It was a very nice place. It’s behind the mall! Very very clean place. The staff was very nice! Breakfast was very good! Could not hear anybody going down the hall are in the next room.

I reserved rooms for the guests of our upcoming wedding. The woman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The rooms look nice. Can't wait for the big day.

Excellent Customer Service for Reservation and Cancellation I just wanted to give praise to the front desk employee (I believe her name was Shelia, I will use that name in this review) and her manager. We booked a room using HHonors points for a softball tournament. Due to a forecast of rain, the games were cancelled one day before the tournament on our planned day of arrival. Company policy says 48 Hours notice is required to cancel for HHonors Reward Point reservations. I could not cancel through the app. I called the front desk and Sheila said she would make an exception. But I had to ask for even more help. I had also booked a room for my in-laws using their HHonors points. Shelia said she would have to ask her manager (after lunch). They all agreed, our rooms were cancelled, and our points were restored in a few hours. Thank you! For excellent customer service. I hope to get a chance to stay at the Hampton in Dyersburg in the future.

Nice room. Friendly staff. But I want to talk about shower room design. As you can see the open handle is at toilet side. And the handle plus the holder make the small shower space even smaller, not comfortable. And when you see outside there is enough room to make shower space bigger and they can move the open handle to the other side, will be much nicer. Hope they can feel it and maybe redesign it.

You will have to travel a good distance to find better lodging in this part of Tennessee. The rooms are modern and in good repair. Maid service does everything right. Free breakfast is fine, but nothing special. Front desk people are friendly and helpful.

I've stayed here on multiple occasions. One of the most up to date Hampton Inn's — all of the fixtures have been upgraded fairly recently. Good Hampton breakfast like most others. Its next to the highway if the noise is a big problem.

Update: *** this stay and pictures were from Dec 2017 ; The stars were only for the room condition. The staff was apologetic when I made the complaint about them calling my room repeatedly until I picked up to answer the unasked for wake up call. It had been requested by a friend who knew I was traveling but wasn't a guest there so it shouldn't have been allowed. They said they thought it was my dad and that he said I needed to get up and on the road. My friend got corrected on him over stepping bounds, but it's still in my opinion that the staff should not have continued calling my room without my permission or request. I was the one paying for the room… period. All pictures were taken the night of our stay and completely unaltered in anyway. *I have stayed in numerous hotels with different companies also this same chain too though and the hallway leaks and the vending area is the worst I have seen. *the room was very nice upscale looking and as clean as any hotel room in the same range would be. Great place for value. Road leading to hotel riddled with potholes. Need more signs to direct to hotel.

I am a complete hotel snob. But this place was Awesome! Sue at ththe front desk is great! It was very clean, great breakfast and the fitness room was extremely nice for a smaller hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and nice Keep up the good work!

Room was nice. Doors need to be adjusted in the stair wells so they don't slam so loud.

We came during a snowstorm but the place is really nice. The staff was very professional. The room was neat and clean. I would absolutely recommend this place.

One of the smaller Hamptons but hotel has been updated recently and the staff that works there is super nice! Best place to stay in that area for sure!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Extra clean and the staff was friendly as you can get. They were perfect host to our new member of the family traveling with up. Our 7 week old Collie puppy. The help they provided made our travel experience wonderful.

Very nice hotel, nicer than Hampton Inn Downtown St. Louis. Hotel was very clean, good breakfast with very nice and friendly staff. I will go back again on every visit to Dyersburg. I am very picky when it come down to hotels because some of them be having bed bugs and nasty.

I have always liked it here. They even had hard boiled eggs on the breakfast buffet! People are good here and we are close to my BFF!

Comfortable, clean and the only Hilton property in Dyersburg, TN that I am aware of. I have stayed here multiple times and will return. Their free breakfast is good, too.

We are staying here for 3 nights and 4 days. This is the most beautiful, clean and friendliest place we have stayed. I will definitely stay every time we come to Tennessee. I would recommend to anyone.

This is a no frills place that is clean and we'll kept. I've been staying here on business trips for the last four years and will continue to do so. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable about the area with very little turnover on the front desk. This is a great place to grab a nights sleep as it is rarely crowded.

Very nice. Clean rooms. Big rooms. Beds not all that comfortable. I am use to staying in Hampton inn, and their beds are always so comfortable, was disappointed in this one. Also the elevator you have to use your room key to get to the second floor, the sign on having to do this is very small, without your glasses it is hard to see.

Clean rooms, great beds. Love the showers. Someone mentioned no fridge, we had one. Maybe they didn't realize it was in the cabinet. Breakfast is above average for a hotel breakfast bar.

The hotel was beautiful! You could tell it was recently remodeled. The new design was pleasing to look at and very functional. Very kind and helpful staff.

Clean and comfortable. We had a little confusion on check in due to another guest with a similar name, but got it all worked out ok. Not what I would call a top of the line Hampton, but it was pretty good.

Very nice room, modern. Loved the bathroom with the walk in shower. The bathroom was big and easy to move around in. The beds were very comfortable.

I've been to Dyersburg many times. This is the first I've stayed here. I was very impressed with the staff. They were friendly, accommodating and all around nice to work with. The breakfast is better than most places I've stayed and I liked the snack bags they had available to take for later in the day. They really took good care of us!

Exceptionally friendly staff and all you could ask for in a room. More options for breakfast than some other Hamptons where I've stayed.

The rooms are very nice and reasonably priced. However not sound proof the other people staying slammed their door every hour it seemed like until 3am. You can also hear trucks especially jake breaks from the interstate. The staff was very polite and friendly and the breakfast was great. We never did figure out the Wifi it's not very explanatory but claims to be free.

It's not a 5 star hotel by no means, but is currently undergoing renovations for a better and brighter future. The staff employees is very polite and gear to help. Their breakfast is also one more plus for this small town hotel.

Room was awesome, bed was comfy. The night staff was a tad rude when responding to a simple question of locating the vending machines. The cleaning staff will knock on your door promptly @ 8am if you forget to put the Do not disturb sign on the door. The construction also gave the hallways an odd odor. All in all the saving grace is the bed. It was heavenly comfortable and I feel that's what's most important!

No elevator or workout room. TV quality was weird and poor. Not bad, just an older Hampton that was kind of tired.

Not a typical Hampton. Looks like it used to be another chain. Clean enough. No elevator or fitness room. Too expensive for what you get.

The room was really nice and clean. The lobby was really nice along with the workers. The breakfast was good and you had a lot of choices. The only thing I wish was that they had a refrigerator in the room. The pool was nice a clean.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast had several choices, the clerks were very friendly and helpful. All good. The bonuses: the environment was quite and we were allowed to bring our canine kids! In addition, it was nice to be in walking distance to Walmart, the mall, a restaurant and fast food option. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
