We stay here every year that we go to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for vacation. Very easy to get to and the staff is great.

I highly recommend staying here, very clean, friendly staff, breakfast was great, location very convenient!

I always clean my hotel rooms upon arrival… this is the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever cleaned!

It's a frequent place to stay for my family and I. We've always had great service. The breakfast is top notch and always well maintained.

Pros: Nice looking and friendly staff. It's clean. The cable is great. Cons: Again it's the pillows and the bed. They were awful.

Room was great, staff was friendly. Not 5 stars because they were claiming they were full (so no discounts) and initially said they were only reserving rooms for a minimum of 3 days. Neither case was true, and management backpedalled thewhole time.

Very clean hotel, staff was friendly and informative. Layout was simple to navigate. Room was clean and orderly, room service accommodated our every need. Pool was nice, workout room was small but what do you expect. Overall 5/5

Edited review** originally was overall pleased with our stay until one of the girls staying with us slid a table in the lobby dining area resulting in a small glass candle holder being broken. The girls were in no way doing anything wrong, but the candle holders were intentionally placed in the crease of two tables through out the entire dining area. We apologized and helped to clean up the mess. After about 10 mins an employee came and told us she needed to know what room to charge the candle holder to as we were going to be responsible for paying for it. She also expected us to agree to pay for it without knowing how much it cost. It ended up being $4.25. If this is how much Hampton Inn values it's guest, after our ball team just booked 10 rooms through them for 4 days, shame on them. I loved everything about our stay. If I could complain about anything it would be the indoor pool. It was almost unbearable to sit in the room with out breathing straight bleach.

Great hotel and very friendly staff! Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

No complaints. Just humid. The gym equipment is old and needs servicing. The TV in the gym wasn't working.

I stayed in a room with a king sized bed and it was great. The room was clean and good bbn sized.

Horrible customer service! I called to reserve 2 adjoining rooms. They informed me that they can't guarantee the rooms would be joined. I offered to pay for both rooms upfront in full and they still couldn't guarantee the rooms. They said if I was traveling with kids they could try to put them in a room close by. Ummm so you are telling me you want me to put my kids in a different room "close by" unsupervised?! Your company really dropped the ball on this sale and any future sales from me or any friends and family.

The hotel it's self was very nice but the staff was very rude we were harassed the monet we walked into this establishment we had the police called on us just 30 min into our stay for the TV being too loud.

We stayed Thursday into early Sunday morning and had a great time. The breakfast was from 6am-10am and had a good selection of breakfast foods and drinks. The staff was always very helpful and friendly.

Service was good but hotel is dated and in need of renovations. It was sufficient for a quick stay but could use some unfit! Carpet and furniture is dirty and the facilities are just ok. Looks like the lobby has been renovated but not the rooms which should always be first on the list.

Great place. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than most other places I've stayed at. I do want to ask that they follow the local health code and cover the apples. The gym is what you'd expect, and the pool is nice. They have tons of shopping and restaurants around, so you have plenty to do.

I prefer to stay at Hampton Inn while traveling. The hotels are very nice, affordable and super clean. The free breakfast buffet offers many choices and is always good. Nice, pleasant and helpful staff.

Great! Terrific! A free big old fashioned train for everyone. A "circus" like trapeze play area for all. Uncrowded shopping. Best mall ever.

We stayed at this hotel last weekend and really liked the room. It was clean and updated. Beds and pillows are comfortable, and the room was spacious for two queen beds. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Amaya (I might have her name wrong, and I'm sorry if I do) was as nice, helpful and accommodating as she could be. She was able to help me out after I made a mistake with the reservation and was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I will definitely stay here any time I am in Spartanburg. Breakfast was good, too.

So nice and comfortable. Breakfast bags if you leave before breakfast is served at 6am. Fresh coffee all day long for free. Super clean rooms.

Nice hotel. From the map, it appears to be right off the interstate. It's actually about a half mile off. Super friendly and helpful staff. Adequate parking. Well-lit parking lot! Side entrance for smokers. Cutest little coffee cups, comfortable bed, Hotel soft pillows, I stayed in a king suite. All hygienic products are Neutrogena brand. Soft towels and clean room made this a welcome night's stay after being tired on the road.

It's a good place I invite you to visit it.

Hotel was nice, common space were a little less than impressive in cleanliness (dirty floor, tables, etc). Room was clean, beds comfy. Breakfast was typical Hilton. Love the waffles!

It's so clean! Smells wonderful, I smelled the fresh clean air from the moment I opened the door. They have friendly welcoming staff. So far so good!

Very nice, clean room, quiet and staff were excellent. Near the interstate and West Gate mall but it was quiet. Looks recently updated. Plenty of parking and restaurants, shopping nearby. Every staff member was friendly and courteous!

Just stayed here last night for a short overnight trip and I have to say it was very nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable (no bed is ever as good as your own) and every staff member we came in contact with were very pleasant. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We will be back here if we should come back this way again.

This is absolutely an awesome place to stay. Customer service is exceptional from the front desk to house — keeping. Teamwork is also obviously a standard. I wish I could rate them higher & had kept up with all the names of everyone I encountered! I hosted a birthday party sleep over during a peak period (Valentines weekend) & they worked hard to make sure we had the most spacious & accommodating room consistent with what I'd booked. The birthday girl accidentally left her card with her money in it. I mentioned it in passing when checking out only to learn they'd actively been searching for the owner since last night. Kudos to a great staff for a job well done.

Nice hotel with free breakfast and 24/7 coffee and tea. The rooms were comfortable with a small kitchen with a range and fridge, but the TV channels were not always synced.

Clean hotel. Staff very nice. Breakfast was average but included in price, make your own waffles and usually something kind of eggs prepared.

Best place to stay in Spartanburg! Fresh coffee or hot tea available 24/7. Cold water and iced tea available all day. Free breakfast, 24 hour gym, heated pool, free Wi-Fi, etc. The list goes on! Friendly staff, always clean rooms, housekeeping does a great job. Beds are comfortable. My company pays for my hotel and I can choose between the Marriott or The Hampton Inn. After staying in both, I will only stay at the Hampton Inn now.

The hotel was full except for one handicapped room, but it was the only motel that would give me a room for the night considering we were locals.

Clean rooms. Good breakfast and pretty quiet. Friendly staff.

Would have given 5 stars but the AC units are not very good. The beds are nice and the people are good.
