time. Check-in smooth and painless. Room-beautiful suite, right off the elevator, clean crisp sheets, no bed bugs, great view, well kept, all perfect. Looking down from our floor onto the lobby atrium is so beautiful and makes you feel relaxed. Room Valet one call brought me toothbrush and toothpaste and shaving cream I forgot, in a flash. Great hotel one block off of Broadway and Honky Tonkville, close to everything. Fabulous experience. I will go back again, most likely. The only thing I can say was $28 for in and out privileges for parking my rental car was a bit steep but other than that, this is a great downtown hotel.
