Hotel is starting to get run down. No restaurant. Other guests are rude, things other than cigarettes are smoked, very little housekeeping done. Not really worth the money.

It's pretty dirty but a decent place to sleep for the night.

This is a vet nice place to have a Social event. Very spacious and clean. I did not get to see the rooms.

Its not the newest placein the world but, real nice people and house keeping was quick when I needed something. Works really well for my husband who is working there.

The room had roaches in it. The heat did not work. Some of the lights did not work.

Owners are very welcoming, place clean, renovations underway for a "face lift". Staff helpfull. Privacy is respected. Pools very clean. Breakfast plentifull and delicious, (hot, fresh), even has private eating area. Overall, love staying here, prices are the best in lugoff. Has a quaint, bar, (Plums) for unwinding. Great place!

I was at the bar and the staff was great! The bartender came around and asked if we needed anything. Only complaint is they now have a pool tournament every week taking up all 3 tables instead of only 2 tables making it to where no one else can play.

Went to the restaurant for a couple of drinks and watch the weekly pool tournament. Had some of the best food I've had in awhile. Wings to die for. Great atmosphere and wonderful experience.

Great value! Needed to waste two days before going to Myrtle Beach. Glad we spent it here! We were in room 150. Awesome water pressure and the jets in the tub were so relaxing. It is a dated hotel but for the price who could complain.

We had reservations for two nights at the Camden West Inn, with very low expectations. We knew that this was more of a "budget hotel", and we were certainly not expecting a 5 star resort upon arrival. However, I do not recommend anyone at all ever staying here unless you are looking for drugs, a disease or to get murdered. The entire hotel is extremely dilapidated, but the rooms are even worse than the exterior. I am not sure how this hotel passes any sort of inspections after seeing what our room looked like. The exterior keyed entry locks are rusted and barely worked, our non-smoking room had definitely been smoked in for some time, and the sanitation of the room was appalling. The bedsheets had cigarette ashes, hairs, brown stains, blood stains, and cigarette burns all UNDER THE SHEETS! The smoke detector was beeping because the battery was out, the toilet wouldn't flush, the carpet was rippled… I could go on and on. Two of the four of us in our group were in tears they were so scared and disgusted by this hotel. We could only stay in the room for ten minutes before we had to leave and go to another hotel, only to find that they would not give us our money back because we "had already checked in". How we were supposed to know the rooms would be that disgusting without checking into our room, I'm not sure. So believe me when I say this: DON'T STAY HERE. Ever!

Much nicer than Camden motels. Weekly rate isn't bad at all. Don't charge extra for small pet. Employees are very accommodating… would give five stars but breakfast shuts down to early and pool closes at 8. Clean and nice rooms.

Lumpy beds lumpy pillows and the office smells like mold it hasn't had a paint job probably in 20 years the only reason I gave it 3 stars because the guy who worked behind the counter really seemed like he cared. Fixed the Wi-Fi and then call me back to make sure was working.

We stayed in May 2013 and it was a nice cheap hotel. Stayed again in Nov 2014 and it's disgusting. Plumbing doesn't work, mold and cockroaches. Carpet is disgusting. Towels are thread-bare and everything has cigarette burns on it in a non smoking room. We put the DO NOT DISTURB sign out before we left for the day, came back and the room was picked through and the sign was missing. I believe they looked through our stuff but we didn't leave anything inside worth taking. Stray cats also were trying to get in the room when we were going in and out.
