This is a place that could be really nice with some TLC. It is huge, has an indoor pool and a chapel. The rooms are spacious, the halls wide, the entry nice, though with bullet proof glass across the check-in desk. This used to be a nice area of Memphis 30 years ago. Like the hotel, it has slid into a degree of decay. Our stay here was uneventful and comfortable, but rather sad. The room was fairly clean… who knows about the carpet…, a non-smoking room that smelled ok, but lots of cigarette damage by previous, careless, "guests. "

The room they gave me at first was under repair didn't even have a bed the second room had holes in the wall and a/c didn't work. I finally got a better room but was very aggravated and tired from my flight and there service was terrible at the motel.

Where to begin, first there was blood on the curtains, burn holes in the sheets and comforters (we were in a no smoking room), TV had no remote nor would it turn on, toilet ran all night and couldn’t get extra towels when I asked for them twice. Lobby was not very clean and had a stinky odor to it. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone nor will I ever stay there again!

The room was fine except for the commode had to be jiggled to get to stop running. I had no towels. The atmosphere outside wasn't good at all.

This is by far 1 of the most terrible motels I have been to in my 30 yrs of life! Never again. Expedia should be a shame! Going to send them a personal email to let them know they need to take this motel off of their list! They get no stars from me. We shouldnt even have to give them 1!

This location was horrendous. Everything was horrendous. The non smoking rooms we got were chimneys. All the furniture was older than I am. I am 41 years old. Supposed to have a microwave in the suite. Well, guess what? No microwave. We paid $85 for the suite. We stayed at another brand motel for $80 a night two days later and the difference was amazing. I also had to pay $2 more per room than the reservation stated. I showed the front desk person the reservation email confirmation and they still charged me the extra rate. If you want the Bates motel experience, this place is for you. To be fair though, I was informed this was a franchise location. I have stayed at other motel 6 locations and they were much better (corporate locations I guess).

30+ uses of ni**a in only 15-20 min by unruly teens. A few near fights in the lobby. 4 women in lobby yelling for sexual encounter from boys leaving. 9+ pre-teens running up and down hallways and banging on walls while parents left to go shopping. Watched as multiple people were turned away (even though they booked a room) (** including me and my wife**) due to overbooking. We were informed that rooms were a first come, first serve basis. Throw in a drug deal going down in the front parking lot. Otherwise I have no complaints.

The door to the bathrooms. Kept getting stuck for the wedding reception. Everything else was good.

Could've done with out the 8 Memphis Police officers across the hall,, but am glad they were left safe & hope they got who they were after.

Its okay room wise. As far as the lobby / outside area not worth any thing. To much going on.

The bed were not changed. No remote control for the tv. Kids running down the hall after 10pm. Clerk tried the help. Several other room were not clean. Could not move. Sleep on top of the bes with our clothes on. Very poor rooms. Shameful.

No hot water. No drawer's in night stand. No towels. Hard bed. No coffee.

My non smoking room smelled like a chimney. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Stuff was falling apart. We had two working lamps. Rust in the bathroom. I don't like that I was charged upfront instead of at checkout. TV was old and had poor quality. It looked fuzzy. Service wasn't great. They gave us 2 towels for a 4 person room. Toilet paper ran out and asked them to bring some by. They did not. Had to ask again when we got back to our room that night. Towels have stains and are small. While we were out the whole day no one came by for house keeping. Room was as we left it. The location is terrible and the people that wonder around are sketchy and loud. Banging on doors in the middle of the night. The whole motel reeks of pot.

The towels weren't in the room and I had to call the front desk and go to retrieve them. The towels were stained and appeared unwashed. On the whole the room was clean and the beds comfortable. The Wifi wasn't working.

I was extremely pleased with my stay. The room was temperature controlled, everything in the bathroom worked well, and I appreciated the refrigerator very much. Check-in and out were also easy and efficient, the ice machine and microwave worked, and I was treated kindly.

We mistakenly booked this hotel and boy, was it a mistake! A double bed was booked and paid for over a week in advance. On arrival at 4pm, I was told no rooms were available. She told us to try another hotel. After trying to upsell us a suite, a housekeeper turned on her cleaning ticket and a room opened up. This room was the worst I've ever seen, hands down. One bedlamp was out and the hall light blew when I flipped the switch. There were no drawers in the bedside table. The carpet "baseboard moulding" was pulling away from the walls. The antique a/c belongs in the trash heap. Burn marks on the furniture and cigarette burn holes in the sad excuse for a comforter. The bed is hard as a rock and the pillows might as well not even exist. Dust, hair, dirt and a baby's shoe was behind the bed I slept in. Keep in mind, this room had just been "cleaned". You have to pull the bed away from the wall to get access to the electrical outlet… fire hazard. The door latch has a lot of slop in it and the bar lock was broken off. Thank god there was at least a deadbolt. There was a guy outside yelling about "bitches be tryin' to f@ wit dey pimp"… I kid you not. Around midnight a black male wearing dark clothing started banging incessantly on the door saying I was need at the front desk. I called the number listed on their website and was told to be sure my door was locked and if it happened again, to call this number back.

This hotel is full of cockroaches everywhere, freezer, bedroom drawers. Only two towels in a suite room. Freezer does not work, toilet does not flush well, no kitchen appliances. If you can, then you should avoid this place. They will not refund you and also tell you can call the police. We file a dispute with our credit card company. Owner is a crook. avoid avoid avoid. Update: Our credit card company fully refunded us. We left and stayed at another decent hotel nearby.

When I stayed there the first room was not in good shape. Because the covers had a blue stain and a hole in it. There wasn't a remote to the TV and when I turned the TV on manually all the channels where just static also there wasn't a phone in the room. But after I got my room changed it was better and all the things I didn't have was in my new room.

Called 2 times lost. Got there girl and 2 friends outside. No working tv. Moved to room, 305 3 roaches. No tv. Person at desk boyfriend came in after me giving her mouth about snap chat. I told her I was fearfull. To stay, but to exhausted to move. Room dirty, but she did help a little to move us.

I had the worst experience ever! I arrived get in my room it stinks it wasn't clean roaches were crawling on the furniture just horrible. This place really needs to inspected by a health inspector. On top of that my room had no washcloths or towels then when I ask for them the front desk clerk responds with we don't have any. I wouldn't treat a dog the way these people treated me! Mildew I can go on and on! I drove all the way from Atlanta Ga on a family emergency.

We spent three nights at your motel. Over all we were satisfied with our stay. Your staff really tried to be helpful. I have a few comments though. 1. Soda vending machine out of order. Forced me to go out of the motel to a gas station next door. Very uncomfortable place. 2. Glazed tile in bathroom to slippery. 87 year old mother slipped luckily she caught herself. Tub could use some slip mats. 3. I will complement you on your beds we slept very well. Horace Worcester.

The motel staff are liars, thieves, and some are even selling drugs (cocaine, as well as heroin) the maids take from the guests and share with the other staff also . The Wi-Fi does not work 95 percent of the time and there's drugs and gunfire every night, not once a week but every night.

The only thing I don't Like Is That they don't serve breakfast.

Room was flooded with toilet water when we woke up, that go figure smelled of Sh** n they refuse to even let us use another room to shower n refuse a refund. Ash tray n a non smoking room, phone didnt work n lights didnt all work n apparently the toilet runs on its own… NASTY, n they refuse to let u speak to management.

Roaches… yuck. I had stopped at another motel 6 in Brinkley, AR, which was MUCH worse, but I just could not drive any more. The room & bathroom were not clean. It smelled of smoke in a non smoking room and it had roaches. I would never stay there again. At least the staff was nice.

Hardest bed I have ever slept on, no give at all, like sleeping on the ground. Will say room was clean, sink took awhile to drain.

It was nastg. Y mom got bit then they. Bad ants.

I work there and I know its not a good work place and or place for family. (Kids most definitely not to much going on inside it)

Absolutely the nastiest place ever. Mattresses were nasty. Walls were nasty, floors were nasty. Does not even look like the pictures. Beware of this place. Stayed 1 night because every place else was full, but never will I ever stay in another motel 6. I know there had to be bedbugs. Black hairs on the mattress covers, sheets were dingy and worn. Please move on down the road when your looking for a place to stay.

Contacted this hotel to try to schedule 9 rooms for a softball team. The gentleman that answered the phone was very rude. I had specific instructions to asked for a particular individual to assist me with my request; however, when I asked for this individual I was told in a very frustrated tone that she did not work there. The individual (foreign accent) that I spoke to most definitely need to return for more hotel training on how to treat possible customers.

Bed bugs! bed bugs! bed bugs! bed bugs! we had to leave in the middle of the night so many bed bugs. They were more than happy to give me a refund if one room has bugs why would I want another room in the same freaking hotel.

One word. Horrible. Most of the guests coming to this hotel seem to be in a certain "profession". There seemed to be multiple clients. Need a cheap place for a quick hook up? This is where you want to be. Sheets were nasty. No AC in lobby and hallway. Hallway is nasty. We didnt leave without a refund. That was not an option. Need a clean, safe place to stay? Avoid this hotel at all costs.

U wanna sleep with roches all around u and. No ac at the start of summer than this is the place for you. No refunds no roomv changes. They just take your money and walk away thought motel 6 was better than this. The sign said 49.99 and they charged me $60 the rep says it was tax. Stay away from This hotel. OH before I can get to the desk the security guard assured me They wasnt gone give me no money back.
