Convenient location. Courteous staff. Clean. Nice area with lots of eating establishments nearby. Nature preserve close by.

Loved our stay here in Conway! We have an extended stay and the Manager Forest was great explaining and breaking down the payment. Room "was" clean. I say "was" because we had our dogs with us! I loved the Food Pantry with so many options from TV dinners and sammichs, drinks, canned foods, gum, candy and if that wasn't enough there's the free coffee and microwave popcorn! The kitchenette provides you with 2 of everything you need such as plates and utensils. Refrigerator has it's own ice maker so no silly bucket that you end up putting your hand in water. The floor staff and front desk personnel are some of the friendliest people I've met! This was my first stay at a hotel like this and was very happy with everything! Even our dogs loved it! Gordo and Dude say thank you for the delicious treats! P. S. There's a nice patio like area outside with 2 gas bbq 's!

Room was clean and comfy, and the staff was fantastic.

Older Hotel. Old furniture. Old walls. Old floors. Old couches. Beds were comfy. I enjoyed writing at the table desk with my daughter. Room is complete with a mini kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans and accessories. We used the Candlewood Cupboard for snacks and treats. They use the Honor system. Take what you want from the mini store and leave a note with necessary details. Free coffee, hot coco, and popcorn. Great time visiting Conway.

I stayed at Candlewood Suites in Conway recently and although I rarely ever leave reviews my experience with Adam (front desk clerk overnight) was so OUTSTANDING that I felt that I must submit a review! I was awaken at about 3am to noise coming from the room next to mine. I spoke with Adam and not only was he apologetic but the noise stopped within minutes! Adam was extremely kind and professional! I stay at hotels almost weekly due to work travels and I was so impressed with Adam and his kindness that I will be staying at your hotel anytime that I am in Conway again! Thank you Adam for making my stay a quiet one instead of being forced to lay awake all night listening to rambunctious guests!

We stayed at Candlewood suites for three nights. We found there is be a lack of attention to detail in cleaning and upkeep. They have smoking rooms and you could smell smoke down the halls. Also the air conditioner is very very loud. The Wi-Fi is also extremely slow and unusable. That being said the gym is nice. They have a bright, clean, and stocked pantry.

The staff is wonderful and helpful. The room is clean and nice. A full kitchenette and full size refrigerator really hit the spot for refreezing my ice packs. Good price for a nice room. Would recommend above other hotels in the area. Probably the best value.

I haven't been at the hotel for more than 24 hours and already the women at the front desk were arguing loud enough I could hear them when I came out of my room. Two hours later, one of the women was arguing with a gentleman in an office with the door open loud enough to hear it from outside. I recorded it. This is outrageous, especially since when I checked in I was greeted by a very nice and helpful woman at the front desk. It was definitely a 180 degree difference from night and day. The rooms are nice, dated but have all the necessary items. Even a few extras. Overall the hotel is great, but management needs to control the people they have working during the day.

A nice hotel but need to be updated. All though they gave us the wrong room at first so they let us moved to other room. Very nice front desk clerk.

Very nice, average hotel. When I stay in a Candlewood Suites, I expect a suite. For years I have used various extended stay hotels. I would not stay for weeks in this one, too small. The hotel is a re-purposed building. A normal hotel that was sold and became a 'suite' by name only. BTW — no problems staying for one night as I did. Clean & comfortable.

Old, noisy, gap between door and frame, can see hallway. Television straight out if the 1980's, remote for dvd broken in half, batteries for TV remote weak, no breakfast, incidental charges for everything. Noisiest a/c of any motel I have stayed at. For you never stay here, for me never stay here again.

Rented a two room suite with queen and sleeper couch. Hotel is pet friendly which is good. However, upon entering the hotel it smells like a dog kennel which is not good. Air conditioning was not working in the hall on 2nd floor and was warm on 1st floor. The sofa bed in the room was unusable and they didnt have another room available. They did manage to locate another sofa and moved it into the room even though they claimed not to have enough help to move one that day. They were trying to get me a rollaway bed for the night until they could make other arrangements. When they knocked to deliver the rollaway, there stood two profusely sweating men carrying a sofa bed. I felt so sorry for them because it was extremely warm in the hallway. I appreciate the fact that they did everything to accomodate and was successful. If it smelled better it would get 4 star. No pool, no free breakfast, not much property. Squished in with other hotels. Mostly concretr jungle. It was next to Outback restaurant and very close to Walmart.

Candlewood suites was not what I expected. Check in was definitely not what I expected. The front desk clerk gave me no information other than how to get to room. I asked for a late check out and he told me that was for IHG members only. Instead of asking if I would like to be a member. So I asked if I could become a member, he had to use his employee password to sign me up and could not find it or it would not work. I would have to wait for the night management to see if I could get a late check out. Bottom line the staff either had no customer service experience or did not care about me as a customer. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

I recently found out about the extremely poor housekeeping standards this hotel (and it's sister hotel Comfort Inn and Suites) have. Sheets don't get changed if they don't "look dirty", pillow cases don't get changed if there is "no makeup residue or hair", and they can't even pass the 3 month inspections (They have failed the last 2). You'd be better off sleeping on a park bench.

I enjoyed the room here. This is a newish motel, not fancy, but clean & pleasant. I travel with a dog and they are well set up for it. There is an Outback Steakhouse next door. I agree the Wi-Fi is slow, but so are most hotels. This is my first stay at a Candlewood and I will try one again.

Over all an OK stay, the parking and driveway is a little weird. It's behind another hotel, which you have to go through to get to it. Close to a Walmart which is always good.

I stayed here for over a month. I had to use the Internet service a lot and it was deplorable. I was knocked off daily, sometimes 10 times in a single day. I complained daily to no avail. I would not suggest anyone that has to do any kind of business stay here. You will be very frustrated.

This stay completely restored my faith in Candlewood Suites. I had stayed at two others within the past year, and one was simply awful. As such, I expected nothing and gained everything. Very pleasant stay.

Stayed here for most of a week on the third floor. Despite the fact that the room I was in was technically a non-smoking room, the third floor reeks of smoke. They were too full to move me to a different room, so I dealt with it but I certainly wouldn't go back.

Very nice location. Walking distance to restaurants and a WalMart. Suited our needs to a "t" the night we were there. Desk folks were competent, but not outwardly friendly. I attributed it to their youth and inexperience in the host business. I'd stay again, though.
