Of the two elevators, only one was working. Handicapped parking was completely full The TV in our room kept coming on randomly. I had to unplug it to get it to stop. Staff for "made to order" breakfast were less than friendly. And we had to fix our own, "made to order" breakfast items! For $10! Stay at somewhere else for better experience.

Newer, clean, fast internet connection in the lobby (slower in the rooms). Plenty of parking spaces. Close to the highway, the mall and other shops. Staff was nice and helpful and breakfast is pretty good.

Amazing staff and hotel. The rooms were clean, the place was clean and fresh. Not to mention, free wine.

I've stayed at four different hotels in Memphis, and thus far the Hilton Garden is my favorite. The beds were comfortable and it was the first hotel that didn't give me trouble when trying to connect to the internet. The lobby was delightfully welcoming in the morning.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was on par with what you should expect from a quality inn in a tourist town.

Stayed here for a week and it was great, staff was super nice and always came back from work to a clean room. They do have a nice little gym to that I’ve used a few times.

I was here for a graduation and this was an awesome hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

The staff were wonderful. The reason I'm giving this hotel 2 stars. The rooms smells musty and the sheets were dirty. Contacted the front desk and they sent someone to drop off the linen. If I'm paying my money I expect a clean room, clean sheets and someone to change the linen on my bed. The room smells really musty and an undesirable odor. The walls are very thin My husband and I were up one night lightly talking and the front desk called to say the guest next to us say we were talking to loud. Our overall experience was very disappointing and we will not visit this property again. Our room number was 208.

Room is nice, comfortable beds, pillows suck, but all hotel pillows do. The bathroom needs a little better maintenance, this hotel is less than 5 years old, the paint is already peeling off the ceiling, idk what is around the door frame (rust maybe? ), and there is mold/mildew in the grout in the shower/tub. Overall I would still stay here again, they just need to take better care of the bathroom.

Front desk staff was efficient, but made little eye contact and was somewhat standoffish (especially early the next morning). Hotel was clean, well-kept, and sufficiently staffed. Hilton Gold amenities were offered without needing a request. Nice touch in the room: water + small candy bar + mints + a note from the housekeeping staff. Rooms were clean with appropriate amenities. Location is 25 min from the airport, but located near several food and shopping options.

We check in to Hilton Memphis after nearly 15 hours on the road (12-22-2017). We got cleaned up went down the have dinner. After nearly 45 minutes of waiting for our dinner they finally bring our food to us after a couple requests to check on the meal status. My request was simple Chicken Marsala that had onions and red peppers on it I asked to not put them on my meal. Well guess what red peppers and onions came out. To top it off the Chicken was so dry and tough like it had been in a warmer for 2 days. Finally I sent the meal back! The waitress and the manager of food services thought it was funny. Here we go! To the regional general manager of the hotel I go who jusy happened to be at the hotel. Before we left our meal was comped they re-made my meal. The real issue, I didn't get to eat with my family. The perfect end to a long day, that was actually very enjoyable and fun until Hilton got to it! The hotel was very nice, however the food services side of the business was found to be the most unprofessional staff we have ever experienced.

Exceptional Accommodations & a GREAT location! This is my 2nd stay and I can say with certainty that this is my hotel of choice. The 1st time I had some mechanical issues and had to transfer rooms. I unintentionally left some personal items in the drawer that were trashed (Housekeeping did they're jobs), but those items were personal to me. The AMAZING Manager Bianca and her Team retrieved those items for me and absolutely made my day! For that alone… I'm loyal!

This is where we stay when we come to Cordova Tn. Always clean, warm, welcoming. The rooms don’t smell of mold like most hotels. Always a pleasure staying here. The entire staff from maintenance to cleaning staff and supervision and the lobby ladies providing hot coffee and clean lobby. I can’t say enough about how much I love the staff and property. See y’all soon. Thank y’all so much for tour work and dedication, it truly shows.

I stayed at the Hilton for a conference recently and the service was fantastic. The place was clean and orderly. The check-in process was easy, quick and friendly. We were served four meals as part of the event and it was delicious. Nutritious, tasty and varied. Overall I very much enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to others planning an event or just looking for a place to stay the night.

The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was very modern and clean. The lobby and entrance was very welcoming along with the staff. The breakfast we paid for was also very good. We have recommended this hotel to everyone. We hope to have another chance to stay very soon.

Really enjoyed this Hilton Garden. Especially loved the outdoor fire pit area. The breakfast was great too! The cost of breakfast is $9.95 I believe. Great hotel!

This is an awesome hotel. Great service at a good price. Very nice outside patio with fire pit. Nice clean rooms. Need a good hotel to stay at while in the Memphis area… this one is it. If to you're a smoker then this hotel is for you. They will let you smoke on the patio and don't kick you to the curb like 98% of the other hotels do.

Staff was super friendly. Nice size room. Very clean. Only bad thing was the shower door didn't close all the way so once you got out you stepped into a huge puddle.

They have spacious rooms and a great restaurant/bar. There is a welcoming firepit at night. The water pressure in the shower was lacking, but it was still a great hotel and pleasant stay.

Great place! Plenty fancy and the amenities are great! Only downside is that breakfast took way too long. But it was Saturday morning.

Late check in due to driving 10 hrs — I was exhausted and the guy checking me in mumbled the whole time. Handed me my key but didn't tell me where to park or how to use my key. Thankfully there was a nice co-worker that helped me. Nice room, but woke to a huge cockroach. Told the front desk as I checked out and she said it happens. Nothing like can I give you a feee coffee or sorry can I do anything. Just paid too much to deal with all the petty issues. Won't be back.

We had a nice clean comfortable room. The bed and pillows were just right and we both slept very well. The staff are friendly and made us feel like they appreciated that we were staying there. I would definitely come back here again.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations! We stayed one night, with two rooms booked. Rooms were clean, linens smelled nice. The extra bathroom amenities were a bonus! I appreciate a nicely appointed hotel room that looks ready to relax in! The lobby was a busy place at midnight, people were hanging out and enjoying company and reading newspapers, not like in many hotels where you try to avoid the lobby and employees. The floors are so spotless I didn't think twice before walking sock footed on them! The beds are comfortable and I will add that the top cover was exceptionally soft and fluffy. None of the awkward conundrum of what to do with the horrid bed blanket that no one enjoys.

Stayed for a week. Everyone is very friendly, and helpful. The rooms are really nice, they have microwaves & keurig machines in rooms. The beds & pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast/food is very good. The bar and menu items are a bit pricey vs. Eating out at a restaurant. Bar closes quite early at 10pm. Just about every time you walk by the front desk they ask you how you are doing & greet you. The hotel itself is very clean. Would recommend!

Awesome location right next to the new Ikea store. Very clean! Easy access to the interstate as well as many restaurants, shopping spots, and entertainment.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel five times within the past year and a half and have always had a pleasant stay. This current week we are staying hasn't been the best experience when it comes to the noise. When we arrived in town this hotel was sold out but the gentlemen at the front desk was able to provide us with a room on the lower floor room 129. It is the worst location! The doors to the gym, pool, and outside are all within a few steps to our room. You hear doors opening and closing mostly from 730pm — 11pm and in the morning it starts as early as 530am and really doesn't slow down until after 10am. You hearing constant banging of doors closing and your nights rest is intrupted over and over. I approached the front desk on Tuesday and asked if we could be moved to a room on a higher floor even just for one night and she said they were sold out and would see what she could do. I haven't heard a word from her 24 hours later. We will no longer stay at the Hilton Garden Inn for our frequent visits to Memphis unfortunately. On a positive note the front desk employee who checked us in was very nice and the house keeping did a good job.

Very clean, well appointed rooms. The food is much better than what I get a Courtyad by Marriott. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very modern and nice. We were amazed by the maid service. Our son has a tin of allergies and we always bring a sheet and blankets for him to sleep on. When the maids made the beds they made up my sons side of the bed with his sheet from home and his blanket and his stuffed animals. We didn't ask them or mention his allergies, and they just did this on their own. It was great.

Nicest hotel I've been to in a very long time, everything was clean, room & bathroom was nice. The beds are extremely comfortable & only 20 — 25 mins away from downtown Memphis. Also I love the fact this hotel isn't too far from I-40/ I-55. Less brake ins also at this hotel.

The guy at the front desk was very welcoming… they were celebrating their 1yr and 1 month anniversary and he was excited about it. The room was nice and if you are a coffee drinker the coffee maker will hit the spot. The hotel is clean and the room is nice and comfortable.

The staff is great the night cook is wonderful. I think he's a chef not a cook. The dishes he create are beautifully plated and my food was delicious. New, upscale, and quite cozy; my spot anytime I'm in town.

Loved our stay here! Off the main road, so less noise! Cozy room, spacious shower, and lots of USB ports! The firepit outside was great on a chilly night. Breakfast in the morning was worth the price. A++!

I wish the breakfast menu (check sheet) I was given listed the food prices. I didn't know that it wasn't included with my room. The total ticket price was a bit higher than most breakfast restaurants. Had I known that, I would have dined elsewhere. It was typical for hotel food, but not near as good as I would expect paying that amount at a restaurant. Otherwise, my stay was fine. The room was clean, and the front desk staff members were friendly.

Exceptional service that you'd expect from a recently renovated Hilton Hotel. However they had no free breakfast. Parking was good and it was not too far from interstate 40

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Germantown TN this weekend for a wedding. The hotel was amazing. Nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Memphis.

The rooms are very clean and check in took only a couple of minutes. Great selection of restaurants very close.
