This just happened last night and this morning. My room key card rarely worked. Driving into garage gate woyld not open and had to walk to the lobby first to get card redone. Going into room. Nope, I had to torn to the lobby from 3rd floor to the lobby to gain access to my room on 4 occasions. The laundry room was conveniently located next to my room, 307. I had to dry my nieces dress, went to laundry room and a big nope on getting inside laundry, walked back to my room. Nope there either. Again, I had to go to lobby to insist that an employee show me how to operate my key card, the laundry was opened when I got there. On one of my trips to the lobby to gain access to my 3rd floor room, I insisted an employee meet me at my room. The maintenance guy put his card in my door and it opened, he them put my catd in and it opened, that was the first and only time my key card opened my door on the first try. Every other time, if my card did open my door, it was after a minimum of 7 to 10 times of sliding the key cats in the slot at different speeds. The morning that I left, a friend picked me up and was going to drive me to the 5th floor of the parking garage for me to get my truck, the card would not open the gate to the garage. We parked the truck right there at the gate card slot blocking the garage entrance, walked into the lobby furios. I informed them that no one was getting into garage until my key card opened the gate. Maintenance guy offered to open the gate with his card, I refused. He took my card in, returned with my card and he opened the gate with my card. Honestly, I'm very understanding at people making mistakes at work for I do it all the time, but I have never been so angry and furios at a business in my entire life. No I will not return… Ever!
