So far it’s been great with great staff! The parking is annoying but the hotel overall is great.

Host was very nice and welcoming! Pool was small and cold would recommend a heated pool.

Nice and spacious. My fave is the view from my room of course! It’s conveniently located❤️

Just checked in on a Saturday evening and found out that every single floor… yes every single floor… is out of vending items. No water. Nothing. I guess they can force your hand at drinking the $3 bottled water in your room this way. No thanks I’ll settle for tap. Front desk said they’re not getting a truck in until Monday to replenish the vending machines. First impression:. I mean is there not a Sam’s Club or a Walmart in the city that someone could’ve ran to in order to accommodate the guest in this area? Wow. Just wow Finally found water and soft drinks in the gift shop near the lobby. I highly recommend the gift shop. The man behind the counter was SO sweet and helpful. Lots of cute things in the shop as well!

The room was very clean and housekeeping was pleasant. Front Desk experience was pleasant. No microwave in room, not great… small fridge in room. No tub, large shower… no view of Ocean (possibly at upper levels) … walk is a distance from beach farther than I would prefer to walk with a 4 year old.

We were greeted with the most welcoming and charming personality from Kaleb. We felt comfortable from the very start. Service was excellent. We would recommend this hotel. Rooms were well kept.

Room was nice. Laundry service was very slow getting things for us. Room key didn't always work the first try. Front desk and lounge people were very helpful and great. Breakfast and orduerves were very good. Short walk to the beach.

Room was clean. Basic. Nothing special. Sorta farther from the beach than expected. Room service was decent but pricey. Again nothing special. Not a bad stay but next time we probably would spend more to be on the beach.

Pros: After being on the road for almost 6 hrs Dottie at the front desk really made us feel welcomed and got us a great room facing the ocean with a balcony. Her courtesy and professionalism really made up for some of the other issues that came up during our stay… Cons: Wasp nest on the balcony Waste basket left on the balcony with an entire pie in it from the previous guest. Parking deck elevator was filthy Room issues were handled quickly and maid staff were pleasant an responsive. I would definitely stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff. The parking lot should have a connection to the hotel and maybe softer towels. But other than that not bad place to stay. Less than a mile from boardwalk and beach.

I was reading reviews for Sheraton and came across one that said they charge eight dollars to park a day… when I went to the lobby to my surprise this was true… I stayed at the Sheraton three days (may 26-30) 2018… when I tried to talk with the lady at the front desk… her disposition was real nasty… her name is and was Dottie Smith… she said she was in charge of the whole hotel which I knew was untrue… so I decided to give Sheraton cooperation a call… after I explained my concerns with them they did satisfy my wishes… after I went back to the lobby Mrs Smith whole attitude had changed… she knew I meant business when Sheraton it self called that hotel and talked with her about my situation… thanks Sheraton… but I will still have to by pass this hotel before I pay for parking.

We stayed in a suite and it was awesome! Being able to have two bathrooms was super convenient for our family and the separated rooms allowed our son to watch cartoons without us having to hear them. The rooms and bed were extremely clean. The only negative thing was we had to pay for parking and the parking garage doesn't connect directly to the hotel.

This is an impeccable place to go visit and for me a place to call home. I invested all I had to restart my life here and I hope it works out. Should you go to the visitors center you could get 30 nights provided you go give a review. A great deal to me.

The room is pretty nice and decent. I didn't like the fact that most rooms didn't have a microwave in them. Make sure you unload your bags at the front desk because the the garage does not have hotel access. The garage is narrow so be careful and they make you pay $8.00 a day to use it.

Terrible customer service. I was unable to attend a conference and couldn't cancel the room via the website (had to book through the conference website). I called to cancel my room and didn't take down the confirmation number (my mistake). Two months pass and I forget about it. Apparently, the reservation was not cancelled and I was charged for the room. I called the accounting department and they were unwilling to work with me. I was told they had no record of my call and then the representative hung up on me. I can't speak to the accommodations, but I'm really disappointed in their customer service.

If I could give less than a 1, I would. This was definitely the worst motel that my family and I have ever stayed in. We arrived to check in shortly before 8pm but we were informed that the room was not ready. 2 hours later we were still waiting. Finally, we received a king room even though there were four of us and our booking was for a double. Finally, we were accommodated at 11pm. I guess it's very important for the Sheraton to thoroughly clean the room prior to the guest stay because this was the only time that our room was cleaned. Granted, we checked in on Monday and checked out on Friday. After being gone all day Tuesday, we returned to find that our room hadn't been cleaned. We called the front desk to inform them and to request towels. Eventually someone came to bring clean towels but we had to empty our trash in a hallway trash can. In fact, we had to locate our own towels daily and left a mound of dirty towels on the bathroom floor because no one ever came to get them. Our comforter was dirty and our bathroom floor appeared to have collected dirt from the past several guests. The elevator and parking deck gate only work with room keys but you have to swipe several times before the elevator and parking deck recognizes that you are indeed a guest so make sure you're not in a hurry.

Booked the room last minute. Was told check in is at 4pm. Got there around 630 and wait in line for 20 mins to check in. Once I checked in I was told my room wasn't ready so I had to wait even longer for them to call me and tell me my room was ready. I told the lady at the desk that I was disappointed and she gave me a coupon and told me to get a free drink at the bar. Sometime after 7, I get a call from the hotel telling me my room is ready but I had to go stand in line to get my keys. Told the lady I was disappointed in the really late check in. She told me she would discount my room but never did and I was still charged full price plus a parking fee. Got back to the hotel and walked inside to see there was still a long line of people still waiting to check in. I walk to the bell man and ask him if I can get my keys from him. This man was nice and gave me my keys. I went on to my room. Had my kids with me who wanted to go swimming so we changed and went looking for the pool which is on the 3rd floor. Asked a house keeping lady where the pool is and she said "I don't know". After swimming we went to leave to get dinner. While taking the elevator all I could smell was marijuana. When my family and I got back to our room after getting dinner, our whole floor and room smelled of marijuana and we were on a none smoking floor. Very bad experience with this place.

I stay here for work on a regular basis. About 4 blocks from the beach. Never have any problems. Usually pretty busy! Attached is a convention center so it’s always crowded. Very clean, best bed I’ve ever slept in, no complaints!

The appeared nice. But our last night there a staff member came into our room after hours of having our bed made and the covers where pulled down on one side which to us seemed strange. Nothing was taken as far as we know. We reported it to the front desk but they never even asked what floor we were on. Definitely will never stay here again.

Beautiful hotel! Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Its not right on the beach but if you get the right room you can see a beautiful view of Myrtle Beach. The rooms were nice and spacious. If I had to complain the only complaint would be is that the parking garage should connect to the lobby.

The service was amazing and the staff where able to answer my questions. The rooms were beautiful and amazingly clean. The beds where so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. I loved my time at the Sheraton and I will be happy to return!

The parking garage is not conveniently located to the hotel. And you had to pay $8 a day for it. That is crazy I have never paid for a parking garage to park at a hotel even in Philly. The person that checked us in said we were entitled to a gift and they had several choices. Only choice I was given was a shutterfly book and a $3 off at Friendlys.
Floors in the bathroom are very slippery (and not just when they are wet) and my granddaughter fell and hit her head on the tub.
Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. The "ocean view" was … well u can see the ocean. But not the best view. I only delt with William when we checked in, he seemed nice.
Also $50 extra for incidentals is crazy I am going to try to see if that gets credited back if we don't need any incidentals. That was crazy and never mentioned when I booked thru SPG.
Most likely won't stay there again if we come back down to Myrtle beach.

My husband and I always stay here when we come to Myrtle Beach. We always receive great service. This time we received exceptional service. The front desk manager, Blake Delman, went out of his way to make us comfortable. Thank you, Blake! You deserve a raise!

We have enjoyed staying at Sheraton Convention Center many times over the past 10 yrs. We are staying through December 26th this stay and it seems to us that it just keeps getting better. The location, the staff, the amenities, the dinning, the cleanliness, the comfort are all five star. Thank you Sheraton.

Great stay in a great location, nice and close to most things. Unfortunately we found out the hard way that our daughter is allergic to down, but the front desk greatly helpful! They defeathered another room and moved us into in a very rapid manner.

The hotel is the middle of everything, not far from the beach or Broadway at the beach. This hotel I will say is one if the most upscale ones in the area. The staff is always nice, and this hotel NEVER disappoints. Such a nice place to stay.

The Sheraton Convention Center hotel has friendly staff and inviting and comfortable rooms. It is not located on the beach, but the ocean view rooms still provide an absolutely stunning view. Room service is available, although I did not take advantage. There is also a full restaurant and bar on the premises, a 24 hour gym, and a swimming pool.

Very comfortable stay. Bed, linens, pillows and room temp were well maintained. Internet was sustainable and worked all the time. More importantly, the staff was engaged and willing to help out with anything.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Courteous and friendly workers. I would definitely stay here again.

One disclaimer… this hotel hosts lots of dance events in the summer. It can get very loud and the elevators can literally take 20 minutes before one is available for you. If you are traveling during the summer, check with the staff to see what events they are hosting. If there are dance or cheer… steer clear. You won't get much sleep.

Stayed there this past week as part of a group from a retirement community in Savannah. An evacuation from hurricane Irma prompted our stay. Savannah Commons evacuated 150+ residents and staff. Staff from the hotel and convention center were courtesy and professional. Dining services were excellent! Thank you Sheraton for an awesome experience!

Thank you so much to the Sheraton hotel for taking in my retirement community, it's staff, and thier evacuated families from Savannah Georgia. Without the wonderful accommodations, helpful staff, and delicious food, we would have not been able to replicate our assisted living and memory care buildings like we did. We are forever grateful and many of us staff are ready for own little getaway and there is no other place we would stay! Thank you and God bless each of you!

Tony was fantastic! Shane helped us organize what could have been easily mass chaos… 140+ seniors, pets, staff, and families! All staff were phenomenal… if you ever stay in Myrtle Beach this is the best hotel and staff hands down! I would give them a 100 star rating. Thank you all for your help and diligence during our stay.

Very friendly check in staff. Good lobby and good location between Broadway at the beach and the actual beach. Room was slightly small for a Sheraton but very clean. Accessible outlets at both the bed and the desk.

This is a convention center hotel. Which means: Parking is not attached. Have to pay daily for parking. Breakfast is a $13 buffet. We reserved a king with an ocean view. When we got there, they told us they over booked the king and we got "upgraded" to the 'deluxe with a view'. Overall, not too bad. Really nice views, friendly and knowledge staff such as Chris, she checked us in and was super sweet. 3 stars because its geared more towards the Convention side of it for business suites instead of luxury getaway/vacationers.

Nice, clean rooms. The Gold Club (if you join) has a good breakfast. Now, no fan vent in bathroom. The hair dryer was on the top shelf of the closet. I am short and could not reach it. I had to call the desk to find it. No drawers in the bathroom vanity.

LOVED this hotel. 4 Blocks from the beach, you can even get oceanview rooms. Conference area is large enough for a large gathering, conference, meetings, or any venue. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. I would recommend if you are disabled and have trouble walking to ask for a room near the elevator. Those hallways can be super long.

Very well maintained hotel. Clean rooms, courteous staff, and connected to the convention center. Just a couple blocks walk to the beach and all the attractions down there also. Nothing bad to say. Great place!

This is a very nice hotel. I love the rooms and it's off the main strip with all of the resorts and noise. It can be busy since the convention center is attached to it but that too is on the other side of the hotel away from all of the rooms. I can't say anything bad about this hotel. Nice workout facility and pool. Very large business center, the restaurant is nice and the bar has an open atmosphere. I will most certainly be back! Stop by and tell em Drew sent ya! Be Easy! Drew.

The facility itself is really nice but there are always too many small issues that seem to multiple. Like internet connectivity and parking etc.

It was very clean the maid service was on point. It was a much nicer option than a lot of the hotels on the beach in this area. I was here for work though so it wasn't my choice to stay here. But nonetheless it was a good hotel. The Wi-Fi was trash though, ATLEAST IT WAS FREE!

Perfect for a quick overnight stay. Very clean room with comfortable bed. Everything was updated and in nice shape. The gym was stocked with nice equipment and convenient to visit.

It is a great place for a conference. Rooms are nice with good Wi-Fi, however 2 bed rooms are still double beds.

Good venue. Plenty of space. I was there for a robotics tournament so im not sure about the rooms or anything but there was plenty of parking and they didnt charge us.

My daughter and I took a mommy and me vacation a couple of years ago. It was an amazing hotel. I have to say some of the best sleep I have gotten in an hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Parking a little weird because you have to pay for that separately but not a big deal. My husband will only stay at the Sheraton. We are planning on taking a baby moon there this year before our baby arrives.

I was here for a volleyball tournament and the layout was great. My only issues would be with the tournament itself. Tourney fees are already crazy, but we go into it knowing that. But then you want to add in an admission fee as well as charge for parking? The only explanation would be the deal between the tournament and the hotel/convention center. This should be addressed and potentially moved.

Pros: Clean room. Great front desk personnel. Nice view of the ocean. Cons: understaffed during peak check-in time. Room smelled like to much cleaner was used. Coffeemakers didn't work.

There's an almost empty bar. We were 3 people eating a small sandwich each that we bought inside the Sheraton. A waiter comes to inform us that no "outside" food is allowed. I ordered a sweet tea, but before continuing with a drink order for everyone, I asked is it OK if we order drinks but finish our sandwiches. He said the rules didn't allow for that. He was doing his job, but those rules solidified my decision to never drink at that bar no matter what. That poor guy couldn't get a tip for waiting on us. I would understand if the place was full, but out of about 14 tables, only two were being used. Sheraton should arrange for proper table and chairs for the food thry allow vendors to sell.

It's 3:30 in the morning and all I can hear is talking, doors slamming, and really terrible music. I was inclined to dislike this hotel already due to the parking situation, but this night has convinced me to never stay at a Sheraton again. It's Thanksgiving weekend! It's not like I came during spring break! Here's the thing about the parking, you have to pay to keep your car in a parking garage with no hotel access. You go down the elevators in the parking garage, cross the parking garage entrance, go through the lobby, up the hotel's elevators, and walk down a few hallways to your room. Don't forget anything in your car, am I right? I thought this hotel would be great; it has a four star rating. The beach is far away, the view is ugly, and the rooms are not super clean. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone I know.

The hotel is about a block from the main strip of tourist activity. The beds were wonderful with the down blankets and pillows. The staff was courteous. The hotel and rooms were clean. The pool might as well be a sauna due to the location.

The convention center did a great job hosting the gcsaa turf show, the food was great, the hospitality was great. Everything went smoothly and it was a great experience to network and learn. I did not stay over night in a room so I cannot comment on that.

This just happened last night and this morning. My room key card rarely worked. Driving into garage gate woyld not open and had to walk to the lobby first to get card redone. Going into room. Nope, I had to torn to the lobby from 3rd floor to the lobby to gain access to my room on 4 occasions. The laundry room was conveniently located next to my room, 307. I had to dry my nieces dress, went to laundry room and a big nope on getting inside laundry, walked back to my room. Nope there either. Again, I had to go to lobby to insist that an employee show me how to operate my key card, the laundry was opened when I got there. On one of my trips to the lobby to gain access to my 3rd floor room, I insisted an employee meet me at my room. The maintenance guy put his card in my door and it opened, he them put my catd in and it opened, that was the first and only time my key card opened my door on the first try. Every other time, if my card did open my door, it was after a minimum of 7 to 10 times of sliding the key cats in the slot at different speeds. The morning that I left, a friend picked me up and was going to drive me to the 5th floor of the parking garage for me to get my truck, the card would not open the gate to the garage. We parked the truck right there at the gate card slot blocking the garage entrance, walked into the lobby furios. I informed them that no one was getting into garage until my key card opened the gate.

My wife and I arrive for unit ball, low and behold they screwed our reservation up. Now they won't get us a room. I've already spent $140 on ball tickets and $50 on gas to get here. That isn't even including my wife's cost of dress, hair, nails, etc. Worst experience I've ever had. I've had much better experiences from a Motel6

We were very dissatisfied with our stay here. There were several things wrong with this hotel. The pool was very small, the photos were extremely deceiving. It was about 3 1/2 feet deep and full of children so we didn't end up swimming in it for obvious reasons. There was no hot tub, it says pool and spa, spa meaning you can pay to get a massage if you wanted. There were no microwaves in the rooms, only one per floor in a tiny closet like room with the leaky ice maker and the soda machine. The house keeping staff were awful. They never made our bed our entire stay! By the end of our stay the were not even hanging up the fresh towels, they were just laying them on the counter as close to the door as possible. They also never refilled the coffee, cream, or sugar in the room. We will not be staying at another Sheraton ever again.

It had all started when me and my fourteen year old daughter checked into the hotel room. We had asked for two queen size beds, yet the room was not ready. All the bed sheets were dirty with blood stains. Also the towels were dirty too. The towels looked like they had been refold after people had used them. The next day, the TV was broken. So I called the front desk, they sent a technician to fix it, few hours later it broken again. After that, they moved us to another room with a single King bed, instead of the the two Queen beds. After we moved to the other room, we had found out the sink was clogged. I was tired of calling the front desk to tell them what was going on, so I didn't! Btw… the hotel didn't have a place for you to rinse yourself in the swimming pool area, so you could not rinse yourself before going into the pool. Over all, it was a horrible experience for me and my daughter to stay at Sheraton Myrtle Beach this summer. I can not speak for other people. But Please… check everything in the room before you bring in your luggage. You may never know what you see!

We booked a king room the bed was very comfy. The water is hot! Elevators took a little longer but it is busy season. You can walk to the beach but it is about 3 blocks. Parking is in a garage adjacent to the hotel its kinds a pain and needs to be cleaned. If you stay up you can see the beach but you must be on the beach side. We didn't have a good view, but we were here to do a review on the property. I would recommend staying over on the beach if you come for the beach. Staff was nice. Maid was exceptional. The pool seemed a bit cloudy so I didnt get in. There is a small fridge in the room as well as hairdryers. I only had one problem my mom went to the concierge desk to ask for coupons for dinner, the guy said he didn't have any and if we wanted to eat cheap go to McDonalds he was being smart. That was very unnecessary. Other than that everything was good.

Terrible service, the front desk guy looked at me like I was an idiot when I told him the AC was not working, the shower head sprayed water all over me, while I was standing outside the tub trying to warm the water, the towel rack was broke off the back door in the bathroom, and the toilet ran all night long. When I shared this with the guy at the desk he did nothing, an hour later there were 2 service guys who came up and explained that the AC was doing all it could. I won't recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

I Love it! The staff was nice the room was very clean. Reason I gave them 4 stars is because they say they have a spa but couldnt be found.? False advertisement. Beside that I Can not wait to come back. Thank You for the experience.

Excellent service, but it's a business hotel. Lots of stuff not included. Hard to eat outside of the hotel during the weekend. But the staff was impeccable :-).

Disappointed with the service. We booked a "king size bed" room, but got a room with two queen size beds. We booked several weeks in advance in hope of avoiding this sort of thing. We complained and tried to have it switched, even spoke to the manager, but all to no avail. They did nothing. No upgrade, no apology, nothing.

When I can get here (myrtle beach) the Sheraton is my first choice. The staff here very accurate and polite. Rooms are clean and overall accommodating. Just wish cable or satellite program would have more stations to choose from. Missed a lot of my favorite television shows. '. (.

The front staff is very nice and hospitable and we had no issues. The room was ok also. The ocean view rooms that we got (we had two rooms as 5 of us were traveling) were good but the view of the ocean was blocked by actual hotels that were on the oceanfront. Do not let them tell you that the boardwalk is walking distance. It is a very long walk! Anyway, the main reason I am writing this review is BECAUSE OF THE POOL! The pool is absolutely disgusting. It's extremely small and only 3 feet deep. That is not the worst part. The worst part is that it is dirty. There was particles and lots of hair floating in the water. Yuck.

It irks me when a hotel charges bogus fees. The front desk puppets are instructed to tell the customer the fee is a "facility tax" which they are "required" to charge by the third party booking agent. what kind of BS is that? Apart from that, the property is overpriced for what it is. The rooms were OK but the facility was lacking. The pool is terrible. The dining facilities are terrible. I am writing to SPG to let them know this hotel really does not meet the branding standards.

The hotel itself was very nice, other than the air conditioning wouldn't get as cold as the thermostat said. I was fine, but my wife was still hot. This place would easily command $300/night if it was a couple of blocks over and oceanfront. The parking garage though was another matter. Fortunately we drove our Jeep Compass, which has a great turn radius because the parking garage was awful. Very tight, two-way traffic where there should only be one-way traffic.

My wife and I loved this place! We went here for our mock honeymoon and we shocked at just how great it was We were expecting a decent hotel however the service and people here were great. We tried out the room service several times and they we always very kind and speedy with their deliveries. However the food itself was fantastic as well. I had the steak and it was prepared exactly how I had requested. No complaints here at all I was just overwhelmed with how good everything really was. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to relax.
