We love staying at this hotel! Friendly people. Close to shopping, restaurants, and a discount at neighboring Gold's gym.

We stay here on my birthday weekend. We had a wonderful time. Breakfast is a plus. The staff friendly and professional. I've stayed at Hampton Inn in other states and have nothing but a great time. One of the Hampton Inn had fresh baked cookies in the afternoon during my stay. That was a wonderful surprise.

Good location near several food options. Hotel is clean, pool is clean. Breakfast staff and food was a great way to start off your day. No issues with the King single room suite. Spacious with plenty of seating for four to five people.

Loved our stay at this Hampton Inn! Heather at the front desk was friendly and helpful and truly added a special touch to our stay. The hotel is very clean; from the lobby to the rooms, to the pool. The free breakfast was good and offered quite a bit of variety. I'd definitely recommend!

Entire Staff at Shrewsbury Hampton Inn, Every staff member has been extremely helpful and kind during our extended stay at this hotel. It has been like a second home to us and I have nothing but good things to say, from the clean and spotless rooms to the customer service staff at the front desk. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable! Will definitely stay here again!

Very fancy interior. — good breakfast. Good selection of pay-per-view. — — the prices seem to come down song since I was there last, but it was so nice we ended up coming back twice I said something for the facility. My main regret is that we NVR got around to walking down the hill side street. I wanted to check out the, and the firework tenr while it was open. 4.5 ⭐

The staff were super helpful when we had a small room scheduling issue. They were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Went for an event in one of their conference rooms. There was complementary drinks in the front lobby and the place was clean and presented well.

Very clean, very quiet. Great night sleep and great place to get work done. Fitness room lacks dumbell weights, only has one treadmill and one elliptical. TV in eating area blasts NBC news with sexual content constantly — not good for kids!

The hotel was nice, easy to check in and out, breakfast was good and served for 4 hours. I was only in the room to sleep, staff would change the sheets and amenities during the day. Good experience.

Broke down and had to stay over night. The rom was super clean, the people were very friendly. Great stop. They didn’t mind my dogs!

Nice clean room. But hot tub was full of dead skin floating around the bottom was thick and felt like sand. Gross to step in and see a white cloud come off the bottom.

Nice hotel. Staff is not very welcoming. Some of the staff greeted you but other allows looked irritated by your presence.

Great, spacious rooms. Clean beds. The price was also right. We were here to attend to a nearby wedding. We checked in very late (2am) and thankfully there were tons of snacks to choose from. There was also a walking-distance Burger King but we didn't go. It is a nice hotel. We saw some groundhogs out of the window, had never seen those before so I guess that was cool.

For a one-night stay, a pretty good inn. Accommodated our large family well, for an all right price. Room was clean and its size was alright. Included breakfast was all right too but did not feature many lactose-free options however.

Hampton Inn Shrewsbury. My experience was pleasant for the most part. The room was very nice and the staff for the most part were excellent. Although the price is a above average, you would expect meat at your continental breakfast. Also the noise last night was almost unbearable. I can understand people being excited but at 2:30a. M. In the morning is enough. I wish the staff had done something about it since it was the first floor and near the entrance. — E. L. R.

Great host hotel for the Penn-Mar Irish Festival. We originally chose this hotel five years ago for the event pricing. Now we book it every year. We work at the event as vendors. The entrance is attractive with spacious area to pull up several cars for check in, with easy loading into lobby. We especially like the advance Digital Check-in option. When we arrive, we walk in and ask for our key. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Very nice furniture arrangement for business travelers with large desk and power strips. The bath was clean and had a good supply of linens. A nightlight in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. During the evening a light bulb burned out. The front desk solved it promptly. Many hotels start breakfast later on weekends. Since we have to get out early to finish event set up, we often miss breakfast. This hotel started breakfast at 6 am. Both hot and cold buffet items were available, and displayed in an appetizing fashion. Fresh fruit included strawberries and blackberries. Coffee bar was set up between the lobby and dining for "grab and go" without jostling into the buffet. There was plenty of seating in the dining area. The staff in reception and dining were welcoming, courteous, and helpful. They exhibited a sense of pride in their work. This is not the only Hampton we have ever stayed in, but they certainly uphold the best standards of the name.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were there for a wedding and they couldn't have been more hospitable. The rooms are clean and comfy; the location is hard to miss. It was a wonderful weekend!

I hate this place. Do not ever work here! I worked here and they mistreat you! They talk crap on the guest. The managers bring there husband & children into work with them! The manager Matt has no respect for anyone. Once your 90 days are up he gives you no reasons he says your 90 days are up and your services are no longer needed. This place is absolutely nasty, and the worse place to stay! Rachel & Matt the managers are horrible. They are a poor excuse for management. I wouldn't spend a cent on this place.

We have always stayed here when we visit family in Shrewsbury during Thanksgiving weekend. This time we were placed on the third floor where we found out they have smoking rooms w/nonsmoking. I expressed to them how coming out of your room and smelling all I smoked was unacceptable. They moved us to a nice suite! Really thankful that they listened. Kudos to Gabriella! the operator Friday night at the front desk.

I was forced to stay on December 8 during our first big snowstorm. I am a paraplegic and my wheelchair van could not get me due to the road conditions after working at Home Depot as a Sales Specialist that day. I booked a reservation and they had the handicapped room available. It was the best handicapped room I've ever stayed in; lots of room for my wheelchair to maneuver around! The breakfast was fantastic, and they even gave me late checkout! Talk about excellent service to the disabled, I strongly recommend this Hotel chain and their great service to all with disabilities! I've stayed at this Hampton Inn Shrewsbury once before and I really liked it so I came back. I will NEVER come here again. I only stayed for one night for business and when I arrived at my room there was hair in the tub and hair on the pillows. I didnt think that was a huge deal but I contacted the front desk just to let them know. I was switched to another room that was fine — — until the next morning. I woke up this morning and felt something crawling on my arms. When I checked my arms, I didnt see anything. When I got out of bed a nasty roach crawled on my pillow. THAT was crawling feeling I felt. I told the front desk and all the lady said that answered the phone was "Um ok, " before connecting me to the manager. The manager told me that it wasn't a roach, it wasnt the season for roaches in Shrewsbury, and that it was a pumpkin bug. I looked up pumpkin bugs on the internet and it was a ROACH! Roaches come out spring, summer, fall and winter and I don't understand why the manager could not understand that. My main issue with the staff at this hotel was the fact that they did not care that a roach was calling on me. As I mentioned before, when I first called the front desk, the woman who answered did not care. The manager told me, "Well, we compensated your room last night for the hair so that's all we can do. " His voice was very insincere and he made it seem like I was trying to get out of paying for my room. Let me assure you that this is NOT the case.

After a long drive, we were greeted by Jen. Very pleasant and very helpful. Rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Very reasonable rates also. Breakfast was very very good too. Actually kinda sad to leave.

Excellent, first choice! This is absolutely THE place to stay in Shrewsbury. Clean and comfy, great views too. This wasn't a planned visit (serious car trouble), but it was made easier by having a great place to stay, and being able to walk over to Ruby Tuesday for dinner and Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Highly recommended! P. S. The review from krazykyle242 regarding swimmer's ear. That's caused by ANY water trapped in your ear! Put a couple drops of isopropyl alcohol in your ear after swimming, and it'll make the water evaporate. This was NOT the hotel's fault.
