We love Fairfield Inn, I think this is the 3rd time that we stayed in their property. Clean and they have good breakfast.

I love the service from the housekeeping.

It is very clean. Nice room. Loved having a pool to relax in after driving all day.

I called 4 days before coming to reserve a room. The lady took my card number and said she had a room reserved for me but when I arrived they said they didn’t have a room reserved for me. However they were still able to get me a room for the same amount that I was quoted earlier in the week. The room was very spacious clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk were very friendly. I would stay again.

Great hotel! Quentin at the front desk was the best! He blew up balloons for my sons birthday and told the lady working at the restaurant who baked cookies for him :) will definitely stay here again on our next vacation!

The Columbia TN location was great. Our rooms were impeccably neat and clean. It was very quiet and relaxing. There was a nice breakfast spread in the morning.

My family and I stayed here mothers day weekend and we were very happy with our stay. Every employee from the front desk to the housekeepers was friendly and very curitous. The rooms were very clean and had everything that we needed. Breakfast options were fantastic, pool and exercise room were great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone I meet.

Our stay was very pleasant. Our room was very clean and well kept, and the staff was helpful and friendly. All and all I have no complaints and would recommend staying there to anyone.

Beautiful place to stay in the Nashville, Franklin area. Fantastic breakfast.

I was here for a business meeting with someone who was a guest here. We used the lobby/breakfast area. It was very clean and organized; decor was modern and minimal (not too busy). Restrooms were very clean and modern. Staff were friendly and professional. We sat at a booth and were able to have the meeting there instead of a conference room. The fire alarms did go off several times and were extremely loud, but a company was there testing the alarms and we were given warning by the front desk that alarms were being tested. Overall, it was a very productive meeting and a wonderful location for such.

Checked in at night and went directly out to eat. We got back late and went straight to bed. I thought this was a really nice hotel until I got up the next morning and there were those brown lady bugs all over. When I complained to the girl at the desk, she told me yes they had had them from the first of the year. They were trying to get rid of them. I think they need to try harder! And now I see from another review they have had them longer than the first of the year so she lied to me too!

The maids were rude un accomadating. Did not clean bathroom floor nor vaccum.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Columbia, TN was better than a 5-Star experience. From the front desk staff that welcomed you like family. The GM, went out of his way to make sure everything was on par. Simply, you were a extended family and not just a number. Also, the complimentary breakfast had everything you could want and an amazing selection to meet anyone's needs. The ladies that ran the Continental Buffet, made sure you were taken care of and if not, went out of their way to accommodate. I would highly recommend anyone needing a place to rest for the night, when driving through Central Tennessee on I-65, to stay here. Additional, if you're visiting family/friends, and need an extended stay Inn or Suite. Look no further than the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Columbia, TN. They set the bar extremely high for other Marriott Resorts to mirror. Thanks Again for the 10+ hospitality. Matt.

Nice hotel but way too pricey. $177 total for a King room. I could rent a house at the beach for a night for that price. I'll be looking for more reasonable accommodations next time.

Ladybug infestation. The room they offered us was covered with them. If I wanted to sleep with insects I would've slept outside. Here's a little pearl, clean the rooms everyday and keep the windows closed. This might help get better reviews.

The is an older Fairfield property. The time are clean, the lobby has been renovated and the staff is polite. It's in a good location with plenty around, and best yet outside of the chaotic Nashville traffic. It's not my first choice, but it's not a bad choice.

Rooms are really vlean and odor free, staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is well looked after in the mornings. I would have given 5 stars to this visit but the Wi-Fi food not work for my work phone or computer. It is not set up for devices that are using any kind of security, or I did not do enough clicking around to resolve the issue. Overall, a great hotel!

Awesome customer service with a huge touch of class. The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had. Sue, Pam, and Donna are the best Breakfast Crew. They even serve vegetarian breakfast items upon request. I am a customer for life.

Another great stay in Fairfield Inn Columbia, TN Very clean and quiet until early morning. On 2nd floor in middle so that was good. Very disappointed this morning when my husband could not secure a hotel dolly to take our luggage out. He has 19 stents in his heart and it's not good for him to deal with heavy suitcases. Let me Begin by saying the location was ok. We were placed on 3rd floor. Elevator broke, stairs and stairwell was not clean and it was stinking. The pool was dirty,. I checked the drain filter basket, it had hair balls and used band-aid and a small plastic tip that look to have been removed from a needle/syringe. Unless an extreme emergency will never stay there with my family.

I highly recommend this hotel! Amazing beds, outstanding customer service! The free breakfast had so much to choose from both hot and cold! I wish our stay would have been for more then one night! Also very clean!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff Is very nice and the response time is fast. There was a hot breakfast that was always fully stocked. We requested a late check out which was granted without hassle. Thanks so much Fairfield Inn & Suites we was in town because of death in the family so, the hassle free stay made one less worry for us.

Nice hotel. We enjoyed it. The pool was warm enough. The breakfast was delicious. The lady putting the breakfast out was delightful. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly, efficient, staff tell you during check in to let them know if you need anything… During this visit the Maid serving the 4th floor literally stopped the task she was working on to fulfill a request — that's excellent service! Great location with very convenient access to major highways. The prices are reasonable. Accommodations are pleasant and clean.

We had a great night sleep! Hot shower and a great hot breakfast! The staff was nice and friendly! Especially the ladies taking care of the breakfast!

The hotel is amazing! After booking a room online at the terrible super8 across the road and leaving upon seeing the room I had no idea what we were going to do! We looked up hotels nearby and found this Fairfield for less than a $40 differance! The lady at the front desk (San? ) was wonderfully friendly and got me and my kids into a great room. Breakfast the next morning was a great full breakfast an even my pickiest child ate a full meal! Can't say enough about this wonderful hotel and how it saved our weekend getaway!

The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were nice. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay on a trip south.

It was a super clean hotel. Everything was fairly new. Had no problems. Just no hot tub but a very warm pool.

The hotel was built in 2014 so it is relatively new. It is right off of the interstate and there are some places to eat within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and the property is clean. Rooms have a fridge and microwave. I stay here frequently for work, so far, so good.

The rooms are great and the staff is wonderful. Breakfast isn't terrible for hotel breakfast. I wish it was around a few more restaurants. All the good stuff is 10 or 15 minutes. But it is right if the freeway.
