Room was clean. Easy check in and out. Good location. Close to restaurants and shopping. The only negative was the sound travel from room to room and from the hallway.

I have stayed at a few Hampton Inns across the country and this site is top notch. It was in a great location with plenty of options for dining as well as access to the area. The staff kept everything clean and was very helpful with local knowledge.

Warm cookies at front desk on your way up to your room made me smile. Room was clean and large. Breakfast was great but I wish they had strawberries for the waffles. Overall very good.

Great value for the cost! Very clean and professional staff. The desk receptionist was very charming and happy. Fun to talk to.

Our experience was great. Bathrooms, beds, were all very clean. Outdoor pool was small but good enough for the kids to have a nice time. Breakfast was a welcome bonus. I'd stay again.

Actually dropped some friends off there after attending a wedding in Loudon Tennessee. They were in town from South Carolina. They did indeed mention that they enjoy their stay there every time they come to Knoxville.

Staff was super nice, breakfast was excellent, rooms were spacious and clean, and we were able to check in early. Will consider staying there again if ever in the area.

My go to hotel in the area. Friendly staff and clean rooms always. Make sure to walk to wild wings for dinner one night.

We are visiting this area and the food was great! They took time to walk through the menu with us made recommendations. They also took time to show my young children the bubbles, chalk, & hula hoops that they can play with while visiting. Love them!

I have no idea how this place has such a good rating, this is the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in. The images used here and on the Hampton website have got to be at least 15 years old, this hotel in 2018 is neither new nor freshly renovated. The faucet fixtures were loose, there are rough patches of spackle on the walls (painted over at least), the bathroom fan makes this horrible droning noise that seems to be amplified while in the shower, and the toilet sporadically refills it’s tank. I’m literally lying in bed right now unable to sleep because I’ve got a crying baby in the room to my right and someone knocking who-knows-what into the joining wall to my left. The walls and exterior windows here are poorly insulated. The only good qualities of this hotel are the breakfast is decent and the bed isn’t sagging. Otherwise this hotel is overpriced for what it really is. I’m a La Quinta Elite member and a Hilton Honors member, but I’m sticking with La Quinta going forward.

Staff is the best! Rooms are always clean. Close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Try Wild Wings across the parking lot.

The Establishment itself was extremely adequate for my one-night need for work purposes there's a decent room no noise extremely well accommodations for me only being there less than 13 hours and the breakfast was very spot on.

Great place close to a lot of food options. That is a good thing for someone who's been on the road all day.

Great facility and wonderful staff. The rooms are very clean and the location is walking distance to local restaurants and the Greenway belt line. Take a nice walk after dinner!

Spouted by to pick up my race packet at a race expo in one of the conference rooms. The grounds looked well taken care of. The appears to be some renovation going on around the lobby.

Large rooms, very clean. The staff was very friendly. There is a pool but I visited in the cool season. The beds were very comfortable. It's even in a great location, next to the interstate so it's easy to get anywhere in Knoxville and near the hotel were plenty of restaurants and the like but it's not right on a main drag which makes traffic bearable. I would highly recommend it.

Friendly staff, accommodating but out of the way even when turning rooms. The rooms feel new and fresh, a nice bathroom, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Hamptons always have a more than adequate breakfasts and this one is no different. Top it off with a nice little pool, gas fire pit area, and gym and I'm not sure what else you need. Oh and several good coffees brewing constantly just off the main lobby. Well worth the price. Book here with no hesitation.

Great hotel! The gym is on point! Pull-up bar, free weights, two benches, Procor machine. Walking distance from an alcohol merchant, Publix and several restaurants. Staff is super friendly. 100000 out of 10 would stay again.

A last minute drop in stay, turned out to be a great experience. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating at 2am. The room was clean and just what we needed after a long roadtrip.

Wow, Hampton Inn was so clean O thought it was brand new. Found out it has been open for 4 years. The service was fantastic. I'll definitely stay there again.

Prices were extremely high for a standard room for one night. We live locally and just wanted to take our kids someomwgere nice for the night. Nice rooms and Motel, but couldn't afford it.

The location of this hotel is great, but what really makes it awesome is the staff. Every person I encountered was friendly and extremely helpful. The front desk staff helped us find our way around town and the kitchen staff made breakfast a treat every morning. Top notch all around.

The location is great, right off I40, close to the Turkey Creek outdoor mall with over 300 stores and restaurants. The hotel is in a quiet area despite its close proximity to the interstate. As for the room, it was mediocre not the best Hampton I've stayed in nor the worst. The housekeeping staff on the other hand was far beyond my expectations when it comes to their guest interactions, each one I met was beyond kind and helpful… I wish I could say the same about the front desk. The front desk staff was not mean nor rude but they certainly lacked the hospitality you'd expect from such position. For instance, when asked if there were many gluten free options on Market Street downtown… we got "yes". Nothing anymore specific since it was clear there was no desire to help further we did our own research using the visitors center who was extremely helpful. Overall it was an average experience, I may look for other options next time.

We had a great experience. Got in late and was welcomed with a smile. Breakfast was decent. We wanted to use the fire pit after it was turned off and they turned it back on for us even though it was late. Awesome stay.

Check-in was quick and easy. Stayed one night, bed was comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was the only thing holding back a 5 star rating. Other Hamptons I've stayed at had better quality breakfasts.
