My boyfriend found a tick walking across the desk and I just killed an ant. This place is disgusting and I wish I could just leave. I will NEVER be back. I’m absolute weirded out.

The Hotel is very clean and the price is very reasonable.

We really enjoyed our stay on this trip. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It was also kind of cool watching the planes pass by our window as they approached the nearby airport.

Excellent location, excellent customer service! The hotel is a bit dated, but still very nice. The room was very large, sporting a decent kitchen area and a living room/bedroom combo you could have had a party in. Check-in was done very professionally, courteously and efficiently, which is always nice when you feel road weary. There is a complimentary shuttle to another Marriott property that has a restaurant/bar (I did not partake of this service), which could be very handy. Less than a 5 minute drive to the airport in the morning.

Nice staff, but the rooms need some work. The setup just doesn't make sense to me. It works for a simple overnight, near the airport, but I don't think I would stay here again. The TV is too small for the room and half the channels don't work. You're stuck with 6 or 8 basic cable stations with most being some form of ESPN. If you are staying with kids, I don't see that working out well at all.

I stayed here overnight for business, and the room was very comfortable and well kept. The pillows weren’t particularly supportive, but this was my only complaint. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast had a little of everything to suit everyone’s needs.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was one of the good normal options. Location is great to airport and about 15 from Broadway.

Clean, although no bags in the trash can and I believe my suite was a handicap suite everything was wheel chair height. I'm 5'7". Staff very friendly. There was a ceiling fan in my room. I love it!

Cons: — I had to ask for shampoo refill since one day it was missed — Paper plate in room was only for one day, no replacement for entire 3 weeks stay. — I had to ask them to remove the crumbs on the floor, because nobody noticed them. — Free internet is kind of lottery, it was very slow or not working at all sometimes. Even Skype IM sometimes took several hours to be sent — Same breakfast everyday except weekend, but only difference is waffles. Why don't you mix food somehow every day? Prop: Swimming pool is good benefit to relax after work. Other: We had fire alarm one day due to toaster in the kitchen I guess, so everyone had to leave hotel. Same day they left small package as a gift with chips, fruit snacks and cookies.

Excellent customer service, my room was clean and well maintained. The hotel was quite and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and they had a good variety.

The rooms were very clean and the staff is kind. I enjoyed the option for complimentary breakfast, even if it was a bit on the mediocre side. The room rates are also MUCH better than many surrounding hotels. You'll pay on average ~$189 per night for a king suite versus over $300 at the Hilton and Marriott closer to the Nashville Airport.

Awesome experience. Loved the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping! Everyone was nice and the breakfast bar was a plus! Would definitely stay here everytime I'm in Nashville!

Good clean room, internet isn't great, but not terrible. The part where this place shines is the breakfast. It is very good, one of the best free ones or even paid breakfasts I have had.

Great hotel for the money. Check in was super easy, plenty of parking, the parkingLot had sufficient lighting, the property was clean and manicured! To add, the suites were amazing, there was a let out couch, a surplus of towels and extra bedding for the couch. Overall, Im impressed! The staff was super friendly as well.

I stayed at this hotel on a night where it was 10 degrees outside. I had 2 infants with me (4months and 2 yrs) I had absolutely NO heat in my room. I told the manager about this issue and he said there was nothing he could do for me! I will not be returning to this hotel.

Came to Nashville for a girl's weekend with my sisters, and all five of us stayed in a suite with two double beds and a couch bed. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast in the morning had both hot and cold food items: an oatmeal bar, eggs, sausage, pastries, fruit, a few cereals, yogurt. Very delicious breakfast. The pool was fairly spacious and only got 5 feet deep at the deepest point. We didn't use it much, but the one time I did, I enjoyed it. The hotel was clean, and the airport shuttle was helpful since we didn't all get into Nashville at the same time. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Personal fridge, coffee maker, and sink in kitchen area. The fridge also has a quick chill feature. Which is handy down south. Personally I prefer the free coffee offered in the lobby 24/7. I have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.

I chose this location specifically because it had rooms with whirlpools. We would be staying here the night after we got married and I wanted it to be a special night. I booked a room with a whirlpool and a king sized bed several weeks in advance. When we arrive to check in after our wedding ceremony the woman at the front desk was not the politest but we didn't let that deter us. But when we got into the room in which my husband and I would be spending our first night as a married pair, instead of a kingsize bed and a whirlpool we were greeted with two queens and a regular tub. Thinking there had been a mistake we returned to the front desk. We were told the hotel had overbooked and our room had been changed. When I asked why we weren't informed of this earlier or at the very least before we checked in, the simple response was 'we didn't have a contact number. ' We were offered a room with a king bed and no whirlpool at no discount which I declined. In my frazzled newlywed state I just said to give me my money back and we would go somewhere else. It was incredibly hard for my husband and I to find a new hotel room on the fly. When family members called SpringHill to find out why our room had been changed without notice, we received several conflicting stories including the booking had been changed on accident and that there wasn't rooms with whirlpools at that location! So thank you very much SpringHill suites on the added stress to my husband and I'd wedding day.

Excellent staff with nice room and great beds. There are no outlets bedside to plug in and charge your mobile devices. I found the internet to be average speed. The breakfast was average at best. I only ate a bagel and coffee as nothing else looked appealing.

The indoor pool is awesome. My 2 young kids loved it. Every staff interaction was fantastic. I highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay if you need to be near the airport. Staff is always friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable, and you're no more than a minute or two from BNA.

BRING YOUR OWN BACK UP PLAN This looked like a very nice hotel, but I never got beyond the front desk during check in as my family was traveling. One of the last things I expected from a Marriott property was to be told that they had overbooked the hotel. It was April first so I just thought the staff was playing an April fools joke one us, until she handed me a form letter with an address for a dirty, run-down Quality Inn ten miles from where we needed to be. Apparently the hotel must make a regular practice of overbooking — — — why else would they have a photocopied letter! I travel a lot and stay in Marriott properties as often as possible, but this experience was bad enough to make me rethink my plans on my next trip. If this hotel makes a regular practice of overbooking, they should at least find a backup hotel of similar quality. The Qualty Inn is my next review, the fact that five adults had to sleep in two double beds, in a dirty room twenty miles out of their way is unacceptable. As I look for a different hotel for my return trip to home, Marriott should be looking for a different manger!

Good hotel overall. Good breakfast offerings, fairly diverse. Appreciate the teddy bear waffles for the kids. Room is good, though it's more one partly divided space, than two separate rooms. A sliding partition or similar would have been nice in that regard.

Nice and quite. There were ladybugs inside our room which was odd. We had 3 guests staying in our suite. One guest showed up early at around 10am on Saturday and I didn't put his name down on the reservation. My thought when I walked into my room was "How did you get in here without showing any kind of identification for the room? " meaning anyone could have just got the key and went into our room before we even checked in?

We loved the service, the rooms were very clean, bright and open :) The bathroom with seperate sink area made getting ready simple. Loved the staff was kind an attentive! The location was perfect!

Wow this place has the best staff, Clean rooms and good breakfast. So why the 3 star? I make my living on the internet. I must have a fast connection and after paying extra for fast. Didn't get it, nothing but problems. But the staff went out of there way to fix it. Even calling their tech. People and letting me talk to them directly. Even tried to move me to different room, didn't work either. In the end I got the charges back but if you living involves fast internet. Check speed first before getting room here. If internet not a big deal with you then by all means stay here.

If you want to stay near the airport, there are probably 10 hotels with in shouting distance of this one that I would stay at before staying at this one again, and that includes a Super 8. I had to go to Nashville on business and picked it because it was near my jobsite. I called to get a reservation and they sent me to the "reservation desk" which I later found out was an off site facility. I agreed to a price with my AAA rates and was satisfied that it would cost that. I implicitly told them 3 nights, and asked the price per night multiple times before I hung up and was only given one number. I got the confirmation email and didn't see any prices on it. I assumed that the price would stay constant because there were no other prices quoted to me. I checked in and was immediately dissatisfied. The room smelled stale, the internet didn't work at all (Facebook wouldn't even load), the couch was uncomfortable, and there were very odd noises all night long. I called the front desk about the internet only, and never complained about anything else. They said that they had several complaints about it and sent me to their technical support who told me that they didn't have any problems and offered no help. The next day, I checked my email, and the original email was still open on my phone and I saw the button buried in other links for room rate summary.

Great place to stay. A great breakfast every morning. Would have given it 5 stars if they had a shuttle downtown and maybe an in house place to eat and drink.

I left an item in the room called back an hour after check out said they would look and call me back never called back I had to call 8 hours later still no info to give me said they were busy did not have time called back the next day said they would check with house keeping and call me back in an hour no callback I called at 3:30 still had no info this is a very expensive item I know I shoud have not left it there but I am sure that house keeping stole it. If a manager will call me to discuss this matter please do because I will tell everybody not to stay there or any springhill suites.

Hotel staff was friendly and super helpful, arranged for a cab service to pick us up and shuttle us around at a reduced rate; definitely surpassed my expectations for customer service.

Stayed one day here and was very pleased. Greeted with a smile at the door and had a quite, clean room. Went for a swim in the pool. A nice way to unwind after a long drive. Plenty of food options in the area.

I love this hotel. Very nice and attentive staff at check-in, in the breakfast room, and in housekeeping. Our room was clean and fresh. My daughter is in a wheelchair and the configuration of our accessible room was one of the best designs we've ever had in a single-room mini-suite hotel room. We especially liked that fact that they have a roll-in shower, which really facilitated our daughter's care needs. Overall, it was a great stay at a great price. We will stay here again on our next trip to the Nashville area.
