Nice place. Clean and close to everything.

Larry, manager, verbally assaulted my daughter and 1 year old granddaughter. My daughter and her husband paid for a late checkout on January 23, 2020. While her and her 1 year old daughter were taking a nap and her husband was at work (out of town work) the Manager barged into the room and started screaming at her and her daughter for not checking out sooner. They have the receipt and was scared to death, but the manager continued to scream and scare them saying he didn’t care if they paid for a late checkout. That 1 year old girl was balling in fear, she was traumatized by this abusive act. This is illegal, you cannot barge into a hotel room and intimidate or threaten or verbally assault a woman and child. Especially when your hotel agreed to the terms AND CHARGED A FEE for this option. I demanded she call the police to report this assault and we plan to speak with attorneys to see if charges can be pursued against Larry the manager and Wyndham AND Super8. I expect this abuser to lose his job at the very least. Do not stay at this hotel and support this monstrosity behavior.

Very clean and large rooms. Man at the front desk was nice and very helpful. He stated the rooms were remodeled and they sure are beautiful rooms.

Very clean rooms great owners, breakfast is so so always could use Improvement. But for the money it's a great place, great location if you would like to have access to 75 north or south in it is near various different restaurants including walking distance to Waffle House. If one would like to walk to the gas station it is feasible to even walk to a gas station from this location. Overall great experience it has an outdoor pool that is open from 9 to 9.

We checked in at 3:30 AM. By 5:45 AM our room phone started ringing. No answer and we did not order a wake up call. We barely slept in that short time because the bedding was so itchy. Ice machine right outside of our room would have been enough to wake us up had the phone calls not already done so. I told the man at the front desk who promised to fix the phone. That doesn't help or compensate us for our inconveniences during our 4 hour stay.

Very friendly staff. Free breakfast typical but nice and clean dining area. Pool was very clean and enjoyable. The room I was in was spotless and I could tell it had been updated. Very little noises outside room. Well lit area and we felt safe walking out at night. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back.

Unlike a few other Super 8 that I lodged in during my trip, that place was great. It was clean and the staff was very courteous. The breakfast was pretty filling as well. For the breakfast, they offer continental breakfast: coffee, orange juice, waffles, bananas, yogurt (fruit flavors, for some weird reason, they did not have any plain or vanilla flavor), muffins, bread with butter or cheese, orange juice and apple juice.

The hotel is located in a very picturesque and beautiful place, around nature, hills, hills, forests. There is a small outdoor pool, friendly staff, around clean and cozy. A good choice of breakfast. Next to Waffel House, refueling, burgers.

A. M. Front desk clerk very friendly. Room clean except tub had a stains in it. Breakfast was ok. Overall it was a great place to rest for one night. Thanks.

Room was large and clean and was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Bathroom was a bit dated and ugly but served fine. Location is convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Front desk staff was polite.

Just checked in towels and sheets are filthy. Very rinky dink. Looks extremely different from than ad. Luckily Kroger is across the street I was able to buy towel. No offense but overseas ppl run it and you can tell they take the cheap way out with everything.

They are in process of remodeling there rooms. I was shocked by their updates for the price cant be beat. Rooms are bigger then most I've stayed in. Our king room has a couch bed and that's a plus. Location is Great! I will give them a 2nd chance if I'm back in Knoxville Tennessee. If I coukd have given a zero I would. Stayed in last 7 months 10 times. Had ok stay for money but only reason I was there at all is because my father was dieing with cancer. This time the desk clerk Max was rude as can be. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights then 3 rooms for two after dad passed on the 3rd of june. My brother who has two severely autistic kids rushed to get here for funeral from indiana. I booked room for him and paid cash. He came in at 2am and told attendent that he had service dog. Also told her that he had two big my Bassett dogs one 9 year mold diabetic service dog other 2 old year in training search and recovery pup that he was watching for me and couldnt kennel on short notice. She said fine. My brother infirmed Max the morning attendant that he would be staying one more day and Max rudely blurted that he needed to pay right now. As my brother was getting money from pocket. Then as we returned from funeral I was locked out of my room I had paid for 3 night in advance for and when went to find out why key wasnt working was told there was no paperwork for the dogs. I offered even though that federal law forbids asking for documentation on service animals. That by the way was hanging on there vest with valid i. D. To pay him he insisted on long form documentation. This is a joke. Is compassion not part of this man life. Has he ever had special needs custermers or family. Bull I think this place should be boycotted for such actions.

Always clean, and comfortable, and priced reasonably.

Friendly staff and easy on/off I-75. The rooms have been updated recently and were clean. I didn't really hear noise from outside the room and that is a good thing. The shower had good pressure, too! Bed was comfy although I don't understand only giving 3 pillows instead of 4. Being up on a hill allowed for a nicer view even with other buildings in front of it.

I have been staying at this motel for 5 years. This year I have been extra pleased with the friendliness, clean room, and new remodeling. This motel offers so much for the price. It is so convenient to the interstate, yet away from busy traffic. This is my favorite place to stay, and the new management and renovations make it much more attractive.

Nice clean rooms and comfortable. Tv's not greatest picture but works. Bathrooms should b next on remodel list. Had problems with key card in morning… could not get back in room. Several restaurants in area. Separate outside entrance a plus. Breakfast typical — cold and hot cereal, waffles, yogurt, toast, juices. Friendly staff.

We have been going to this motel for around 3 years. We average around 7 or 8 visits per year. The manager there now is very nice and helpful. If you go there she will try her best to assist you. The room is very clean and quiet. Great location with eating places very near by. The staff is polite. Just ask for the manager and tell her Billy Brooks recommended them. You won't be dissatisfied with your stay. I have a low score a couple of years back but that was before the new manager and staff.

Nice price breakfast can be improved. Some staff very nice. Made reservations. When we got there took forever. To sign in. Went down to rent another room man was rude sarcastic argued with me. Be careful if you stay. Here next trip will be different hotel. Tryed to tell me I was smoking in a non smoking room they saw me out side.

Called to book a room for 2 non smoking and downstairs… I told them I would be paying cash and was immediately told if I wasn't paying with a card they could only provide me with a smoking room upstairs…? … so I get penalized for using cash? Avoid this dump… too many other places in the area that will accommodate…

The room was reasonable for 60 dollars. It's being remodeled. A hair dryer, coffee maker, ironing board, microwave, and mini refrigerator where in my room which I thought was nice. It wasn't what you would call a "luxury hotel" but I wasn't looking for that either. Overall a good experience.

This was my second trip staying at this hotel. We were in this area in June 2015 and then just stayed there for a week in July 2015. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to help you with anything. They are in the process of remodeling, but the rooms are in very good condition and they have a really good breakfast. We were actually working about 10 miles from this hotel, we had originally rented another room at a different hotel so we would be closer to the work site, after one night at the other hotel we decided to drive the extra distance each day to this hotel because we had stayed here before. I have no complaints about this place at all, very reasonably priced. We will be back in this area in September and will be staying here again.

I don't think of myself as really fussy, but this was a horrible place to stay. From the time we checked in until we left. Upon arriving, the room smelled horrible, almost like rotten meat. They advertised that the rooms come with a microwave and a fridge. Well unless someone stole them before we got there, this was not the case. The swimming pool was full of bugs and spiders, lots of them, the kids were freaked out. Nothing seemed clean. The breakfast was almost non-existent unless you wanted cereal. The icing on the cake was the 2 old perverts who tried to pick up my teenage daughters and myself by trying to lure us to their Suites upstairs. (I know this had nothing to do with the hotel, but maybe the kind of locals it attracted at the time, they seemed to know the area well by the small conversation they tried to have with us). Also, if you want to change the color of the roof from green to red, you should hire someone to paint it professionally, not have maintenance paint it with rattle can spray paint, it looks sketchy. To the defense of the hotel, it seemed to change ownership within days of our stay. We left a jacket behind, that was never found, not really a big surprise, and called to see if it had been turned into lost and found. They did not even know where the lost and found was located, when I questioned why they did not know, they said they just purchased the super 8 and took over that week.

Arrived late at night after a long day of travelling. The older gentleman working the front desk was kind and helpful. Room was clean. Nice place for a quick layover.

It was a great stay with free breakfast. Rooms are clean and price was just right. Will definitely return again.
