So many places to stop in and listen to music! There is also a ton of tourist shops to stop in and look at! We only got to spend a couple days downtown but we could definitely have spent a lot more! You have your choice of so many restaurants and many different styles of country music! We loved Nashville!

Gotta visit hot digedy dog hucha mamma (whatever that means). Fun fun fun and a very high standard of musicianship.

I signed a lease for a year and did not make it the full year because this place is so bad. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the rooftop pool and convenient location. I've seen motels better than this place. If you want to live in a broken down frat house, this is your place! Hallways are gross, not uncommon to find vomit in the lobby, hallways, or outside on the steps. They recently redid the elevators and they have already been destroyed. Parking is terrible. AirBnB has taken over and Management is well aware and tries to calm you down by blaming it on the earlier management company and promises that "they are working to resolve the AirBnB issue". My hallway had 2 new AirBnB apartments pop up over the last month under this management even though "their new lease prohibits AirBnB". The washer/dryer in your apartment is a joke. It is an "all in one" washer/dryer and takes 4 hours to wash/dry something. Good luck using the downstairs washers and dryers — the multiple maid services hired by the apartment complex and AirBnB renters take those over and will leave clothes overnight/move your clothes when they aren't dry. Just save yourself from a nightmare and don't sign a lease here.

Let me preface this by saying that this is the first negative review I have ever written for anything — I am not one to post bad reviews because I know how negatively they can effect a business. I usually will just deal with the problem quietly and try to focus on the good. But after 6 months of problems I feel like it's my duty to warn others of this place. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and do not move here. I have been looking forward to moving out since the day I moved in. The biggest issue for me is parking. There aren't enough spaces existing for residents in the two tiny parking lots provided. They charge $175/month for a reserved space which after 2 months of NEVER being able to find a spot I decided I would pay (even though $175/month is insane) only to be told that THOSE spots were full. So, I'm left with parking in metered spots. But be aware that with these metered spots that on one side of the street you have to have your car gone by 10AM, right across the street from that you must have your car moved by 8AM, and then yet again there is a time change diagonally to that where you must have it gone by 7AM — of course, I learned all of this the hard way and had parking tickets to pay. Twice I have been ONE minute past the deadline and found a ticket on my windshield regardless. There aren't many signs posted with the parking regulations so MAKE SURE you know the rules for each side of the street.

Nice been here before pretty much the same except they took on street parking away. Have to pay for parking now and walk one to two blocks. But still fun and good food.

Rented an airbnb and was broken into and cash stolen. Also a band rented the room next to ours and practiced all night. Very loud. Management didn't even know our room was an airbnb. Not safe, not secure.

3 Reasons you should not choose this place. 1. Extremly poor maintainace. Moved in for 2 monthes. Black peeling bathtub, old peeling toilet. Only outlets that work are the ones in the toilet and kitchen. Nothing like the pictures or the show room. I couldn't check my actual room because someone was living there. 2. Bad management It is Aug and the AC hasn't been working for A MONTH. I mean NO cold air at all! Went to the old management and the new management for more than 10 times about the AC and outlets. They all seem apologetic but nothing is done. Still no AC, no outlets. 3. Beware of the smell Room has a strong mildew smell. Half of the time you feel like throwing up. You smell like mildew and all your clothes smell like mildew. Its embarrassing to meet your clients smelling like that. I keep my window open all the time to have fresh air but that doesn't help much. If you don't have to sign a short term lease there are better places.

There is new owner and management at this apartment complex. I have lived here for 7 years, thru very good times (with the owner / management when I moved in) and very bad times (with previous owner / management). I am looking forward to keeping you posted on how the new owner / management team is. Update will be coming as soon as the new management has settled in. The last owner / management was a complete and total NIGHTMARE!

Apartment building is way over priced compared to similar apartments in the area. The building has been renovated but doesn't have central air and heating. Management isn't able to lease out units so they've listed many of their units on various hotel websites and airbnb which has turned the building into a hotel. Management also doesn't enforce parking for the people that actually live there. Do yourself a favor and lease from another apartment building.
