Husband and I stayed here for date night. This place is just like the brochure, nice and modern table for two, king size bed, microwave, good working air conditioner, fridge, and friendly desk clerk. However, I rate this four out of five due to lack of cleanliness of the bath tub and the house keeping. The tub had hair in it everywhere and the house keeper was banging on the door three hours before checkout time and he proceeded to walk in. It was a good thing that I had the chain Lock on the door. This is one of the better hotels for area and I would stay again. However, I would recommend that you use the chain Lock that is on your door and suggest that the hotel invest in the "do not disturb" signs.

Roaches everywhere dirty sheets don't stay there. Super 8 motel in same parking lot. Stay there and not here or you will be taking roaches home with you.

Americas Best. Not So much! 1) I think I slept on box spring. Somebody else got the mattress. Would of been better off sleeping in the grass in a sleeping bag. 2) The floor was so dirty. I took a white wet towel and run it over the floor. It was completely brown when I was done. And that was soon as I walked in. 3) Our air conditioner was so loud. It sounded like someone was power washing a car. 4) The desk clerk was nice. 5) I definitely made a mistake by not reading the reviews. But as we are in a semi time runs out. Limited options with a small dog. i'll not make this mistake again.

Staff is super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was ok. But at least breakfast was served. Rooms were nice and clean and smelled good!

At check in, almost walked out. Grown woman at the counter acted like she was there for the funeral. Rest of the staff was great. Our room had the post bed bug plastic wrapped beds, no carpeting. Nice touch was roach in the bathroom, the mastic patch on the ceiling and layer of dust and grud on the baseboards.

Checked in around 9:30pm and had to use the night window No big deal. I gave my DL and CC to clerk and then she let someone in the door and started talking to them while I waited and the nite window (now keep in mind its like 80 Degrees outside) Got my room key and came in to a nice remodeled room with hard wood floors fridge and microwave. So I proceeded to the shower and turned it on and yup NO Pressure coming out of shower head… called to front desk and got no answer Twice… So what little pressure I had I dealt with… The Bed is comfortable. All in all it is a nice place for a short stay The one plus is they let you park your Big Truck here.

This was by far the worst experience we have had in our many travels. Yes, the room had been recently "upgraded" but was not super clean. We were exhausted and quickly unpacked and ready to relax. We then found the toilet was very slow to flush and required two flushes to do the job. Next we found there was no hot water. I called the front desk and said we needed to move to another room. Did not hear from her for a while so went to the front desk where she was on the phone to the "maintenance man". She told me that he said "the toilet was a slow flusher and to hold the handle down and the hot & cold water in the sink had been piped so the hot water came out of the cold faucet and the cold water out of the hot faucet! They knew about this and still rented the room! Since we were so tired we decided to put up with this inconvenience. We then found that the shower control was broken and water spewed all over. At that point I called and told her we wanted a discount on the room as we were going to use the bed and that was all. She said she had to call the Manager. She called back at 10:10pm to inform me that he would not discount the room unless we moved to another room. By that time we were both in bed and I refused to re-dress, re-pack and move. We are Seniors and this hotel has been a horrible experience! Oh yes, even with all of this, the Manager refused to refund any of the $83.42 they charged for the "re-furbished" room.

This place was very dirty! My family and I did not sleep under the blankets fear of possible bed bugs. I will not stay here again!

First room… Uffda… I guess at on time it was an adjoining room. Looked like someone had tried busting the door down… Second room… Uffda… hair dryer pulled out of the wall and broken. Handi-cap bar in tub/shower totally gone with two holes in the tub. Sercurity slide missing… peep hole plugged up with paper. If, you are in the middle of remodeling the rooms. Discount the unfinished rooms. But, make people aware of the room. I will not recommend. Not worth $90.00!

The front desk took a little while to check in. We did get a newly remodeled room, which is nice. The only complaint I have is the housekeeping. They have one in particular that knocks on your door non stop until you wake up or yell through the door that you do not need towels. I, do not mind being clean, but to be woken up while on vacation because of towels is not appreciated. Units have a mini fridge and a microwave, which is always nice to have when staying for an extended period of time. But, no coffee pots for the room. When I see a complementary Breakfast, I think of waffles, bagels, they only offer cereal and little pastries. Over all, I would recommend for a short term stay not 10 nights like I stayed.

Worst hotel ever! Smelled like smoke. Hair in bed sheets. Thin walls. Disgusting bathrooms. Dirty. Would never stay again!

Great location on the I 65 clean rooms and nice personal conventional breakfast and also a lot of other food possiblity in walking distance like cracker barrel or McDonald's.

Well they charge an early check-in fee of $20 if you check in before 1 p. M. No continental breakfast. Unless you consider a banana and cold cereal Continental? Quarter inch Gap around the door of my room closest thing to the Bates Motel I've seen in awhile. I gave it one star because I had to.!

Worth the price. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Heater worked entirely too well. Over all I'd stay again if I were in this part of town.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ladies at desk were rude, they charged my card before I walked in and about never got my money back. They lied over the phone and had me go through too much just to be put on a "do not rent" list. Took my money elsewhere.

Not good. Check in process took way too long. Room ok. Bathroom a total mess. U get what u pay for…

Room smelled funny when air was running, bed was comfortable nice decor and furniture scheme, but wish I had an air freshener with me.

Website and online reads alot cheaper. And I mean ALOT cheaper.

The room was so nasty I wish I could rate no stars! The staff at the front dask tryed but all n all the worst experience I had in my travels!

Don't stay here! On impulse while traveling late, we stopped here. We checked in and checked out shortly afterwards after noticing one bed had a rusty looking smear and pepper looking flakes on it. There was a bug in the corner of the ceiling… couldn't tell what it was. We then read reviews online regarding bugs and immediately called the front desk & questioned whether or not they had bugs because of possible evidence on one bed. The very nice lady replied not to her knowledge but she would come upstairs & take a look at what we saw on the bed. She immediately spotted a tiny reddish bug crawling on the pillow case. I freaked out. She told me she didn't think it was a bed bug. She told me to come on back down to the office & she would give us a refund. Thank God! We left asap & drove 3 more hours and checked into a lovely Sleep Inn. Slept beautifully there! Much cleaner! Don't try to save too much money. It wouldn't have been worth it!

We arrived at night. They do not leave air on in the rooms. It was very hot. It took almost 4 hours to cool off. Room was not very clean. Old cigarette butts were on top of shower rail.

A/C was not on in the room when we arrived. It was over 90 degrees in the room and took over 4 hours to cool down.

Rates are great. However, the room was over 90 degrees when we walked in because the AC was off. Hopefully ABV sees this and starts turning their ACs on early for their next available rooms.

Cheaper than either of the two on each side, location is perfect, the lady at the front desk was very nice.

Overpriced for poor quality.

We were just staying the night with our two dogs. This was the most reasonably priced in the area. Not fancy or new. Clean enough and cereal and pastry for breakfast was ok with us. Super 8 next door wanted $15 per dog/ fee and the other motel on the other side didn't allow pets at all.

Everybody extremely rude.

The clerk is very rude. Their rates are ridiculous and they consider Friday as the weekend so the rate gives up by $20. Their coupons won't cover weekends even tho the coupon states it on it. Plus they say the coupon does not cover the 4th of July but no where on the coupon does it say exclude holidays. By far the worst hotel experience ever. If I got give negative stars I would.

I stayed only one night, but I loved it. Everyone was so nice and I got excellent service. The room was nice. Everything worked as it's suppose to. The bedding was fresh and smelled like they were straight out of th dryer. I will most definitely go back there again soon.

The toilet didn't flush. There was no shampoo in the shower. I'm 5' 11" and the shower head is level with my forehead. If you're looking for a place to get off of the road before you crash your car from exhaustion, then this place will work. If you're looking for anymore than that, keep looking.

Please don't stay at this hotel the rooms smell like death took one step in turned straight around and stayed at comfort inn next door.
