Our stay here was due to a stop on a spontaneous little road trip. Our boys were begging to stop somewhere for a swim and this was the first place we saw that had a nice looking pool. We were a little skeptical but it turned out to have nice accommodations. It was obvious that they rooms were older but they were very clean, updates had been made, and the furniture was all new and comfortable. The pool was as nice and clean as it looked from the road. And the staff was so very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the breakfast, which contained a few cereals and frozen waffles.

The hotel was really great. Very reasonably priced, room was in good condition, the carpets had just been cleaned. It's was very interesting to see a hotel that still offers the smoking/not smoking option. Pool looked nice.

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. The room was clean and neat. The furniture is a little old but we'll maintained. There was an Iron and Ironing board, a small fridge, and a microwave with a coffee pot also. I liked it very much for only $55, oh they had breakfast too. Shoneys is right next door and a McDonalds across the street. Stop in they are some really nice people.

Its nice… TV only shows 3 stations clearly… its like having direct TV during a storm & the water doesnt get HOT but overall its cool when you are on a budget. The staff is friendly but the breakfast is not good.

Very very horrible service. Out of town for two weeks for a job and there are roaches and bed bugs. They will not switch rooms and blame it for my dog when my dog is well groomed and takin care. I suggest not coming to this hotel unless you wanna leave with bed bugs and welts all over you. Very very poor service and I'm beyond upset.

We were traveling and wasn't planning on stopping but we had to, our trip was little harder on us than we expected. So in scrambling to find a place to stay on a late weekend night and fretting the bedbug roach motel scenario we took a chance. We checked the reviews and they said it was quiet and clean and they were not lying. We had a place to park our U-Hual truck with car tow and nothing happened to them. It was quiet, room was clean, no bed bugs. The room wasn't fancy dancy modern but it wasn't old and rinky dink. The beds were heavenly, very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and old fashioned shower with continual hot water was very therapeutic. They also had a small continental breakfast service that good. It wasn't a buffet but we didn't leave running on empty. Staff was friendly and gave good customer service. If you need a place to rest on your trip. I would highly recommend it.

Great front desk staff. Price is affordable. The room was super clean.

For the price it was good! Very friendly staff, clean rooms. In walking distance of a mcdonalds, circle k, and shoneys. Only reason its not 5 is because there are some real shady characters hanging around.

Convenient location, clean room. Pool was closed, definitely a bummer, other than that, I would stay again.

This is the best hotel that I ever stayed at bc when aim there u get treated really good and the stay is awesome Thanks Travel Inn for everything.

Stayer Beware! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Where to begin, there’s just no words. Anything metal had rust all over it, the toilet was broken (we had to lift the lid to flush it), no hot water at all and the towels were so rough they actually exfoliated your skin. The TV remote was broken — when we pressed the volume button the channels changed and the carpet was beyond words it actually crunched when you walked so leave your shoes on! But on a good note as far as we know there were NO bed bugs which was extremely surprising! It was at least “eye” clean. The best thing was we checked in late and checked out early, so there’s that. On check out we wanted to speak with the manager and left our number since he was not in — 3 days later we have yet to receive his call. DO NOT STAY HERE! It might be reasonably priced and in most cases you get what you pay for but not here!

Everything was fantastic, the people were very friendly, the rooms were great and it was just an all around great experience.

Ms Betty was the best part of my stay. The staff was great and if you are in lugoff I would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall it was great. Staff was great and accommodating. Only real complaint is having a blanket of foam (very uncomfortable). Everything else was great.

Rooms are ok bathroom and sink area and cups been dirty but bed is comfortable then I had to leave early and checked out they told me I couldn't get a refund but my checkout wasn't until the next day so I asked to speak to someone when gone tell me they gone tell me the same and she not giving me the number smh so they got a free night out of me but it's all good I won't be going there any more which I come here often when I'm visiting family then the staff was trying to be rude about it so I just left and turned in my key I don't see how I couldn't get my money back when I wasn't staying there.

Great location, rooms are decent but I saw dead roaches on floor. Nice pool area. Front desk staff was rude about tryimg to solve a problem we were having. Some of the full time guests are really really nosy. The first room we were put in the air unit leaked all over the floor even downstairs to the room below us. Stayed for 4 days and had a problem with the 5th day because of being stranded 64 miles from home, my friend has 25 dollars and asked if she could give them that and give them the rest in the evening when her friend got off work and could bring it and they wouldn't do it. Asked to speak to the owner and was told he was I'm an all day conference only to have him walk out and into the office by the back door 25 minutes later. I think it's pretty crappy for this place and others like it to smile and greet their customers at check in but when a problem arises they become rude as hell smiles disappear and lies start being told. I forgot the second room we got put in, the plumbing sucked and you had to hold toilet lever down for 30 seconds to get toilet to flush. That's room 124 by the way for a big whopping 70 bucks a night.

Very nice rooms. Clean, furniture in room is well maintained, bed is comfy. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this for any overnight guest or even if you are in the area for an extend stay. Will continue to stay here.

The room was comfortable and the receptionist polite but there weren't any coat hangers in the room, no stopper in the tub to take a bath and the ice machine was broken.

Great staff. Super clean. New TV. The outside is very well lit.

I stayed down the street the previous night at The Colony and it sucked, I thought this was going to be a sucky place for the buck as well. What a wonderful surprise, super hot water in the showers, clean and aired rooms. Room was not to big but good size for a queen with a sleeper. Price was great. I would recommend over The Colony.

Horrible! I spent the entire night watching the bed for bugs after finding Two tiny critters in the bed sheets. Not to mention three flies I ended up swatting at all night. Dingy shower. Called front desk about bugs in bed. No one ever showed up. No wonder they make you sign a paper that states no refund 15 minutes after check-in. Avoid this place if at all possible. Trying to save a few bucks is not worth the peace of mind you'll loose, not to mention your money.

My wife and I picked this place because it was cheap and close to the area we were visiting. The room was definitely outdated, but we did notice signs of renovations elsewhere going on. The room was not cleaned well. The bed was made by throwing the bedspread up and leaving the sheet wadded up underneath. But it was cheap, so what did you expect? On our last day of our stay they replaced all of the card reader locks while we were out. Upon our return, we stopped at the office to get the correct card for the new lock. We had to pay a fee for the new card to get back into our room! The manager said it was to re-coop the costs of the new locks. Seriously?! I could see adding the charges to people checking in, but to people who were already there?! I will definitely look elsewhere on my next visit, even if I have to pay twice as much. Avoid this place!

Didn't have enough towels to pass out. Out dated. Had to pay a dollar to get back in room after changing the locks. Too noisey. Didn't totally clean. Not enough high speed Internet. Never stay at travel inn again.

Ew! Don't visit again. Drug motel for starters I had no clue because the rooms looked clean and nice but after staying all of an hour We realized it was not so nice. Practically all the guests live there. And they have roaches. The customer service was extremely awful in the office and they will come banging on your door at 8am for cleaning the sheets And towels instead of 11. I was pissed that they woke me! They don't clean the comforters! And don't care to take out your trash. And when swimming you HAVE to go to office and get a wrist band which they don't let you know about ahead of time, or you will get yelled at! And forget swimming in the rain they don't allow it. All pools close when lighten but come on just sprinkling? They also refuse to give anything like extra pillows or more then two tiny towels at once! Never going back!

I absolutely have enjoyed my stay so far here. Its very ctean, the staff is just awesome. If ur n this area I recommend the travel inn overall. Its n walking distance of gadgets, great sports bar with awesome food.

Poor dam bed hard as hell.
