I reserved a double queen bed room, three weeks in advance. Upon arrival, I was told that they were all sold out. We were "Upgraded" to a suite, which has one queen bed and a hide-away bed. Our first room was 85 degrees with the air on, so they switched us to a new room. The hide-away bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have slept on in a LONG time. There were no comforters for the hide-away, sheets only, so I shivered during the short periods of sleep, in between the constant tossing and turning. To add to our terrible stay, the pool was closed and wrapped with yellow tape. There were ZERO trash cans in our room. None in the kitchen, none in the bathrooms… NONE. The "complementary breakfast" was reduced to nothing as "the food truck had not arrived"… for two mornings, that was our answer as to why there was nothing available. So we had coffee and water. The training we were attending was supposed to be held in the conference room, however the air conditioning did not work in there either, so our all-day training session was held in the lobby, for two days. On top of all of that, the Wi-Fi kept going down and was comparable to dial-up when it did work. Other indirect disappointments included: A parking lot with weeds growing through the asphalt, a flagpole with no flag on it. Dirty, stained and ripped carpet, "So-in-so was here" written on the living room wall. This place thoroughly sucked. The manager should be ashamed to even have guests enter the property, let alone the building.
