Was very sad to say this but the place was very dark! The room was not clean. Although the desk clerk was nice and so was the lady that took care of breakfast. They also charged a 40 dollar up front fee (not listed) but did refund it! Also they still are not allowing use of pool or exercise equipment due to covid restrictions even when pools are open at other hotel facilities nearby! Also they say Full continental breakfast. But not! Another disappointment! Now we are staying across town at Hampton Inn and pool open and everything else is. Including a great full breakfast!. For $10.00 more! 100 % worth going elswhete!

This is the most disgraceful place I have ever stepped foot in. The staff were incredibly disrespectful and continue to be disrespectful and lie about the situation. I checked into this place and upon check in noticed a sign that said pool closed due to COVID. This information was not disclosure before booking. I booked this place for the pool and could not stay here. I told the front desk lady, Renee, to cancel my reservation and give me a refund, she could not refund me my money due to the fact that I booked through Priceline. Priceline has continued to contact the hotel to get additional information from them needed to process my refund. Priceline was finally able to get ahold of them, and note, I have witness Renee be very unprofessional by placing the calls from Priceline on hold repeatedly while talking crap about customers calling to another customer. The person Priceline talked to told them that they did not mark me as checked out so it looked like I did stay in the room. I am disgusted. I had to drive 3 minutes down the road to stay at the comfort suites that has an indoor pool that is open, this was a huge inconvenience but so thankful I didn't have to stay at your filty hotel. I will continue to bash this hotel and the staff working there.

First I'd like to say the front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. However the rest of our stay was awful.
Our first room had no functioning thermostat so we couldn't adjust the temperature and the fridge didn't work. The cleanliness of that room was questionable.
The clerk was nice enough to move us to another room and while that thermostat worked, the fridge also didn't work (and our perishables went to waste) and to say the cleanliness was questionable is an understatement.
There was black stuff in the toilet, the sink had something growing in it, trash behind the nightstand and a black sticky substance on the floor in front of the bed. The sofa had terrible stains and there was a lot of dust on the ceiling and lamp shades.
We were tired and ready to sleep so we just dealt with it but I'm not entirely sure how it got a somewhat decent rating. It was definitely not our experience.
Save yourself the money and dirty feeling and stay somewhere else.

Well I bought a room for 4 days so my kids would have a hot breakfast and get to play in the pool but both was closed due to Covid. Super 8 hotel would have been half the price for the same thing.

The rooms were very clean and this hotel definitely was in compliance with cleanliness and sanitation for COVID. I’ll definitely stay here when I come back, the only thing I was a little upset about was the indoor pool was still closed but I understood due to the restrictions and everything not being back open 100% yet, but we did end up going to a splash park so we still enjoyed our stay. The staff was soo friendly and housekeeping made sure to ask of daily if we needed new sheets, towels or anything and if it was okay for them to come in and clean and sanitize our rooms.

Do not stay here! The rooms are filthy, hair all over the bathroom, carpet not vacuumed, dirty mirrors, paper thin walls so you hear everything including the drunks inside and out, no water pressure, and the smell of marijuana was horrible.

Nice place convenient to Highway and 1/2 way.

They have bed bugs and say they cannot give a refund until their 3rd party exterminator comes in to inspect the rooms!

Snoop Dogg is alive and living on the 2nd floor. Supposed to be a non smoking hotel, yet you get a contact high from the elevator. Charged a deposit, which was not on the booking site. $50 if on a card and would be reimbursed in 10-14 days. $75 cash deposit and the night time clerk didn't want to give us a receipt. Lesson learned. Keep driving to the next town and pay whatever they are charging!

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Room was nasty and when I went and told the front desk they gave me stuff to clean the room and I had to change my own sheets. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I checked in this evening for one night on business. The room was very dated with scrapes and peeling paint and a sticky floor in the bathroom. I took 20 minutes and wiped down all surfaces. When time for bed I got in the bed but felt some things with my feet only to pull back covers and find dirt and more. The sheets had not been changed in this room. Staff was very helpful and brought new linens. She also advised the general manager, even though I had not requested that she do so. He was not helpful at all. She informed him, General Manager-Rajesh Sachania, of room condition and I was given two options at 11:23 p. M. — 10% off my $91 room or pack up and move out in next 30 min. And they wouldn't charge me for the room or 3 1/2 hours I had been there. And it was raining outside. That is a direct quote from the manager. I don't advise anyone to stay at this location even for one night.

Nope. Be forewarned. Arbitrary charges and Unresponsive Management I booked two rooms here in for an extended family trip in early August. My young son got sick in the middle of the night after swallowing some pool water at the hotel. I immediately went downstairs to inform the front desk of what happened. I got replacement bedding, made the bed, and left the sheets outside of the front door. After reviewing my credit card statement, I saw that they charged me $51 for the sheets. What? I called and was told that they don't use bleach (?! ) to clean their bedding and I was charged for the sheets, so I needed to contact "Raj" and that he was usually in around 10. Over the next 2 weeks I attempted to reach Raj at various times during the morning, leaving multiple messages for him to call me back. I finally called Corporate and they opened a claim. Within hours Raj emailed me the following response: "After such consideration, when there are room damages or soiled linen, regardless of how the damages occured, we do charge for such items as they cannot be recycled back into the inventory. " ? I am irritated that they would charge me for sheets (it's a hotel — there is No way that a kid's stomach sick is the worse things those sheets have seen), I am freaked out that they don't use bleach, but I am downright mad that the Manager doesn't have enough consideration for his guests to call them back until Corporate got involved, and even then chose to email. Bad customer service.

Nice for a budget friendly stay. Staff try to be helpful. Dated and worn interiors. Pool and hot tub were clean. Will agree with others who said management can improve. We had a problem with our room and spoke to the clerk at the front desk who told me management would contact me and they didn't bother at all. So contacted corporate and handled the issue through them. Was not our first visit and stay in this hotel but will be our last unfortunately. It has really deteriorated and can stay across the street.

At first counter service was friendly but when I return from seeing my room and mold on the celling and shower I noticed how much they didn't care. I followed up in the am with the front desk and that lady was just rude about it. I am sorry if I pay $100 for a hotel I should not have mold in the room and the attitudes I had experienced. Never again will I stay here. I rather stay in my truck next time.

Rooms were clean and modern. Ice machine on the first floor was broken and the vending machine on the second floor with the wlrkif ice machine was broken. A little inconvenient, but not bad. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts. Service in the dining area was exceptional.

The hotel was very close to the base and offered a map of the base which was great but the hotel wasn't very clean and when I asked about how to get on base the front desk said the easiest way is uber which I later found out is not true at all as there are taxis (that are drastically cheaper) that will take you inside of the base while uber cannot go inside of the base. While it's not the hotels job to help with transportation, a good hotel knows the best way to get around the area and this hotel is only 5 minutes from Fort Jackson so I was kind of disappointed that they didn't have any information about their closest tourist attraction.

3-day stay with our small family was convenient. Room was clean for the most part (stains on couch/rust on bathroom floor), but breakfast was hot and accommodating. Housekeeping was helpful except for our last morning where one staff member barged into our room at 945am without knocking or announcement saying "Oh, they told me y'all left. "… no apologies. Informed the front desk staff of what had happened and confirmed our 1pm checkout time… still no apologies. Other than that, initial front desk staff was helpful, bed comfy, and quiet stay.

I’m staying here now for my nephews boot camp graduation, There’s a bad odor, the carpet reeks, and the front desk clerk give me a look as to say ‘what do you want “when I walked in, However the bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The staff helped this hotel get three stars. I felt things were somewhat dilapidated and not well kept. The bed was comfortable though and we got a good night sleep.

I loved this place, staff was friendly, clean rooms and good breakfast. Stayed like a week! Unfortunately the power went out. Stuff happens but management refuse to refund customers. I can't support a business with a GM that won't show they care about their customers. I did not want or ask for a refund, but plenty did. YOU SHOULD HAVE REFUNDED THEM THEIR MONEY… So now I'm next door for a week a the baymont.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was waht to be expected. Updates and repairs needed throughout the entire hotel. Pool area had broken walls, debris from the ceiling and walls all over and rust was everywhere. Updated/actual photos posted. Not diagrams of the room. Completely expected something else. Something more.

Won't be going back there… check in at 11:00pm and was check out by 2:45am. I felt a bed bug biting me on my arm, looked down and it was on the cover… try to call the front desk but the phone didn't work, so I had to go down stair just let the front desk know what just happen. The lady try to give another room bit the damage was already done. How can I sleep in a place like this… hallway smell of weed and this was suppose to be a non smoking hotel… just not happy with this hotel at all… beware!

Staff could be a little more friendly, the breakfast was alright. The rooms need a little work, they had a funky smell to it.

Our family stayed at Country Inn and Suites for a military PCS move. This hotel made our move so nice. We have three small children and the two bedroom suite was perfect and so comfortable for our family. Everyone slept beautifully and the full sized kitchen was amazing to use so we didn't have to eat out at every meal. Not many hotels offer the apartment style suites, but Country Inn and Suites does. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Ms. Florence in the breakfast area always went out of her way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families who need short term living accommodations.

Very clean, comfortable, affordable for $100 a night with a very good included breakfast. I always stay with Country Inn. I love the consistency.

The staff are very nice to work with. What I look for is a clean room. It was just OK. There were stains on the couch and the carpet was not clean. The pool area has damage and needs repair. It was fine, just not something I would come back to.

Me and my family stayed at the country inn and suites in Columbia SC on east exchange street, and we found a bed bug in the bed. We called for someone to come up from front desk and they witnessed it as well. Yet after being ther for 2 hours they wouldn’t refund our money! They have horrible customer service and very poor management. I can understand a complaint over something simple as a piece of hair but to not refund over a filthy bed bug is ridiculous. Shame on them and there business…

Wednesday April 25th my friend booked a 2 bedroom apartment at the Country Inn & Suites located off of Garners Ferry Road in Columbia Sc, after receiving the confirmation e-mail with a different price she changed her mind and called back to cancel, she spoke with front desk and they agreed to cancel it. After canceling she located another hotel and booked with them. Fast forward Friday April 27th comes and she goes to check in at the other hotel her card declines, she goes in…to her online banking and see’s she was charged over $650.00 for the Country Inn & Suites. So she calls them to let them know that something is wrong, she canceled the reservations for Friday April 27th and she needs her money back ASAP. The front desk puts her on hold to talk to his general manager for over 40 minutes so she drove there to speak with him face to face. After arguing with front desk for 4 hours the problem was never resolved and she was never refunded her money, she basically was like I’m not paying for a room I’m not staying in. Front desk was like only thing I can do is refund you for one night $263 but since it’s after 4:00 you would have to pay for the first night, again my friend told him I’m not paying for a room I’m not staying in. By them charging her card it put her bank in overdraft which meant she would be charged $20 dollars a day up until that second night was refunded and being that it was the weekend that would take 5-10 business days.

Breakfast is not very good. Missing more variety of food.

If I could leave negative stars I would. The walls are dirty, dripping with who knows what. The customer service, what customer service? The woman was absolutely awful. Rude, didn’t want to help, gave us nasty looks, the air conditioning doesn’t work so the rooms really hot. Back to the customer service, or the lack there of. If a guest has been driving for 20 hours, wouldn’t you be just the least bit kind? Not this one! Stay away! You’re paying to be treated like garbage! Go work somewhere else and be miserable!

This hotel has good accommodation, clean and has friendly staff. Breakfast bar has just about everything. I love it that they have cookies in the lobby, makes me feel warmly welcomed. Will definitely come back.

Most unfriendly, unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. Especially in the "hospitality" business. Upon arrival, our room keys didn't work. When we told the front desk, she remade keys but never said a word. Zero communication or eye contact. Room was a dump and dark. Syrup all over the carpet. Hair and bugs along every baseboard. Candy wrappers and other garbage under the counter. The room was dark at one corner where there is normally a chair, table and/or lamp but nothing in this room. The bed linens were clean and comfortable. So we chose to go to sleep over complaining. We threw towels over the syrup stained carpet, washed our feet and shoes. I have zero confidence that the staff would have accomodated us if we did complain since they don't reply or speak at all to you at the front desk. As I read through the reviews, seems the management who replys discredits the seemingly legitimate complaints. Not asking for anything from our nightmare of a stay. But please heed these warnings.

The staff was not friendly… told us the people next door said we turn there door knob by mistake she call the manager course the the staff do his dirty work and ask people to leave… I think they out to take people money cause you dont get a refund we was only their for three and the police came and ask us to leave… the manger never their or hiding in the office.

The room was clean and the customer service was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because breakfast was a little lacking. There is plenty to eat, but I was hoping for fresh fruit and a muffin, which I am usually able to get at Country Inn and Suites.

There was hair on my sheets when I checked in! I called the front desk and Yazmyn told me that she would send maintenance. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told there wasn’t one on site, that there wasn’t any way to contact them and she didn’t know when they would be back because the managers schedule varies. I then asked for corporates number and was told she couldn’t give it to me over the next phone I had to come to the front desk so I did. Hovic did come to change the sheets but used the same duvet and bed runners without washing! Very disappointed! Called corporate as well and then was placed on hold and corporate told me they called the hotel and spoke to Yazmyn and she had to call the manager to talk to him then was told I would be contacted by the manager within 2 business days!

STAY AWAY! Our truck and trailer were stolen out of the parking lot at this location. Though the staff cannot prevent this kind of crime, after REPEATED requests and phone calls and conversations, the owner of this location refuses to release the security video to the local police department, or to the victims. Was this a inside job? Did one of the managers do this when they saw us leave that evening? Its possible. If you ever have the misfortune of having your things stolen, this location will not cooperate with law enforcement to assist in recovering your things.

Worst experience ever! I called ahead to make sure that using a credit card that was not mine would be excepted. The guy I spoke to said as long as I had the card in person that it was fine. Two days later I drive 6 1/2 hours, get to the hotel and some high school looking kid tells me that she can't accept the card without the owner's id. What?! Then proceeds to tell me that my reservation cannot be cancelled because it is after 4 pm. So the credit card is good enough to use to charge when I haven't stayed there but not to stay the night? Seriously I work in customer service and this is the WORST I've ever seen!

For the price of a 2 or 3 star suite hotel, I was surprised to find a facility that was making at least a 4 to 5 star effort to serve its guests! The furniture might show a little wear, but the layout included a living room and bedroom, each with a tv, two closets, minimal kitchen, full bath, big desk, Wi-Fi, and all kinds of nice little amenities. The rooms were clean. I especially liked the sparkling white duvet cover, the well stocked bathroom, the gift bag which included bottled water and snacks, and the breakfast dining room that was as well stocked with delicious food as any 5 star hotel. The attitude of the staff with whom I had any contact was solicitous and accommodating, and did credit to the management of this sweet, slightly out of the way hotel.

I am not one to post a negative review but this was a MUST to save others from a similar experience! I am beyond upset by what happened last night at the Carlson hotel in Columbia SC. We checked in late as we were driving all day! Shortly after arrival there was a very loud banging coming from behind the wall next door to our room. Because we were beside the weight room we assumed it was coming from there. We asked at the front desk and they agreed to look into it. It stopped and then started again. We were very tired and this was preventing us from sleeping so we went down again to complain, as the phone in the room wasn’t working properly. The woman at the front desk was on The phone with the manager and they offered to move us by did not have the same room so I would hAve no where for my third child as we had two queens and a pull out. No other offers to accommodate us were made. I said that I would like to speak with the manager in the morning — as he refused to speak with me that night and the staff kept leaving the room to speak with him. After midnight — staff knocked at our door and asked us to leave the hotel. I was flabbergasted — police were called. They said the hotel has the right to ask us to leave even though we did nothing wrong. I have three kids and we had to find a new hotel in an unknown city after 1230 am. I was visibly upset and the hotel didn’t care.

I never give reviews! But I had to share my experience. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had staying at a hotel. When we entered the room we found a dead water bug on the bathroom floor. There was hair on the microwave and the fridge. My husband went down to inform the front desk and her immediate response was 'Wasn't you the guest that had over 6 people that entered'. Meanwhile, I did have guest help me with my bags. What kind of guest service is that. She was unfriendly the entire time and was not trying to accommodate. There was a sign that said 'Manager on Duty Mark R Eskew' and we asked to speak with that manager. That manager was not there and the receptionist tells us that she does not know who that manager is. She called another manager over the phone and walked into a different room to speak with the manager over the phone. I felt very uncomfortable because I did not know what she was telling her manager. When she came back, we asked to speak with the manager she spoke with over the phone. Her response was the manager is not available to speak with guest after hours and that the manager was only available to speak with her. She then proceeds to take the phone again, dials 3 numbers and walks back into the other room again to speak on the phone. When she comes back, she told us that her manager asked for us to leave the premises and that we have to call another number for our refund.

The visit was nice. The location is convenient right off the highway and very close to many dining options. The staff was very nice and rooms were clean. The decor could use a remodel but for a quick stay it was nice.

Worst hotel experience EVER drove 10h 30m to get bit by bed bugs then go downstairs with the proof for the receptionist to tell me she has to call management because I wouldn’t be able to get my money back for the first night until an exterminator comes and test the room positive (7-10 business days) meanwhile I have an arm and a neck full of bits, a bug sitting on her desk on a napkin, hardly any sleep, have to CANCEL my vacation for the next couple days, and a hold on my card of 388.00 dollars. Oh forgot to mention my uncle woke up to a roach in his room the size of a mans thumb.

Worst hotel in 8 years traveling in the military. We checked in and they canceled one of our rooms, still confused. Went to room to find feces and thick black hair on our toilet seat. The bed had two brown stains and a long black hair. My tent in Iraq was more sanitary.

The hotel is nice enough. The room we reserved was a two-bedroom suite. For price and location, I would recommend it. Could use a couple of paint touch-ups in bathroom.

We stayed overnight traveling through to our destination. The front desk staff was alone, but she did the best answering phones and taking care of check in. During checkout the next morning the same staff checked us out smiling the whole time. The room was comfortable including the bed. The bathroom needed a little more attention, but we were there for the night. The room needs some touch up paint for sure as there's paint missing throughout the room. It takes away from the value and the cleanliness. There's a stain on the wall which appears to have been cleaned which needs to be addressed. We did get a decent night sleep which was the adjective.

Very pleased we chose this place. No complaints. Room spacious and comfortable. Best breakfast of several recent hotels.

The facilities were nice enough, but the pool was foggy to the point you couldn't see your feet at 3 feet deep and the room was missing a remote for the TV. Apparently, they were understaffed for an unknown reason, so the staff they had did their best to resolve most issues. Kudos to them for that. Worth the price we paid? Probably not…

Seemed like it was a good hotel at some point in time and then some one quit investing in maintenance and up dating. As soon a I walked in to my room there was a awkward smell of some trying to cover up a smell will some sort of fresher it was not working. The couch was dirty and stained chair had rips in it and was coming apart curtains were dirty and out dated desk and furniture were beat up and looked like something that came out of a thrift shop every thing in the room felt like it had a layer of filth on it including bed sheets blankets carpet tile in bath room I was all nasty. The indoor swimming pool area was in worse shape part of the ceiling missing fan had rust and mold all over them pool water had like a nasty film on top of it. Then they sell drinks at front desk Pepsi water gator aid etc they want $4 for a gator aid. I have stayed in $20 hotels that were cleaner and more up to date.

My daughter in law and daughter graduated from Fort Jackson and this place was pretty good. Hit breakfast in the morning and an indoor swimming pool and spa. The weight room needs to be worked on but if your into running and stair master its all good.

The hotel is in a convenient place off the highway. Lots of food options close by. About a 10 minute drive to Fort Jackson main gate. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was a great stay for the price.

Was able to get me their last room on a graduation weekend. The other place I had a room in over booked me and left me without a place so I came here after trying many different places. This place was clean and well stocked and felt so homey. I usually stay on base at the holiday inn express which is really nice so it hard for me to find a place I like as much but I loved this place. The staff was so friendly and sincere and funny, they have a breakfast bar that stays open later than most places, a nice little pool and hot tub and everything seemed really clean. I really appreciated those hospitality in my stressful situation and how clean and put together everything was.

The hotel itself was comfy and cozy. Set and feel was nice but the front lady was not the best… She killed the whole vibe. My father is an older man and harmless but she wasn't entertaining him… And she really just seem to dislike her job… Really her life… That kind of employee kills the company vibe. Oh and breakfast was pretty wonderful.

The rooms were spacious however they weren't as clean as I expected. The lounge chair in the room was very stained and the tub want perfectly cleaned. However the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty and filling.

I THIS definitely isn't one of your better Country Inn & Suites. It's run down and has a pungent mold odor. Looks like the owners haven't done updating in 20 years. The wallpaper is peeling, the carpets worn out and torn, furniture old. Staff is friendly, that's a positive. I have worked in hotel industry so I know how owners cut expenses to line their pockets and then sell off run down hotels. This one is a step up from the nasty Motel 6 downtown Columbia, SC. For the price I paid it should be the supposed 4 star rating. Not!

OMG, this is the hotel from HELL. Lets first start off with the whirlpool bathtub in the room. The water pressure was so slow it would have taken all night to fill up so we didn't get to use. The toilet seat was loose, almost fell off and busted my butt, the pillows were like pancakes, the hot tub downstairs by the pool was so over chlorinated it made my nose and throat sore and the icing on the cake is that the hotel charged me on my visa card three times for the same room. This place is a joke, I am so upset, I will be contacting their corporate office.

Me and my husband is staying here now in the king suite with hot tub in room and it's ok. The hot tub feels and looks like any hot tub and the room is clean. I stayed on the third floor. Only problem was check out. We was charged more then told when we left. They said it was from taxes. I will just stay at the Hampton next time since I paid Hampton prices.

Rooms were great, clean, pool was a great perk, breakfast was great. Great value. Only complaint is that the window wouldn't stay up. Tried to kill me. Overall would recommend.

I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family! Clean rooms, amazing customer service. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a major plus as well, and very clean! Plan on staying here again!

Went through Priceline to book a room with Country Inn & Suites. There was a mix up on line and I was booked into this place by mistake. WRONG DATES, WRONG STATE! When I called this place, I was told, no refund, no way. Hear me now. I will never ever book through priceline or with a country inn and suites again. Ever. And will tell everyone I know not to either. Way to handle a mistake people! You just lost a customer for life.

Do not stay here! the worst ace I have ever stayed. First of all this place is a freaking joke. We stayed to go to the zoo on Valentine's Day. We just wanted a place with an indoor pool and my son wanted to set up a nice bath for his fiance. We went straight to the pool upon arrival. The jacuzzi is literally black and barely warm like a bath for a baby. The jets blow cold water. The pool is green and you can see black all around the edges from dead skin cells. The pool was freezing. We asked the manager to turn the heat up and he said there is no way to but it's set on 85. I think he meant 65. There are signs on pool entrance because obviously they had previous complaints. No pool towels either. My son asked several associates and the manager for a drain plug which they all replied they don't have any in this hotel. They have jacuzzi suites but no drain plugs? There was hair in the bathtub, my son was getting dressed when the maid just walked in our room without warning and worst of all I did a load of laundry and someone stole all of our clothes except my underwear, few socks and swimsuits. I went to report it to the blonde lady at the front and she looked at me before saying, "well what would you like me to do"? Umm… how about give me my money back or something. She said I'll write a note to manager which she wrote on scrap paper and never even got any of my info. Never called manager til the cops showed up to take a report. She called manager and he didn't care at all.

Rooms were ok besides the mold in curtion spots on carpet behind table and dresser the hotel smells like weed and really bad incences the pool was OK the hot tub was nasty and black and the water smelled nasty over all not a good place to stay deffently not recommended for a get away.

The hotel was fantastic! The room was comfy and the jacuzzi was just right!

The room was great and breakfast was awesome. Stayed for the Fort Jackson graduation. Would have given it 4 stars until a nice huge cockroach joined me in the shower.

I am very happy with this one I have to say. The greeting we received when coming in the hotel was superb. The employee behind the desk was kind, courteous, and very professional. Finding the room was quick and easy. It was clean and comfortable. My daughter felt right at home being the cookie thief she is with the complementary cookies at the counter. It made checking in a lot easier. The guy was very helpful and definitely knows how to take care if his customers even when the situation is complicated as ours was. Very much appreciated the service.

The hotel was nice until I found a used condom wrapper in my room. Call room service she didn't even care she says she will get room service in room morning. They obviously don't know how to clean. Hell I will be gone by then…

This hotel is a scam. Don't go near it. They charged us for 4 nights even though we were booked for only two and only stayed two. The manager refused to talk to us, and the front desk doesn't know what his last name is and he only uses a personal phone number that they can't give out. The excuses they give for stealing are a joke. I'm $320.00 in the hole and the only thing I can do is write a review to warn others. I found out that this hotel is privately owned, so why would County Inn and Suites let such a dishonest owner use their name? I will be contacting my credit card company and Carlson customer service to try and get my money back.

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities you need and want, but lacks in customer service. I had a King suite and my sister had a double. The woman working the front desk the night of 11/28/14 had a bad attitude, she would not even give me her name stating talk to the manager, he knows who I am. She called the police because our kids where making noise in the pool area. She use foul language and disrespected my whole group. We immediately packed up the next day and got a room at the hotel across the street.

I needed a hotel at the last minute and I found this hotel! The staff was super friendly and the room was AMAZING! The room was nice and clean, the bed was very neat, and the bathroom was spotless. I had plenty of extra towels and the microwave and fridge in the room was a bonus. I really enjoyed my one night stay and would definitely recommend others to stay at the Country Inn and Suites.

Sorry but we always stay at country inns, but this one had pretty poor customer service both at night and in the morning! Coffee was water down! We called to have the crib set up for when we got in late w our 1 year old and of course it was not, so we had to wait while he screamed! We paid extra for the king suite and when we got in the room, none of the lights or alarms worked! We called back down to ask where the breaker was and the lady said sorry I have no idea, if it bothers you you will have to move rooms! Moving rooms with a crib\infant and 2 other sleeping kids is not easy! Sad that this hotel is not up to the normal standards.

Just check in here. I am a frequent stayer at Country Inn and Suites around the country and a government employee but I don't think I got the best rate. Upon arriving, the rear parking lot was flooded. I arrived with my mate and two children at around 330 am. I got some coffee. I saw that the night clerk was setting up breakfast so I walked into the breakfast area and asked could I get a donut with my coffee. The clerk said no, I could not. I was rather shocked at that. I will not stay here again.
