The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean and also they are pet friendly which is a must for me I really like the hotel.

We had the best time in Tennessee over the weekend! PLANTATION OAKS SUITES was a great place to stay! Complementary breakfast every morning was great too! The ONLY reason I cannot give five stars is (for us) we thought the pillows were too soft/small Every staff member was polite and seemed to like what they were doing… THANK YOU! Rita and Ken.

What a wonderful experience we have had at Plantation Oaks Suites & Inn, they went above and beyond while we were staying during the 4th of July weekend! My son and his team "Street Outlaws Southern Illinois " were there filming 2 nights with JJ and the MSO, and everyone at Plantation was friendly, courteous, polite, and most of all a pleasure to be around! Thank you all for making our stay enjoyable! We look forward to seeing you again!

Most awesome service I've ever experienced and will not stay anywere else but here when we visit tennesee.

The “smoke-free” room we stayed in smelled of smoke, was in desperate need of thorough cleaning (stains on walls through the room/bathroom) and an update. We had our dog with us and had to pay an additional fee for, which is comical considering the condition of the room. The free breakfast was mediocre at best. You could tell they shopped at the dollar store for the food and again, set-up needs updating. Laughable that there’s signs to not take food to go — I don’t think anyone would want to!

Highly recommend. It was a perfect place for us to rest after a long day of racing.

My husband & I were going to travel to Millington for a military service. My husband had a bad health problem come up & was admitted into the hospital. I forgot to cancel our reservation until the day of. I told the hotel & the manager what happened. I am legally blind so I could not drive & the doctor said he could not drive 13 hours away because of the new medications he was put on plus he just got out of the hospital. They did not care. We were charged full price & they were not going to help us. My husband served this country for 22 years & this is how he gets treated. I offered to show proof also. Nope. FYI… all they care about is money. Most of their guests are military or military related. Southern hospitality is what they advertise but I don't think they know the meaning of the word.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and nice. The internet could be a little bit faster but it was able to handle everything. Definitely stay here if you're looking for a place just outside of Memphis or just passing through.

Very nice staff. Nice rooms. Nice pool. Hot and cold breakfast. Wifi included. Parking on site. Plenty of stores and restaurants within 4-5 miles of hotel. Very good area. Highly recommend.

Best place to stay in the area. Everyone there is so friendly. They treat you like they have known you for years. I highly recommend staying here. Very accommodating to whatever we needed.

We stayed here for the weekend well we want to the races street Outlaws and the place was nice, breakfast very good, staff wonderful people They do anything they can for you would stay here again and hope to soon. Thanks for making our stay great.

Excellent staff and service. The room itself was neat and well maintained. Since Millington was my destination, I had no problem with the location of the hotel. Memphis was less than 20 minutes away, so that was a plus. All and all a good hotel and I would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.

Charming hotel with a lot of character! It's a little north of town, but not bad at all, and the countryside is beautiful. The rooms were large and comfortable, and everything was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable and the ac was cold. Staff was very friendly, and the free breakfast was great. The outdoor pool was clean and warm enough. And the price was significantly lower than other rooms in the area. I would definitely recommend this place if you're okay with staying outside of downtown.

We were there for 2 nights for a motorcycle rally. We found the checkin to be a breeze, the room exremely clean and comfortable, the cleaners very polite and competent. The breakfast was good and filling and all the employees pretty much bent over backwards for us in everyway. If we ever find ourselves back in the Memphis area, we will definitely stay here.

Motel was clean staff friendly. We had 2 beds a desk & chair as well as an extra chair to sit in. Microwave and mini fridge plus coffee pot. A small fenced I pool. In all it was a nice hotel with a general store & deli within walking distance.

Not a good place to stay for the $110 per night charge. Peeling wall paper, dirty walls, no pictures on wall nails, cigarette butts everywhere, chipped countertops, etc.

Rooms are a bit dated and the location is a few miles out of town. Great breakfast and friendly staff. A little to pricey for where and what you get.

We stayed here this past weekend and everything was great. Its not a huge, expensive hotel, but the room was clean and comfortable and the customer service was beyond excellent. We arrived super early, in need of freshening up for a busy day, and they allowed us to check in early with no problems. It was a lifesaver! I think they are under new management, and they are doing great so far!

The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We are still staying here, but so far, we love it! The place we have is nice and spacious and we are very comfortable. We have nothing bad to say about it at all.

Very nice rooms. Clean and in good repair with comfortable furnishings. Friendly staff and great monthly rates. Seems quite with a convience store next door and easy highway access. I would recommend staying here.

Staff was friendly and willing to accommodate. Place was clean but could use to be updated. The hotel is a way from most anything so have transportation Uber is expensive to Beal St.

I love the staff! It's a very welcoming home away from home! I will only stay at this hotel anytime I am traveling to TN.

Close to the Memphis International Raceway. Quaint. Clean. Delicious complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff. Eager to please the guests. I'd stay there again for sure.

Although I was very upset that my original hotel reservations from Holiday Inn Express fell through, I was pleased with my stay at Plantation Oaks Hotel. Christi (employee) at the hotel was very patient and courteous as she not only helped accomodate my daughter and I, but other guests who were there due to weather damage at the above stated hotel. Staff were very friendly and greeted every guest who walked in every morning for breakfast. I most definitely enjoyed my stay.

Hotel looks nice. Our non-smoking room reeked of stale smoke and there were a few dead bugs on the floor.

Friendly staff. Out of the 9 days we stayed we had to call the front desk 4 separate days to get housekeeping done (housekeeping staff are very friendly, however). Mildew in the bathroom. Bathroom door knob only opened the door if you turned it to the left. Wallpaper was peeling in spots. Was not informed about 48 hour check out policy and was charged the day I checked out even though I checked out at 8am (check out is 11am). Only redeeming quality was that they were pretty much the only hotel in Millington that would let me stay with my 2 dogs which are both over 150lbs (great danes)

The room was clean and comfortable. However, due to storms, we lost power for 8 hours. The staff wasn't very friendly or informative as to what was going on with the power or when it would come back on. Other than that, the visit was pleasant.

1) room keys never work. I have had to swap 4 times, now. 2) The morning following the first night stay, maid knocked on door around 9am to ask for dirty towels, even tho the "don't disturb" sign was clearly hanging on the outside of the door. So I give them to her, expecting clean ones in return. Nope! I had to walk to front desk to get towels that night. 3) Since we were awoken by the maid, we decided to get "breakfast. " It was right at 9am and they were out of everything. When we asked if everything was really gone, the fronts desk responded with, "uhm, yeah! It's gone. Breakfast is over in 45 minutes. We aren't making anymore. " So we were stuck with rock hard biscuits. Seriously, it was rediculous. Also, they had waffles. … frozen waffles on a plate and a toaster. 4) By Day 3, again, I had to go get my own towels. They hadn't come to get trash, dirty towels or make up the beds. 5) For what big room I had, the TV was extremely small. Something like a 27" tv. There was cable, but very basic cable. Not a single kids channel and all the channels were scrambled or had lines going through them. 6) The shower was wheelchair accessible. Which is great for extra room, but when taking a shower, the water floods the bathroom because the shower floor and bathroom floor is seamless. So I would use 2 bath towels to clean the water up and we've already discussed the bath towel situation. 7) Last but not least, both beds in the room were so uncomfortable.

Wouldn't go here ever again.

The food was horrible! The televisions were from the 80's The maintence men were trying to hit on my 14 year old daughter, but the rooms were clean.

Wonderful staff from front desk to housekeeping! Amenities are amazing as well.

My wife and I needed an affordable weekend away for our anniversary. And Admiralty Of Plantation Oaks in Millington, Tn seemed to fit the bill. We loved it, great room, friendly service and Mamma Mannello's Neighborhood Italian Bristo is right next door. Great food and great atmosphere, all in all it was a wonderful visit.

We came in for a car show and wanted something a little quieter than the host hotel. We found Plantation Oaks and I am so glad that we did! We had a 2 bedroom suite. There was a King size bed with a coffee table in one room and a Full Size bed in the other. Both bedrooms had televisions. The room that we stayed in had 2 doors. A front door and a side door that exited from the room with the full size bed. The rooms were clean. The hotel was very accommodating. We actually ended up needing 2 roll out beds for friends and they provided them without any questions. There was a full size refrigerator and a smaller stove/oven. The hotel didn't say anything when we stayed out half the night having drinks and hanging out with friends in the parking lot. Once we came inside we didn't hear any of the melee outside. The breakfast was very nice with Belgium Waffles, biscuits and white gravy, and sausage patties. Also the regular Continental fare of cereal, fruit, and bagels. I am looking forward to our stay next year and hope we can get the exact same room.
