Checked in a week ago Friday. Got to my room and started to get situated. Opened the first drawer to put my stuff in and it was full of fast food wrappers and CONDOMS. 3 boxes of condoms, condiments, salt n pepper, sauces etc. Obviously not cleaned. Opened the drawer next to the bed, full of trash. Woke up 1st morning and made coffee. Floating in my coffee pot was top ramen, obviously not cleaned prior to my stay… gross. Took a shower and did not have hot water AT ALL. Day 2, took another shower and it was barely warm. Went to the front desk to ask about it and asked the crusty old angry smart ass guy to please not give me any excuses because they were not acceptable. He immediately told me that I was on the top floor and furthest away from the heater. I explained to him that I let the water run on hot from 6am to 6:15 and yet still didnt have any hot water… he made it a big point to show me the clock next to him showing it was only 5:20am. I then walked away before blowing my stack at this unhelpful idiot. I had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door and people went in my room while I was at work, making me feel completely unsafe and uncomfortable the rest of my trip. I was eating breakfast when another brilliant front desk employee decided it was a great time to Febreeze the entire area. EVERYONE was mad due to him spraying chemicals in the air while we were eating. All I tasted was Febreeze the next bite and wound up throwing away my entire meal. I can say one thing, this place is ran horribly and very unprofessionally by people who have no idea what the concept of customer service is. I will NOT ever stay here again and will be hesitant to ever stay at one of these hotels again. Forgot to add that the pool in the picture is completely ripped up and they thought it was a great idea to do construction work at 7am on Saturday morning which included removing all the concrete and "DROPPING" it into a huge metal dumpster. Made for a great morning of catch up sleep. Rot in hell Baymont.
