A beautiful gem of an hotel in Nashville. Really friendly staff and a great bagel shop.

Everything — great hotel and very central.

I just want to thank all the staff at hotel. Myself and husband were here for 4 days celebrating our honeymoon. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and imaculate. The staff couldn't have been any nicer. We also manged to go to the pop up bar on the penthouse. This was decorated for fall. And was absolutely stunning. Hope to return very soon. thank you The Hamiltons.

I've never stayed at the hotel but the pop ups are amazing and Ellington's is fabulous. The menu changes fairly often and I've never had anything sub-par.

This is a well appointed hotel but for the price, I was expecting much more. We left a subpar hotel experience and booked a suite at the Fairlane for the remainder of our stay to make up for a very trying first night in Nashville. This is our first vacation together and I wanted to make it special, but when you can’t even get coffee delivered to your room the phrase luxury quickly goes out the window. I should’ve booked the Westin. I made the poor assumption that an upscale boutique hotel would come with upscale amenities and services, especially when booking the most expensive suite. There is no room service here, the front staff was barely welcoming when we arrived and our suite doesn’t even have a bathtub. If you want a luxury stay near downtown I would highly recommend staying elsewhere. Tough lesson learned especially for our first trip together.

Hotel is EXTREMELY overpriced. There is no assistance to help you with bags. We had a stained carpet, broken lights, and tub that wouldn’t drain. No food is available at any of the restaurants after breakfast and before 4 pm. There are very very few amenities and the staff while friendly are few and unable to really solve any issues. We paid $741 per night per room. That fee does not include $50 for valet per car per night. I do not recommend.

Our room was clean, the view was nice, and the location was great for going to the Titans game. However that is not the reason I am giving this hotel a review. It is solely based off of the costumer service I received from the wonderful woman who was working the front desk the morning of Sunday, September 26th.
Unfortunately, my car was broken into in the valet parking lot the night before. She went above and beyond to help get the glass cleaned out of my car and make sure it was bagged/tapped so I could travel back home 2+ hours. She called the valet manager and police and made sure I was taken care of. I am very thankful for how she treated me in this stressful time.
As cute and convenient as this hotel was, I will not be staying there anymore just based on the safety concerns I have now. This is not the hotel or anyone’s fault other than the criminals that broke into my car, but I will be trying somewhere else that possibly has parking on the site of the hotel next time and not down the street in a parking garage.

Love this hotel! The staff is excellent, very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay an awesome experience! We will be back!

In they perfect location to access Printer's Alley. Staff was polite and helpful. The Corner King Suite was gorgeous, with perfect views. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. — met Josh Dean.

Great accommodations. Excellent service. Very clear and comfortable rooms.

From the moment we pulled up to the Valet all the way through check out we were treated exceptionally well. The Valet even covered my Wife and Daughter with an Umbrella so they didn't get rained on! The room was Beautiful and had amazing views of downtown Nashville. We had Appetizers and drinks on the outside rooftop patio before heading down to Broadway which was a short walk away. Breakfast at the Union Teller Deli was also excellent. The overall attentiveness of the staff was amazing and the food was amazing. We will definitely be making this our hotel of choice in Nashville!

This is the best stay we have EVER had at any hotel-Anywhere. From Anthony and Ryan for the valet to Adam and Emily (she absolutely went over the top with service and suggestions) at the front desk The service was fabulous
our Cherry suite was luxurious with the large tub for two.
Every want or need was met including robes slippers and magnifying mirror. — Down to a rose and with personalized note.
Bed is comfortable and spacious.
The 4th floor bar and restaurant with Kirsten was a great vibe. We feel as if each of the employees were the owners. They are proud of their hotel and the service they give — shows it.
Cannot gush enough about this place
We will never stay anywhere else in Nashville.
Go to Printers Alley and of course Kid Rocks for a great time.

Lovely hotel, comfy beds, extra friendly staff. The best surprise was the restaurants. We ate at both and the food is amazing. Perfect location and hotel for our Elton John concert adventure.

Lovely start to our evening before watching the Preds. Back for a nightcap after. The staff are friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Great atmosphere too. Recommend Happy Hour.

I had lunch on the 4th Fl patio. Spring greens with salmon. It was terrific. Service was attentive and I adore eating outdoors.

One of the best hotel experiences you can have. From the friendly valet to the customer-centric and very knowledgeable front desk to the room service and immaculate corner suite king with phenomenal views of downtown. It was first class through and through. All the staff was amazing but Hudson and Colin were definitely two people who stood out for their attitude of servitude.

Love love love this hotel. The staff are amazing and so attentive. They couldn’t have been more thoughtful and generous—was even invited for their soft opening dinner at Ellington’s (a wedge salad you will never forget—trust me) and then for cocktails the following night! The room interiors are beautifully decorated with mid century-gone-glam decor. Don’t miss out on breakfast latkes and salmon at the Mile End deli in the lobby. Great job Fairlane!

My wife and I along with another couple enjoyed our stay here! We were treated well everyday and our needs were met whenever we had a request.
The location made most everything very walkable — when we couldn’t walk they arranged a ride through Lyft for us! Diego was great at making us welcome and reloading us up when we left — he talked to us everyday. Reagan at the desk was always helpful along with every front desk person we met. As well “summer” Joe was very upbeat in serving us in the bar along with the young lady who took over from him. We came without a plan and the front desk always suggested many things to do and we did them all!
Many amenities in the area for food, sightseeing and night life. Thanks from some happy Canadians!

Had an amazing stay here! Highly recommend. The staff, Eric the guest service manager and mike the Food and beverage manager. We’re so helpful with recommendations for the area and just over all very friendly and accommodating. James at the front desk, the vallets, the bistro in the excellent coffee shop, all around amazing. I’m in the hospitality industry and I was wowed anytime I’m in Nashville I WILL be staying there. And recommend to all! Spot on staff!

Excellent location to everything. The rooms and views are unbelievable. Feels like you are staying at home relaxing. The staff is unbelievable and the front desk staff Jess and Alex and everyone else you guys are Awesome. The coffee shop great coffee Memo and Meghan best coffee ever. And the salad and burgers at Mile end were fabulous.

Went for a girls trip to Nashville for the weekend, and had a fabulous time, mainly due to the convenient location of the Fairlane. Additionally, the hotel staff was very personable and helpful during our stay. The rooms are quite large for a boutique hotel, very clean and comfortable with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! P. S. Great coffee!

Right out of the gate, we had great customer service. The front desk personnel were very informative and ready to help us with any need we may have had. Our room was available to us right away. It was spacious and modern. The mini bar and snacks in the room were awesome as well. The fact that each room has an umbrella to use in case of inclement weather shows they really think of the customer. Really a great place to stay. Thanks for the great customer service and amenities. Also the Mile End restaurant has the best Ruben Breakfast Bagel that I have ever had. Thanks again.

My boyfriends travel wish list had Nashville at the top so for our 6 year Anniversary & his 30th birthday (2 days apart) I booked a surprise trip! When you arrive the front desk is smiling and anxiously awaiting your arrival, even at 11:45. The room we stayed in was on the 12th floor and the floor to ceiling windows provided tons of natural light and a great peaceful view. The room was large and the bathroom was beautiful. The separate toilet room is a huge feature I now think every hotel room should have! Breakfast was amazing, they have bakers on staff! On our anniversary we came back to our room to find two surprise cupcakes and man were they delicious! Even the house keeper we met in the elevator was chatty and very friendly. This was by far the most personable hotel staff I have ever encountered. Hopefully we will be back!
