They cannot keep their information straight here at all. We were paid up until the 16th and they’re beating on the door on the twelfth asking if we are staying and paying by the 11th. People were demanding cigarettes in the parking lot and chucking beer cans. I have seen and heard countless domestic violence issues here. The hotel room itself is not bad but it’s very stressful to stay here.

Woodspring Suites is a place away from home when you have situations crop up regarding your home being lost by fire or some other natural disaster. I would not recommend this place for a long-term staying the price is too expensive for that even though they have decreased the prices from when I resided here before. Then a whole month's rent for a physically challenged individual's room was a little over $1, 100 plus tax. Now they have decreased the prices I guess to compete with the other hotel/motels around in the area (that is how business is done. ) There is another extended away from home place across the street from them not too far (don't know the cleanliness of it) and regardless of which room it is you do have to pay $300-350 per week plus tax everything is plus tax and they give you some type of special upon your stay after 3 months or a discount if you will. They have one person working each and every floor every two weeks to clean rooms; Housekeeping is not the best they have one person working each and every floor every two weeks I found a gross spread of black mold in my toilet towards the front which I had reported that I was allergic and they sent the housekeeper in to clean it she cleaned the toilet and she did not get all of the black mold and I went to check it when I got home here to the room and found that there was more black mold spreading all over the place. So be careful about showers and mold spreading in the the shower.

We have received good service from friendly staff. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and it’s very close to a lot of awesome things to do around town.

I have recently stayed here and I dont so much like it. Satisfactory is a 0, the people who "supposed " to be wprking the front desk ALWAYS on the phone & talking, my room phone goes in And out; vant even receive incoming calls, not that clean. Had to clean alil myself when I came in. Me and my boyfriend asked to change rooms because of constant bumbling and stomping but, they said we couldn't because there Are no rooms cleaned and they don't really have housekeepers. This was not worth no $342.00, they need to be better than what they are. So I rate this hotel a 1& only. I advise ypu guys not to stay here because honestly they dont really do there job.

My sister stayed here for the second time. Their recent remodel is very nice with wood-grain tile flooring. Still has a full size drug, stove and microwave but no longer stocks the kitchen supplies. Ok with her, she just needed a coffee pot and disposables for her stay.

Well it's nice and clean have a full size fridge a two burner stove and microwave but you have to pay extra for pots and pans and coffee pot but there's two grocery stores real close and a Dollar Store and you right at the on ramp and off ramp of Interstate 85 close to down town and all it has to offer.

Nice place, spent 10 days there. Clean and comfortable. They are in the process of replacing the flooring.

The rooms are neat but I don't like their services… No surveillance cameras outside the premises… Costly place to stay…

It is the worst in hotels that I have touched in USA I do not leave because the caciques of my company here I have, even cockroaches come out in the rooms, a lousy cleaning service, etc, etc, etc.

I liked it here it's laid back quiet and relaxing the rooms are clean and the staff is awesome.

Kinda hard to find how ever it is off the main road so it is quiet. The outside is very nice and well kept, the rooms are modern with all the basic amenities including a kitchen and they provide a cart for your bags.

Only thing I can say is that the guest are nice to each other, we all get along real good! This is a nice place to live, and visite! Just watch your back! But its a safe place as I can see with my eyes! (Enjoy! )

I am very grateful to be staying here. All of the staff are nice except for one. Maybe sending all employees, especially her, to some sort of hotel management school would help her learn to be professional instead of a bully. It is a clean motel and do enjoy staying here.

The front desk staff is very polite, nice, and helpful. Over all this is a great hotel to stay in and it is very clean. They have great rates.

I had a wonderful time at Woodsprings Suites! Upon my arrival I was greeted with friendliness and respect from the Front Desk Clerk Brittany McClain, whatever I needed during the time of my stay Brittany was always there with a smile and respectable attitude! My stay here was awsome, brittany the front desk staff was really helpfull, the whole time I was here. The rooms was very clean, as well as the outside. This will be my goto place everytime im in town…

My boyfriend and I booked a non smoking room and we were given a room that smelt of smoke and ash. Our blanket on the bed had yellow stains all over it. This caused us to look at the sheets, which also were covered in stains. Walking up to the hotel there were men loitering outside and the parking lot smelt like beer. One of the hotel windows had a hole in it like someone tried to break in. This hotel was so dirty we left and drove until 1:30am to find another hotel. After leaving I called and informed them of the situation. The manager said she would only refund me for one night because "the sheets were used" and "there was weed in the trash can". Well the sheets were used and not changed prior to our arrival, and there was weed in the trash can that was also probably not changed before our arrival, considering neither one of us smoke. Absolutely disgusting, I will never stay at another woodspring hotel again.

I only stayed there 1 night as no other hotels we're available because of the solar eclipse. First the hotel only had smoking rooms which was a big turn off for me the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed to sleep on and after looking at the general state if the hotel I could not trust if all the sheets and towels we're cleaned on a regular basis, needles to say I am never going back to that hotel.

Not a bad stay for one night. The room had a wet musty smell, could have been cleaned a little better. Free Wi-Fi was ok. Washer and dryer need replacing.

Just terrible, I can't describe how bad the room is. The room looks more like a halfway house and the noise level is deafening. I would have described the bed /cot, but I don't have the verbal skills. They say that they are pet friendly but they haven't a clue about service animals. I am almost ready to get the ADA after them, but I hope to be gone by then, I had to give it 1 star, but it doesn't deserve it.

I've never stayed in an extended stay hotel and didn't know what to expect? I'll start by saying the first problem just happened to be the mix-up with the front desk clerk and the online reservation. The price difference was over twenty dollars more than what was quoted over the phone. The hotel property itself was clean and seemingly safe, although a bit desolate. The room itself was a disaster starting with the wet musky smell that greets you at the door. The twin bed/cot was something straight out of a college dorm room. The cabinets had no doors, the microwave had food stuck to the inside of it. I'm assuming the hotel has a two towels limit (both were dirty with someone's hair still in them. ) There was no rags, nor soap in the room. The only thing I did enjoy was the force from the shower head. The guest above us on the third floor made so much noise all I heard was stomping the entire night which made it hard to get a good night's rest. If I could have gotten a refund I would have, Red Roof Inn is not to far and their rooms are up-to-date and comfortable for less. The next morning I was startled out of my sleep with housekeeping standing in my doorway around 9 o'clock even though check out isn't until 11 am.

Extremely nice staff but I feel like you do not got much for your money compared to other extended stay hotels. You have to pay to use Wi-Fi and you have to pay for dishes pots and pans coffee makers silverware and extra towels/sheets. But this hotel is much safer than ANY other hotel I have ever been to. There is a lock on every external door except at the front desk and to enter the hotel from the front desk you must have a key as well! Very quiet and they will call the police if they have People lingering outside at night if they are not staying there!

My family and I stayed at this Suite due to a unfortunate situation we were thrown into. I don't have anything bad to say about this place. We were told to go to this place and our room would be taken care of and all we had to do was give our name at check in. When we checked in the room the had for us wasn't ready yet so they gave us another room so we wouldn't have to wait. When we entered the room it didn't smell like smoke and everything appeared cleaned. I would ask that for a family of four that they provide more than 2 towels. The beds were very soft and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you for a enjoyable stay.

The room was clean and the staff is very nice. If you want to loose weight then come here… because you will be walking a lot to get your room key fixed. First time in 12 years of being on the road that I had to pay for Wi-Fi… And got people walking up to your car asking for gas money… good luck. Mac.

This place is a low class bunch of people that think they are better then anybody else. They treat everyone as if they are poor white trash and think that they do not have to be polite or considerate of others. This place should be shut down and I will spend the next few months that I am not in school seeing to it that they are. I gave it one start because it will not post without a star. Should be no stars however.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Value Place on Chalmers Rd in Greenville, SC! Service with a smile, nice clean rooms and great rates for smart shoppers. It's nice having a refrigerator, sink and stovetop in the room. They have a "no refund" policy, so don't book a longer stay than you are sure about; You can always extend. Keep checking prices even after you check in, because they have big sales. You get what you pay for. Value Place lets you cut corners like room service and linen exchange to save on your budget, without being a dump. It's a decent place to stay. I'd go back.

I would never recommend this ragged ass hotel to anyone, family or friends. When you come here to this state trying to make a honest day pay, working 10hr 7 dys I'm tired when I get off, but to come to my room @ Value Place to have had all my possession stolen! clothes, shoes, jewelry my wedding band my wife put on my finger, come on now who does this, south carolina police wasn't helpful @ all the manager @ the hotel gave me a lot of grief, cooperate sucked, not only did I get my personal belongings back, but to pay for weekly stay & nt to be refunded my money back. This is an all time low, I hate this hotel, they steal, housekeepers are triflyn ass hell, my name is Jerome Holmes & I advise y'all to keep driving don't stop @ this hole n da wall or you'll be sorry! RUN get da hell outta town.

Not a bad hotel. Was a little dirty when I got in the room, but it's a typical hotel type dirty. Some random crumbs on the floor, rusty bathtub faucet, etc. Overall, not a bad place for 300 bucks a week. I'm working in the area for a few weeks, so I plan on staying since it isn't a horrible hotel.
