They accused me of smoking and took the liberty to charge another $150 for that. They don’t talk to me. I have called and emailed the GM several times. What a ripoff. Over 300 for a room for one night cause we were tired traveling. Watch you checking quickly cause extra cost shows up quickly.

Great place to hang your hat for a little while! Almost as nice as being at home!

I would have given a 5 star rating but after a long day of riding, we check in and its hotter than a furnace. No a/c in the entire building was on. Took 2 hrs to cool the room enough to get comfortable to sleep. Great place but quit conserving money at the cost of your guest's comfort.

Basic clean nights stay. Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was hot and clean. Great for overnight stop!

Everything seemed good when we got there. Our room was fine for the price point. The air was turned completely off in July so it was very warm. The problem started when my daughter was getting ready to lay down and I noticed that there were clearly bodily fluids on the decorative blanket over the comforter and the comforter itself and the sheets had clearly been slept in. I called down to the desk and asked for clean bedding and explained the situation. I was expecting an apology and someone to bring up new bedding. Instead, she told me we have to move to another room if we want different bedding because they have no extra bedding. I questioned that answer since it was so ridiculous to me. After a long pause she tells me she will be right up to look at our bedding. After showing her the issues with it that were very obvious and I guess proving to her I wasn’t lying (which why would anyone lie about that), she says she will go to the only vacant room in the hotel and get the bedding from there. Five minutes later she comes back in and asks me to go look at the bedding in the vacant room for myself. After looking at the bedding for myself, I realized the reason she asked me to do that is because it was clearly dirty also and one of the comforters was ripped. We ended up using no fitted sheet, 1 regular sheet that looked the best and got a blanket we had in the car to sleep with. She asked if we even wanted to stay there anymore.

I was placed at this hotel by my employer when I was sent to help out a sister store. I've been here about 20 days and must say it is a very clean hotel with VERY nice and helpful staff. Sherri in particular was very nice and amazing and so was the manager lady. I couldn't have been happier with my stay (unless they had a pool) would definitely come here again on my own if I was coming this way. It's also non smoking which is awesome!

This hotel is the most clean hotel I have been to. The wall paper is amazing I wish I knew where to get it myself. The beds are incredibly soft yet very supportive. The staff there are phenomenal and will go out of there way to help you find another hotel nearby if they are sold out. I personally have never stayed anywhere where they help non — guests.

One of, if not, the nicest Quality Inns I have ever stayed at. Rooms were clean and fresh smelling. The lady working the front desk was a hoot to talk with. The place is 2 years old so the place is in excellent condition. Good place to stay.

This was a pleasant surprise! We picked it out of the blue based on price, location, and said it was clean! It was very clean, nice decor, and a very helpful desk! Easy 5 stars! Wish every motel was this pleasant!

This is the cleanest Quality I have ever stayed in. It is small and quaint… We liked that too.

This has to be the cleanest hotel I've ever been in! The rooms and bathrooms are both incredibly clean and the room is a nice size as well. The breakfast is decent for the size of the hotel, and the furnishings in the room are pretty nice. The only downside is that there is no elevator to the second floor, which is more of a convenience thing.

So thankful this hotel was there. Checked in late, and the clerk was very accommodating. Good morning breakfast also.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience with the receptionist Mimi Gonzalez. Booked 3 rooms for work travel, and had to call to cancel them a couple hours later because our plans changed. Only one room was cancelled and after 4 months of repeated phone calls to the hotel and the corporate customer service number I have gotten no help at all. The manager at the hotel has never been in, and I’ve been told numerous times they would be in tomorrow and get back to me. Mimi claims she specifically told me I had three rooms and confirmed I only wanted to cancel one, which is absolutely false, and Choice Hotels refuses to do anything about it. I would never stay here, and my government organization will never use Choice Hotels again. I’ve put in a complaint with Customer Affairs, and will be filing a dispute with our credit card company.

Really nice. Looks brand new. Clean. All the staff very friendly. Mimi was great. I have a suggestion for breakfast. Please add individual serving size containers of peanut butter. Also biscuits and gravy would be fantastic.

Quick overnight stay while traveling. The place is new and clean and lovely, the beds were comfy. We left without eating breakfast, darn it, but I would definitely stay there again.

One of the Great Quality inn I have stayed at. Its about 1 year old property. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Fresh smelling, clean room, fairly quite rooms as well. The hair dryer had a built in night light in the bathroom as well. Few things to note on the downside — It's two story building with no elevator. The heat did not work properly in our room even when it was set at 80 degrees and it was a cold cold night. Overall great place, will recommend and stay here again. Thanks.

Relatively new so it was clean with a good bed. Other than that it was far from quality. Light shined all the way around the door. Since the door wasn't really closed anyone talking in the hall could be heard clearly plus the loud banging as doors closed. Paying $109 plus almost $20 in taxes I expect a good supply of decent towels without having to ask for them. Instead a card said linens and towels would be replaced every third day as an effort to conserve energy. Two rough small bath towells, two hand towells and two wash clothes are inadequate. I could continue concerning the so called coffee maker and toiletries but I want to forget the place.

All good. The rate is Much lower for the services offered that other inns in the area offer. Bed is great room is sparkling. Nice shower friendly service.

Clean small rooms. No elevator, just stairs for the two floors. Breakfast was standard. Location is kinda odd, tucked behind a gas station, but it's easy to get to Nashville.

Brand new! This location is updated and clean. The staff is friendly, there is complimentary breakfast, and the rooms are very nice. Contemporary decor and the fixtures in the bathroom are excellent! However, there is a limited parking available.

Clean, updated rooms with very comfortable beds, nice large fridge and microwave in room. Free breakfast is a plus traveling with a family. We had a short one night stay while traveling and highly recommend this hotel!

Let's start with the good. The room was clean and neat. Now the bad. Where to start. Not enough parking for one car per room. Who builds a new hotel without enough parking (hotel was opened fall of 2017). No elevator so that suitcase better not be to heavy to carry up the stairs (the clerk actually seemed proud that they saved $15K by not adding an elevator. Internet and cable went out and never came back on until morning. Air conditioner never could get the room cool enough. No fresh brewed coffee with breakfast. I don't know about you but I enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning to start my day. Coffee from a vending machine isn't what I'm looking for to start my day. Eggs and sausage were both overcooked. Would I stay here again no. For what they charge for a room you deserve better.

Just checked in. This is a smaller hotel and quite lovely! There are plenty of outlets in the room, and the air conditioner does its job quickly. Everything is very clean. The down/down alternative pillows win extra points with me! You can tell it's a newer building, too. Staff members are very friendly and the location is quiet, just off the highway.

My parents and I had the worst experience ever. They charged my card an extra 500 over mother's day weekend. They totally ruined my mothers holiday. Then I waited half the day trying for them to figure out what to do with no luck. My parents came in from out of town and I barley get to see them. It would have been at least the decent thing if they had even tried to compensate us for something. But they didn't even when I asked after waiting in the lobby 6 hours. I will never ever stay at this hotel again. I would not recommend them to anyone such poor service. They finally got my money back after labor intensive hours trying to be on the phone half the day. The hotel its self was clean and the beds were comfortable. My elderly parents had trouble walking up the stairs because there's no elevator there. The only good thing I do have to say about the hotel is the lady named MIMI. She was trying very hard on the phone all day. Other than that theres not much else I can say it might be a hit or miss when you go there.

Had the hotel for 3 nights, each night that went by my card to get into the room was inactive had to go to front desk to have it renewed every day, other than that got a pretty good deal for my spouse being an assistant manager at another choice hotel, however there was hair in the bathroom on the floor and on the the shower wall, there was also dust on the picture frames.

Hotel was very new and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty typical for free breakfast. Only problem was there was no elevator. Was only 2 stories and I have no problem with the stairs, but something to keep in mind.

I had reservations with this motel for 2 basketball teams a total of 13 rooms. I reserved them on January 25, 2017 for March 1-4, 2017. I got a call on February 1 that they were going to cancel my rooms because a long time customer, a construction company had called and needed the rooms. They called another Quality Inn to get us rooms but I declined the rooms due to we have students and the doors to the rooms were exterior doors and the reviews we bad for the other location. I told the motel employee that I did not want my reservations cancelled and I needed those rooms for my team and that it was not right that they gave my rooms away that the construction company needed to find other rooms. They did cancel all of my rooms. Very unprofessional staff! The Mgr. Will not talk with me about the situation. The corporate office was not any help either. I have had to get other rooms costing my teams an extra $1400.
