Friendly staff, had a small issue checking in and front desk employee was very thoughtful and helped us resolve the issue quickly.

Very great front desk service and beautiful clean rooms. All staff is very friendly and helpful so glad I canceled my other reservations and come stay here which will make my stay in Nashville so much more enjoyable.

Tamarrea at the front desk was amazing! She was always pleasant, helpful, informative & attentive. She is the reason I would go back to this hotel.
Although outdated, our suite was comfortable & adequate. If your visiting Opryland, this is a great location!

Most hospitable staff I have ever seen!

This Hotel has some of the sweetest employees ever. Ray is awesome, along with the late night clerk Jones I think is his name. The you lady who works the evening shift until 11pm is really nice. Everything is clean, service is excellent, it's a smaller size hotel but it's big on hospitality. I would definitely stay here again — с Donna Simon.

Clean rooms, staff very friendly!

The location was good bc there were plenty of bars and restraints in a short driving distance or even walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good and I am a picky breakfast eater. The rooms were small and our bathroom lock didn't work which was annoying bc there was 4 adults and 1 kid in our room. But over all for a one night stay it was not a bad place!

The service is probably the worst I've ever experienced at a hotel. I called to have my receipt emailed to me after my stay and spoke to a gentleman that works there. After about 5 minutes of trying to find my reservation, he claimed to have emailed the receipt and asked me to call him back if I had not received it in a timely manner. I called back and the phone only rang twice, and then went silent… which seemed odd so I called again… with the same result. Then I received a call from the hotel and overheard the gentleman's colleague say "don't call him", to which he questioned "oh, don't call him? " And promptly hung up the phone. I then attempted to call 6 more times with only one or two rings, indicating that they are hanging up on me when I call. This is by far the most bizarre and most frustrating experience I've ever had with a hotel. I just need my receipt!

Okay I enjoyed my stay here because of the staff and they were great that’s the only reason I’m leaving two stars. The hotel is not worth the money, it’s a 2 star hotel and reminds me of almost a days in quality. My room was banged up and the window was cracked. Bed was almost unbearable. Horrible tv. Turned it on then right back off. I would say bad ownership or something or a bad regional manager. Because the staff at this hotel would be the only reason your not. I would suggest paying a little more and actually getting that 3 or 4 star quality like I desire.

Staff were nice and very helpful. The rooms are ok, clean and tidy. About a 10 minute walk to Opryland.

I was majorly unimpressed with this hotel. We had major problems checking in. They couldn’t find the reservation for unknown reasons. The staff wasn’t helpful and was downright rude. The rooms were equally as bad. Beds squeaked. Floor had stains on it. The fixtures in the room appeared to be from Walmart, mirrors and interior doors. The A/C was even off brand. The breakfast was hardly even edible. I won’t be staying with Country Inn anytime soon, trust me.

We stay here every chance we get and it has delicious hot breakfast! Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Not far from downtown Nashville and very close to the Grand Ole Opry! I highly recommend the Country Inn & Suites!

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The price was fairly reasonable for the location, And the fact that it was a weekend rates are always higher. We would stay here again. The breakfast was very good fresh cut melon, Eggs, And biscuits and gravy, muffins, Bagels, and apples, bananas, and oranges, yogurt, Several different types of juices. Definitely something for everyone.

Staff was great. Had an issue with reservation which was handled. Only issue was the guests above me who Allowed their kids to run from one end of the room to the other at l am. Rooms are not sound insulated very well. Hot coffeecoffee was was always available.

This property has good points & bad. Good location, no hwy noise, friendly staff, comfortable beds, cleanliness average, nice brkfst in pleasant area. But a few cosmetic issues like peeling ceiling paint, bent lampshades, wobbly desk legs need to be addressed. One very negative issue in our room was some kind of water valve that came on & off every 90 seconds all night. Wasn't commode as it still happened even with that shut off. Flipped A/C fan to high & left TV volume on low to drown it out. Departed at 5 am with no one at front desk around. Did not have a restful night & unless management offers to comp the night we will stay elsewhere in the future.

Very clean, hospitable and roomy. The bed not as comfortable as I would have liked and take your own pillow, but nice. Helpful and friendly staff… Teresa, Erica and Jones Patterson were awesome up front. Will definitely stay again. 10-15 minute UBER to Broadway… can't beat it… Great daily fresh-baked cookies!

The things that are wrong with this hotel could easily be fixed for very little time and money. But, no one fixes it. Here is just a sample. Beautiful crown molding with a giant hole in it. The sheets are hard. Hole in the curtain. The carpet was wet from the air conditioner… simply bad management. Mixture of old and new items.

Clean rooms, food was always warm and plenty of it. Staff always very friendly and right there to help in any way. Would recommend this hotel to future guests. Had a problem with the lock on our door but it was rectified quickly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was exceptionally clean and breakfast was a good hotel breakfast. Our daughter enjoyed the pool.

The front desk was polite friendly. The room was nice, but there were not enough towels for the registered guests. Breakfast was good. Overall, the hotel was very clean and the staff pleasant and polite.

Staff was incredibly professional, courteous and helpful. However, unlike the other nearby hotels, there is no assigned shuttle service. And the room was just a hodgepodge of some things that looked new and old. For ex, the carpet was stained, my a/c unit rattled constantly and loudly and barely kept the room comfortable, plugs were not conveniently located, Wi-Fi not secure and some furniture was broken. But, the bathroom fixtures looked new. Again, great staff just keep expectations of the room in check.

Well located at the music valley, next to the conference center and opry outlet. Fiendly staff, good breakfast. 20' away from downtown.

Country Inn is located close to the highway for easy access to the city. It is located close to some of the Nashville attractions that we came to see. Very clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

Stay here every time we come to Nashville. Everyone very friendly rooms clean and nice. Will continue to stay here when we visit.

A nice hotel away from downtown Nashville. If you're going to a downtown event, try to get a hotel closer to the city. But if you're in town for something anywhere else, and you have a car, you can't go wrong here. I arrived way before check-in time, but the good people here got a room ready for me within 5 minutes. The room is large and clean, there's free parking, and it's a pleasant walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and the Gaylord complex. Southern hospitality might be a cliche, but it's certainly alive here.

I only stayed one night. But the staff was awesome. Super friendly and I didn't question the cleanliness of the room one bit.

Made reservations an hour before arrival. Room was clean and spacious. Many restaurants close by. Breakfast was great. Ham bacon, eggs and biscuits and gravy. Gravy was good no metalic tang. Would stay again.

Really great and friendly staff. Great location next to restaurants and Opryland Mall and Nashville Palace. Room was clean and really nice at a really great price. We'll stay here again. Thank You Country Inn for your hospitality.

Clean room. Convienent location. Friendly staff. Over all great experience. The shuttle to downtown was really slow on the way back, but that isn't in their control.

Loved it. The people were friendly and the rooms were lovely. Just a little too far from the town. But if you have a car it's perfect. Love Nashville.
