My husband and I stayed here back in April. Fast forward to last Friday, almost 5 months after our stay, this hotel charged my card for the same amount I payed in April without my permission nor authorization. I have tried to get someone to fix it and make it right for 3 days and I can’t even get a manager to call me back. No one knows how or why this happened. Excuse after excuse! Do not stay here unless you want your credit card information used without your permission. I had to get new cards, dispute the charge, file a fraud case, and jump through hoops to try to get my money back! This place and the staff is a joke! It’s scary to think these people have access to everyone’s card info! Beware!

This hotel is clean and has a lot of parking.

The bed was very comfortable. The towels in bathroom and wash clothes were dirty wet and used and had been folded as if they were clean. The floor was quiet. Requested a handicap restroom which we did not receive and it was very difficult for my mother to take a shower. The toiletries were too high for mother to reach. The breakfast was nice. Location was great and off highway.

Every flat surface was covered with something black like metal dust or powder. There was a thick layer of it. My toddler had it all over her. Initially I thought it was just on the desk and drawers so I asked if the front desk had paper towels so I could just wipe it off. I had been driving for hours and didn't wanna switch rooms. But it was everywhere. So we did switch rooms and the room we went to smelled bad. Just a big turn off, but I was tired and didn't wanna keep complaining. The lady was really nice, but only gave me $10 off. I just wanted to walk into a clean room and relax, but I had to clean my child and wonder what the hell was on her hands.

Friendly and efficient staff. Rooms are very nice.

Wonderful staff, clean fresh rooms with everything you need. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and breakfast was hot and delicious. We the indoor pool was nice and some what warm. The only downfall was no hot tub.

Had an awesome stay. Nice hotel great people who work here. Will be coming back!

Beds are super comfy, its peaceful you dont hear people walking outside your door like alot of places. Front desk friendly and helpful.

The rooms are huge and the service is great. It was an uneventful stay, which, in my opinion, is the best kind of stay. And the free breakfast offers just about anything you could think of. We enjoyed our stay.

When was clean and nice just didn't have laundry bags and the refrigerator was not that cold but other than that it was an overall good rating.

I had a great stay and the staff are so friendly.

Exterior well kept. Interior well kept. Great nights sleep on soft yet supporting beds and the curtains were EXCELLENT at blocking out the sunlight. So, if you need to wake at a certain time, set an alarm.

Every thing was great, except the pillows. They were sorta flat. But, the room was CLEAN and roomy. The staff were wonderful. Will stay again if in the area.

We have stayed here several times in trips never any issues, clean, nice pool for the kids, close to many stores, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Our room was updated since last visit. European type design — — looked like an Ikea showroom! Very nice and functional. Chairs very comfortable. Lobby also attractive. Breakfast good but eggs were packaged and included wheat. My wife is gluten intolerant so it would be nice to have more breakfast items for her like eggs without extenders. Little hard to find but worth the effort.

Not the most friendly place. Cleanliness and room was standard. Breakfast was great! Wifi was the worst we have ever experienced. Terrible internet services.

Stayed there a week. Nice and clean. Big King room. Nice modern furnishings and lighting. Keurig in room. Free washer & dryer on 2nd floor. Shower good, hot. Breakfast, meh, typical, ok. Very nice staff and mgmt. Pool looked nice, didn't use. Treadmills but no weights.

Nicely remodeled hotel with great amenities. Staff was very friendly and respectful. Room was very clean and updated tastefully. Definitely one of the nicer holiday inn we have stayed at.

Water tasted nasty and breakfast sucked. Other than that room was good comfortable beds.

Found a dead mouse when daughters were swimming, staff just kicked it outside. They were scared to go back in and the pool was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. Our room was by the stairs and we kept getting woke up by the incessant stomping until 2-3 in the morning. Room was clean, but staff were unsympathetic to any issues. We won't stay here again…

Room was great, breakfast had varied foods and was good. Bathroom was very clean upond arriving. The pool was nice, but the pool area was a little bit too warm.

We booked a birthday party here for our daughter. We got there to prep for party and people were in the pool. So about 2:00 I went to ask desk wasn't the party suppose to be private or were we suppose to share it with everybody else? I was told that hotel guest had rights to the pool during party bookings. After paying a good bit of money for pool party and have to have a party with people you don't know. You should be informed about that before paying so much to book it. We weren't happy about that at all. We wouldn't have another party there. Wife said she would be calling manager about this.

I wrote an appropriate review to IHG survey but it would not post saying I had written inappropriate language. So, I copied and pasted the review. Apparently, they do not want customers to see this. Housekeeping knocks on every door starting at 8:30 am This is my first experience with Holiday Inn, usually I stay at Marriott or Hilton. On the guest checkin paperwork it shows a time to check out, and it is NOT 8:30 on the morning. There were a few guests who were not happy with the staff. Waking up a sleeping baby by a loud repeatedly knock and hearing someone yell housekeeping. I will not stay here again. The price point of this hotel is of a better value comparison of a Marriott or Hilton. Holiday Inn does not offer the same value or quality and is over priced.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The staff was excellent and let us check in to our room early. The room was in great condition. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return!
