Room was perfect & the hotel was in a great location! Breakfast was actually really good as well! Front desk staff was extremely helpful and more than willing to answer all of my questions. One of the best hotel experiences Ive had!

Nice double queen room! Coffee still available downstairs and room service! What! Love the changes! Would recommend this place to stay if you are heading to Opryland. It is right across the street.

Holiday Inn Express Opryland was our first time staying here. Rooms are nice and comfy. Breakfast was great. Plenty to choose from. I would have given them a 5 star but had to ask for towels and washcloths twice. We had four people in the room and only three towels. Staff was great about getting them for me. Nice location and is away from all the traffic.

Very nice! Very friendly staff decent breakfast right off of Highway 90 in Tillmans Corner Alabama.

We had a very nice stay here for CMAfest. It was much less expensive than staying downtown and the shuttles were prompt, dependable and reasonably priced. Room was very clean and the hotel appears to have been updated recently. Recommend!

Excellent location but terrible staff that didn't honor online booking prices, rooms were not worth what they charge.

Great place to stay. Free breakfast. Opryland mall & Gaylord is right across the street. Love it here.

Had the forth floor. Perfect. Great location, free shuttle to airport and Gaylord. Just a great place.

Went to a sales pitch. Resort was beautiful. Representative was professional but I was told meeting was going to be 90 min and it was 3 hrs.

Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Convenient business center. Location is excellent.

This hotel has nice large clean rooms and an overall clean and welcoming feeling. The staff are friendly and quick to assist if you have any questions or concerns.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Free hot breakfast including pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon… Nice Lobby with plenty of space to get work done. Really big pool compared to many of the other holiday inns I've stayed in Walking distance to Opryland Gardens. Little farther to walk to the mall but not out of the question. Couple of fun bars with music a couple Doors Down.

All double queen rooms with the exception of 2 king rooms. 5 floors. Indoor, heated pool. Goes to 5 feet. Tiny gym with 3 pieces of equipment. Free breakfast. Standard tubs in room, no soaker tubs (except the 2 king rooms). Fridge and microwave in room but no safe. Cleanliness can be improved. Next door to a gas station and across the street from the gaylord.

This hotel is excellent! Very clean, comfy beds, great selection on breakfast eggs scrambled boiled eggs pancakes cinnamon rolls sausage bacon biscuits and gravy. The coffee was very good. Great location near shopping restaurants There's a shuttle bus that takes you to the Gaylord resort and a bus that takes you downtown! Check in was very smooth and easy Very friendly staff I highky recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and breakfast was healthier than your regular fair which was a great plus.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff are always extremely nice and helpful. It's the best place to stay in the Opryland area.

If you've stayed at a Holiday inn Express you know what to expect. It's pretty clean, everything worked, staff is friendly.

Stayed one night for a weekend evet. Overall I had a positive stay, the room was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. I also enjoyed the breakfast, it was pretty decent and they had a good selection.

Arrived before 3:00 pm, courteous staff said our room was ready. The room was spacious and clean, had a microwave and fridge, and a Keurig. The staff was great through out the stay, even suggesting restaurants for dinner. Used the hotel shuttle to get to and from Opryland Resort. Breakfast was good, area was clean and food was plenty. Location was great for the Opryland Resort, and Opry Mills. Close enough that we decided to walk back from the Resort once. I have zero complaints about this property.

The overall of this hotel was ok. The free continental breakfast was great. The rooms were nice and comfy. The front desk clerks were very friendly and nice. The only downfall of the stay was that while our vehicle was in the parking lot it was broken into and we had very valuable items stolen. Security cameras are pretty terrible and although we seen the videos of them stealing the cameras couldn’t detect a license plate number or vehicle description. Although that did happen, and on our honeymoon at that the hotel was nice. We’d orobabky stay again.

We had high expectations based on the price. Staff was great. Room was horrible. Cons: broken chair, uncomfortable chair and bed, stains on furniture. Submitted a review on IHG website for Holiday Inn: They made me resubmit 3 times due to mention of price and competitor, clearly more concerned about my review, than my bad experience. I don't normally complete reviews, but felt compelled because it was so overpriced for the room we got. Just want to help someone not make the same mistake.

Fairly typical Holiday Inn Express. Clean and comfortable. Pricey compared to others I've stayed at but I think it's due to the location. Within walking distance of several restaurants and live entertainment venues. Opryland Hotel is across the street and worth a tour. Short drive to Opry Mills Mall.

The service was great. They have a shuttle that takes you to the Grand Ole Opry, the shopping mall, downtown and the airport and back. The food is excellent. I would stay there again.

I'm an IHG member and this Holiday Inn was one of the nicest ones I've seen. Newly remodeled. Great location and price.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… We've enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here. We are close to several Nashville attractions, the staff has made us feel so important and have been more than accommodating. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very clean.

We were in town for a USMC reunion. The hotel staff was accommodating and polite. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. The pancake maker was awesome. I can not say enough good thing about our stay! Thank you!

I came to the Holiday Inn for a conference. This hotel was very nice. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very well prepared. I really enjoyed my stay.

The internet was slow. The TV was old, small and the cable went out on us. The breakfast was good, people were friendly, parking lot was easily accessible and well lit. Bed was comfortable. Overall a good hotel.

Great location next to Opryland Hotel and Opryland Mills Mall (love Chuy's Restaurant there). The hotel itself is nice and clean. Didn't receive housekeeping on first day. Breakfast was okay. Coffee station isn't kept fresh all day like most HI Expresses. For the money, not so great. But nice location.

The room was big and modern, breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly. When we first got to our room, however, we noticed hair on our "clean" pillows. Not just one small strand, as could have been accidental, but a lot of hair. On the "clean" sheets were two boogers. I wished I was making this up. This is unacceptable.

This hotel is in a great location for Opryland but a fair distance (20 mins by car) from Nashville downtown. They do offer a shuttle service and the airport shuttle is free and super friendly, a great welcome to Nashville. The rooms are very spacious and well looked after. The hotel offers free breakfast and it's very substantial. Close by a couple of places to have a drink and something to eat. Would definitely recommend this if you have a car to get into Nashville.

It was a great weekend getaway. The staff was very nice, rooms were super clean and comfortable. When we checked in she asked if the first floor was OK and we were a few doors down from the pool which was perfect for the 2 little girls with us! The free breakfast was sufficient and lasted until 10 which was good!

JARED… just made my stay exceptional! I travel frequently and I've never had anyone go above and beyond like he did. The details aren't important just know that this guy, made my stay amazing with one small act of kindness. The details is what makes the stay great. IHG… Jared needs a raise! Anyone else wouldn't have even given my request a thought. Jared not only tried, he also came through! Stay here! Thanks Bro!
