'deal with it" They told us someone would help with our luggage as part of valet parking. And we ending up carrying our own seVEN suitcases upstairs by ourselves but we didnt mind that at all, just dont say you're going to do something, if your not. It was a disaster. And as a fellow service worker, like I said, it is VERY rare for me to leave a review like this. The hotel however did make it right, but it costed by family (all together) over three hours to finally fix the double charges to our accounts. We had three seperate times that we got charged triple. Lol then we ordered dominos and got charged triple (three times) instead of once. It was a night mare. Im writing this review because maybe you can help your staff be better and maybbe they can provide better service to future people who stay. The hotel after charging me and my family three seperate times and overdrafting our accounts, did NOT offer anything after the stress. Maybe a discount, free stay, ANYTHIGN, even free breakfast would have been nice. It's not like it was a one time mistake,,,, it happened repeatedly. Im very upset. My family were in tears from the frustration. We tried to not say anything because we didnt want to hurt their feelings. Because mistakes happen. But I dont know. Words cant explain how stressful this stay was. Our vacation ended up being more stressful so now we 're back in town going backto work and we're more stressed now than we were when we left. So going back we feel the complete opposite of relaxed and dread going back to work. Just very upset. Im sorry but I had to be honest, really did.
