Very accessible to many places.

Comfy bed, gr8 breakfast, friendly staff, plenty of towels, clean room.

I'm here for business. When I checked in from an extremely long day, Miss Tina at the front desk was inviting and kind. I got up to my room and was sooo happy! its spacious and very comfortable! I look forward to trying the large indoor pool when I return next week… Huge thank you to Miss Tina and staff!

Our pull out sofa is broken. Missing springs and the lower part is missing legs to hold it up! We were told by staff to slide a table under it.

The room itself was great. Bed and pillows comfortable. The breakfast was lacking. Sausage didn't taste fully cooked and the eggs were terrible.

Located in Conway. Really disappointed in the cleanliness. Dust on lamp shades, curtains, front desk lights. Queen size bed weren't 60" wide, the were 56. (Disagreement with front desk clerk led to the measuring). A/C never got colder, no matter how low we turned it. Fire alarm went off at 5 am, scaring everyone. Front desk hollering false alarm. I've had some great stays with comfort suites, but this was an absolutely horrible stay.

Room was a little dated but the bed was nice and comfortable. A/C was nice and cold. The shower pressure was a little weak. One issue I had was the do not disturb sign was on the door but the cleaning crew still came in and fixed the bed. I usually stay at choice hotels for work and have not had this issue. So maybe they just thought they were helping. I'm not going to take off a star for that. The location is ok. The dark parking lot North is a little concerning. It's not owned by comfort suites though.

I stopped here on my trip across country. The room was nice and affordable, with a quick acting AC unit. Unfortunately there isn't much to do nearby and limited food options. For the hotel though I have no complaints!

Great hotel. Clean rooms and free breakfast. Only issue was the amount of chlorine in the pool and the beds felt like a pad was placed over a hard board.

The room was in Conway Arkansas all and it was a nice room pretty clean pillows were comfortable bed was soft over all stay was good.

The staff was friendly and polite, but the location is not great. It shares a parking lot with a sketchy motel. The room had damage to the wall and carpet and was not in great shape. But the bed was comfortable.

Lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude. Supposedly had the "nicest" room at the place. Lmao. Yea right. I have stayed in tents, on camping trips that were nicer. Definitely do NOT recommend this place. Spend your money elsewhere. At least the people that work there will be better, can't imagine worse service! Good luck in your travels!

Checked in at 2pm with room already booked. The lobby was nice but the kitchen area was gross. I've worked for hotels for years, this was terrible. The desk clerk was nice. The pool are wasn't very nice. The 2nd shift desk clerk was awful. She ignored us and played on her phone the entire time. Wifi was the worst ever. No signal on the 2nd floor. I well never come back to this specific hotel. I might not even come to this chain of hotels again. : (absolutly terrible.

It was very good for their older style but will be better once they move in the new furniture.

We stayed for 5 days. We were here from Nebraska. Our experience was mediocre. It was clean. Torn parts on curtains. Nice size room with small television. Breakfast good with torn chair seats. Very nice staff that cleaned our room. Friendly and helpful. Check in staff not friendly. No insulation from other rooms. The upstairs person bounced a ball consistently on the floor unroll about 1130. Overall was ok. Glad to have somewhere to stay.

We enjoyed this hotel, great location. I have a planet fitness membership and there was one less than a mile away, 16 minute walk or 2 minute drive. I recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Small boxed in room. You can tell the hotel is older. The breakfast bar was plentiful with choices. The location is in an excellent area for shopping & dining out.

Jacuzzi tub did not work, and the jets were covered with mildew. The breakfast was fair (however the waffle was good). The breakfast area could have been cleaner. The front desk employees were exceptional.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area has a good selection of food. I always book Choice Hotels.

Staff was great. However, our suite smelled like straight mold and dust. The bathroom had mold and mildew on almost everything. There was also dust all over the floor and corners. The beds smelled like they were coated in dust and were very uncomfortable. The air conditioner also barely worked and the air smelled horrid. The carpet was stained and tore up. Also, the breakfast was awful. The yogurt tasted like it had sat out for days and had been re-refrigerated. And everything else was bone dry. Definitely disappointed. Being military, we have been in many hotels. But, if I enter a room and have fears about my 4 children touching anything, there’s a problem. I only wish I could post the pictures I took. I feel sorry for anyone else who sleeps in the room we got.

Great place. The employees are extremely nice. The breakfast was decent and had a nice selection. Very happy with my stay.

The rooms were traditional hotel rooms. Pricing was reasonable. Staff were helpful. It was what I expected but nothing above and beyond.

Great hotel! Very clean! The price is fair for the accommodations. Very friendly staff! The rooms are big and bed is comfortable. The indoor pool is good size and well maintained.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Deducting points because the Wi-Fi was absolutely horrible. Tried multiple devices and all of them went from slow to slower.

The breakfast here is great. Hot biscuits and bacon and eggs and gravy. As well as the usual bagels cereal and coffee. All complimentary!

The superior room clean!

For $81 (queen) … it can't be beat. Super clean and SPACIOUS suite (I won't even call it a room… it had a sofa in there as well), comfortable bed, ergonomic layout, friendly staff. And considering its location literally right off the interstate, and the FULL hot breakfast, not just continental… so yeah, this place gets this professional driver's stamp of approval. I've stayed overnight lots of places; this one ranks among the best in recent memory. Lord willing, I WILL be back…

I enjoyed my stay here at Comfort Suites but the rooms could have been cleaned better! Just a little of what I experienced during my week stay. My pillow had blood on it I noticed night two. I set it in the floor with the blood showing. Night three I assumed it was in plain sight that I had fresh pillows. Wrong! Same pillow plus another with blood on it too. So 2 pillows with 3 blood spots. I'm sorry that is just not my style. Blood on the chair in the room, mildew/mold on the shower curtain, the bathtub bottom was dirty (I wore shoes to shower) & I had left a note because I had ants on my night stand, in the carpet, on my jewelry and on my computer desk. Still have ants. Today my bed was made but the bathroom was not wiped down at all my dirty towels were gone because I had them in the sink but that was it! No pride taking in the cleaning department but overall the pool is nice, lobby is pretty, breakfast looks tasty even though I have not ate it & the desk clerks have been very friendly and helpful! No complaints other than the main part, my room! Just wanted to share! I will be letting the front desk know on my way out in the morning!

Comfort suites in downtown Conway is centrally located to lots of shopping, dining, entertainment right off of Oak Street.

Not wonderful as expected! Room was right next to highway and it was so noisy! Curtains were not blackout, so light would filter in! Mini fridge kept making noise repetitively all night long! Air conditioner was loud but that is unavoidable… Rooms seemed super old and old stains were not removed. I've experienced better Comfort Suites before… However, the hot breakfast buffet was amazing! Scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, biscuits with gravy and lots of other options!

Reserved the meeting room at a great rate. Was able to get into the room 2 hours before I requested. Everything was set up great, staff was helpful. Facility was clean and in great working order.

Stay here every time I travel to our offices in Arkansas. Great staff.

The rate for the night was good, nice variety of drinks and snacks available to purchase in the lobby, breakfast buffet was very fresh and well cared for. I'd definitely go back again to this hotel over other nearby hotels.

Here's a big thank you to Amanda the front desk employee, she was so nice, I started home after I got off at work Friday night, the weather has turned to ice and snow, I live 40 minutes from Conway and there was no way I could have made it home, so I decided to stay in Conway, I only had so much cash with me and when I went into the lobby I didn't realize it was a limited amount, Amanda gave me a discount and helped me out, Comfort Suites has a very valuable and friendly employee, the room was nice and the service. If I ever get in another situation that I can't make it home I will stay there again. Thank you, Amanda.

The hotel was very nice and clean as was our room. The breakfast had a wide variety of continental items and also hot food such as bacon, eggs, and biscuits & gravy. Great value for a suite.

Our room smelled like mildew, and the CO detector was beeping every minute or so. After waiting ten minutes to talk to the clerk at the front desk, we were told to wait 30 minutes, and if it's still beeping, a clerk would come to our room and check it out. Then, they might consider giving us a new room. Not very accommodating at all.
