We stayed 1 weekend night. Andrea was very professional and efficient. The room was neat and clean. The mattress was firm but not uncomfortable. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel. Overall, it was comfortable and a great stay for a reasonable price.

Very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is your typical hotel food, it was hot, fresh and you could make your own waffles. It is clean, and the decor is updated. The bed could be a little softer for my taste. Overall a great experience (our 2nd time at this location) and we would go back again.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Loved the free shuttle to airport. Felt like it was a bit pricey though, but it was close to the CMA's. It would have been worth the price if you received a free shuttle downtown, but it was only $10 per person. No microwave in room, but they have one in the lobby area.

We made a last-minute reservation because we were looking for an overnight stay with airport shuttle. Best Westerns are always very accommodating and the staff was great. We will always book at Best Westerns. + for future reference, they are pet friendly in most places. Which is helpful for us.

Had a great stay at this Best Western Plus in Nashville, TN 5 minutes from airport, so great if you are flying. Very nice clean room, with comfortable beds. Great breakfast the next morning. An indoor pool and gym, and free Wi-Fi. Who could ask for more! We were also greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. Loved our stay. Thanks.

Initially they canceled my reservations without telling me. Luckily I had called the day before to confirm. Once we arrived, the pool was down for a couple days which upset my kids. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. Jane was the best & so accommodating. The other staff could definitely take notes from her.

Very very comfy and clean. Very convenient. Very nice rooms. Great service and selection for breakfast. Staff was polite. I say definitely try this place.

Loved this hotel. Clean, up to date. Great location. Comfy beds. Great breakfast. Staff was wonderful. I would stay here again for sure. Thought price a little high, but most around this area were the same. The only reason not giving a 5 star was the fitness center. It was beastly hot and reported it twice. Treadmill not of commercial quality, sticks a lot. Could use more equip for size of hotel…

Fantastoc hotel! Very clean, all employees we met are very knowledgable and outgoing. Breakfast there is great with a nice eating area. My husband is impressed with the pool since it's indoor with an opening to swim to the outdoor pool. Any room service request was processed right away. Would put it far beyond the standards of Hyatt hotels, even. Definitely would recommend.

Great place! Very clean and close to the airport. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The free shuttle was very nice. Breakfast was also great… w/bacon!

My son and I had a very pleasant 4 night stay. The room was clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They served an excellent full breakfast every morning with several different juices and fresh coffee. Surrounded by restaurants both sit down and fast food and is right down the street from the airport. Great job Best Western Plus, I would easily stay there again.

Great Best Western. Since they are all independently owned and operated, this is hard to come by. Fantastic service and incredibly affordable rates. A suite didn't even break the wallet.

Comfortable room at a decent price. Hot and tasty breakfast bar. Close to airport and 20 minutes from downtown. No noise from airport or interstate while close to both. Indoor pool opened until 11 p. M. They are usually booked up, but a good place to stay if you can get in.

Stayed here for an overnight to see a concert at the Ryman and do some shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and amenities were great and above and beyond for the value. We also were able to book a shuttle from an outside service for 10$ round trip per person… well worth it. Great complimentary full breakfast.

Stayed here for 1 night before my flight out the next morning. The room was nice and clean. They have a fridge and microwave. The water pressure is good. They have a gym, laundry, business center, an inside look, coffee machines, a pantry for purchase, free breakfast, and cookies and popcorn when you arrive. Overall I was happy with my stay. My only complaint was that the shuttle was running very late that morning. I believe it was about 45 mins late. There were several other guests waiting for the same shuttle. Luckily the airport is a very short drive away and the shuttle driver was very polite. The lady at the font rest and the shuttle driver both apologized for them running late. I would stay here again if in the area.

We have stayed here on different occasions during the past several years, and we generally have a positive experience. Doing this last stay, however, we were very disappointed. Our room was above the main entrance. There was a large party checking in late at night, and we could hear their shouting and raucous laughter as if they were right next door. When I asked the desk clerk to let them know how loud they were, she said that she would. Unfortunately, she never did. And unfortunately, their loudness continued until well after midnight because for some reason, they gathered in the parking lot. The male clerk who checked us out the next morning was extremely rude. He walked out of the back with a bored look on his face, and he took our key without saying a word. This is generally the hotel we use when flying out of Nashville. I hope that this is not typical of what we can expect in the future.

The manager and custodial staff were amazing. Location was good. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and would consider staying at a Residential Inn type place next time do to cost. They served a buffet type breakfast everyday, the kitchen and serving area were spotless. Plenty of food choices. No bed bugs, we checked.

My first time at this Best Western. I LOVED the indoor part of the pool. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. My bed was comfortable. The grab and go breakfast filled me up until I arrived home. I left at 4:15 am with no problem. I look forward to my next visit.

A comfortable place that's ideally situated just a stone's throw from the airport. The staff here make the difference: the people here are incredibly helpful and friendly, and really show the best of southern hospitality. There's also a pool and fitness room, as well as a decent hot breakfast (vegetables are noticeably absent, though). Thierry also offer a shuttle bus into downtown, south a return ticket costing a mere $10. The decor is charmingly local (look for the pictures of Dolly, Patsy and Johnny lining the walls). A fine place for us to spend a few weeks.

Very friendly staff, breakfast presentation was excellent and food quality was good. Room is nicely decorated. Rooms were clean and beds are very comfortable. Had an excellent and enjoyable stay for 7-nights. I would highly recommend this hotel as one of the best in the area.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast had a nice mixture of hot and cold food that was always fresh. Coffee all day long was a big plus for my wife. The price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is nice, updated, and clean. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Yolanda at the front desk was very helpful. As an extra bonus, they offer free cookies and popcorn in the lobby.

We had a 2 day stay. We have service animal. She's a 8 lb Maltese very sweet once she knows you. The room was dirty under the couch. The maid came to the door and the dog barked. She said check out. I said no. After she left I got a call from front desk saying I needed to come and check out and recheck in. When I went down to front. They said I had to leave for our dog was disruptive to their business. I hadn't even removed all my belongings and the maid had the clean linen for the new guest before I even left. They even demagnitized the room card. I stayed at best western in Flagstaff and they were excellent. This place made me upset sick at my stomach and tried to ruin my trip. Came all the way from California. So sad and we are so exhausted. Cold people & rude hospitality. The front desk lady said she has a service animal dog. Hope she never gets treated like I did. Never stay at this place with a service animal. They'll change on you quickly.

This place is fantastic! I stayed there with a friend after a concert in downtown Nashville. The price was great compared to downtown Nashville. The room temperature-wise was actually on the cold side, which was great for me. Their breakfast had a ton of variety and it was all really good! Next time I'm in downtown Nashville, this is where I'm staying.

We stayed at this hotel for four days. I would highly recommend it. It was extremely clean. The front desk was friendly and helpful, greeting us every time we left and came back with " Have a great day, be safe. " The pool was nice and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast fare. Great job, Best Western-Nashville airport!

This was a last minute stay for me and I was very pleased with the accommodations. The check-in process was easy and simple, the room was very clean and comfortable. The noise level was pretty low which helped me achieve a good night's rest. The free breakfast in the morning was great! Additionally, the staff was friendly and genuine. Sadly, it is hard to come by these days, there are many times staff members seem irritated or annoyed to help but not here! I would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice place to stay and the staff was outstanding. Very good breakfast. The only issue we had was hair in both our beds and we had to change our own sheets because the people who so that weren't there at that hour. If we had changed rooms it would have only had one bed and we needed two. Everything else was clean. I just think this stuff happens.

My flight was canceled and I had to stay overnight in Nashville TN. I checked out several hotels in the area and found The Best Western Plus had a good rate online. The appearance of the hotel looked really nice. The staff was very friendly and made everyone feel at home. The rooms were very nice and clean. Which is a plus. They had a complementary breakfast which consisted of several choices between eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, waffles and much more. I will definitely stay there again if I'm in Nashville.

Stayed here for two nights while I was in town on business. The hotel was in a very convenient location off of I-40, and 15 min from downtown. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, with nice, updated furnishings. I slept comfortably on the bed, and I usually don't sleep well in hotels. The breakfast in the morning was very good, having many options, including hot food like sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. Overall, my stay was very good, and I would stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in Nashville.

This Best Western Plus hotel was new, clean, and had a very friendly, welcoming staff. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, with several selections including bacon, waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. The pool was warm & inviting, inside and out. Coffee, popcorn and apples were available throughout our stay. Free shuttle also! Best services!

Room was very clean, the staff was great… Had user issue accessing the pool they were very gracious to me and my children. Breakfast was awesome and staff keeping breakfast fresh and keeping area clean we're very polite and courteous. Common areas were clean. Beds were Awesome! Room as clean! Pool area was great with some of the best pool hours. Location was great and easy to get to! Strongly suggest for families and couples.

I was only there for a very short night but the room was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and everything in it worked. I know that is expected but not always found. The bed was definitely one of the most comfortable hotel beds I can remember being on, too bad I only had it for a short night. The limited interaction with staff that I had was all very pleasant. I have no complaints other than to say I believe it could be a little less expensive.

I drove over 3 hours to get to this location. I booked online and it said any method of payment is accepted. (Credit, debit, cash etc. ) When I got to the hotel, it was under construction and the staff was super rude. When I tried to pay cash for my room they said they cant accept cash. If you are looking for a great hotel, definitely AVOID this one. They are a very unprofessional hotel. You are better off going to name brand hotels.

Pretty nice place. Staff was nice and helpful. Very clean. Major renovations being done so keep that in mind as far as estetics go. Nice place and reasonable price.

1st impression tells all. Large water hole at front entrance. Large cigarette ash tray 4 ft. Front entrance. Lobby bathroom dirty and no papertowels. Lobby furniture old and very worn. Hallway floors dirty. Need I say more.
