The Residence Inn by Marriott is in a great location. There are a lot of food and restaurants close to the hotel. They offer a free shuttle to and from these places. My room was very spacious and clean and quiet.

The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are spacious with lots of amenities. It is located near the airport and offers shuttles to and from for free. I was able to leave my car for the week I was away free of charge as well. It is also near a great shopping area, but plan on using the GPS bc Pittsburgh roads are confusing.

I had the opportunity to live here for over two months while I did an internship in Pittsburgh. The staff here is extremely friendly and welcoming. The amenities they provide also set this hotel apart. Free breakfast, happy hours, outdoor pool, basketball/tennis court, and fire ring all help to make this place feel like home no matter the length of your stay. I would highly recommend this place based on these reasons. The location is great too. There is shopping just up the road, a bike trail not far away and the airport is nearby as well.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The free breakfast is very nice with many options. The pool and outdoor common areas are great as well.

Came to this hotel expecting it to be like other Residence Inn, nice and roomy. The room my family and I got looked great, spacious and comfortable. Stayed there for about 4hrs before getting ready for bed. Night time, I had to sleep on the sofa couch and when I pulled it out, it was stained up and dirty. Told the front desk and she assumed I made the mess and didn't offer another room. Whoever wants to go there definitely check the room/ all the beds before settling in.

This hotel is amazing! There's a kitchen, sectional couch that doubles as a sofa bed and a super comfy bed! They also have a wonderful full breakfast. I would definitely recommend!

Statyed for Couple of days, room was neat and good. Kids enjoyed Swimming pool.

Nice rooms, pleasant staff. Helpful and friendly. Once in a while they forget to tidy up the room, ie bath, towels, make the beds.

Great location, close to airport, friendly staff, if I am to come to Pittsburgh again, I would come here without looking elsewhere.

We stayed here because of a flight lay over. Really loved the rooms. A suite, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, with a commons area. It had a kitchenette and fireplace. Great sleep!

Extremely supportive and helpful to Air Force Members who use this hotel to stay at when performing military duties… Clean rooms and also great breakfast and social hours… Only suggestion move breakfast to 6AM on our UTA weekends and possible social hrs on Sat of that weekend…

Residence Inn is one of my faves, and this one doesn't disappoint. For the price the accommodations are unbeatable… spacious, full of amenities, and just nice all around. This one has corridors instead of outside entrances which is different than some RI's. Decent parking on site, nice staff, clean rooms.

Everything was perfect but the heating did not supply during the coldest night. The room never heated more than 69 and had it set to 75. My sister got sick from this. The fireplace was on and didn't help much.

The room was really nice for the weekend. Only problem my group had was our keycards constantly voiding. We had to go to the front desk a few times.

Easy check in and out. Great rooms and kitchen. Will stay there again.

Stayed here to visit Pittsburgh and watch the Steelers vs Patriots. We stayed for 3 nights, Friday through Monday. Room wasn't completely clean and 3/4 keys stopped working. Breakfast was average. Definitely had worse but have also had better. Slightly different each day we were there so that was nice. Unfortunately needed to walk outside to get to breakfast as well, but not a big deal while we were there. Overall great hotel. Room was big and spacious and the service was excellent. Would definitely stay again. Go pats!

I just stayed 1 night to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. I got a king suite, which was a very nice room. Full size fridge, stove & dishwasher! Although I did not need it I can see how that could come in handy with a family & for a longer stay. The room was spotless and pretty well updated.

This hotel looks good online. I stayed this weekend 10/19 — 10/22. Its a old hotel the house cleaning is not good and the breakfast sucks. I do not eat pork so no meat. I will never stay there again.

It was clean and quiet. My only issue was the toilet wouldn't flush and the batteries in the remote were dead. Didn't make it to breakfast, but the setup looked okay while walking to our room.

Rude House Cleaning Staff. I had the opportunity to stay for 2 week and experience this hotel. I would like to bring to the notice of the higher management of a staff named Bobby, who kept forcing us every time to write good reviews about him on tripadvisor since day 1. When he came to know we didn't write review he stopped cleaning our room and servicing our room. If we ask him to change bed cover, he would give the bed cover rudely and ask us to put in the bed cover and be rude to us. He carries the attitude as if we are staying in the hotel for free and he is doing a favour servicing this room. I complained about him to Manager, still there was not any stern action taken by management and hence forced to write this review. As this not a paid review I can give you only 1 star and don't recommend this hotel to others. Even the other house keeping staff are his friends are behave as rude like him. Most of the reviews written are forced by staff and kindly don't believe in what's written appreciating a specific housekeeping staff.

Great hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shout out to malik at the desk and Stephanie from housekeeping who both went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. This place has decent coffee with the breakfast in the morning.

Great size room. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms kitchen living space and fireplace. 4 of us in there with plenty of room for 6. Great location a well.

The biggest advantage is it's very near to the airport. The property looks little old and the rooms are not really up to the mark. The hotel provides shuttle service, but the service could improve. They have evening social on certain days. Overall an okay property.

Top notch service for business travel Friendly helpful staff, above and beyond. Their suite and park special is one of the best deals in the industry. 109.00 for overnight suite and up to seven days parking? Can't be beat! When I mentioned I had a large boat transport trailer? No problem, we'll make sure we have room. Ten stars! Safe secure location, great staff, added a second night on return tonight! Rarely do I stick to one chain, Marriott has continued to impress me and for a guy who's on the road 29+ days a month? Those little extras makes all the difference in the world.

Checked in very late (like 1am). Lady at front desk was so very sweet and attentive. Made us feel very welcome here. The room is amazing. Like a mini apartment. Nice pool and even a small tennis court and basketball court and an outdoor grilling area with fire table and comfy lawn furniture. Only complaint was its hard to get a parking spot near our building but its such a great hotel that it stays packed. Breakfast buffet was good. Bed comfy.

The best thing for me was the value. Great pricing for a two bedroom suite. It's was a nice room that all six of us were comfortable in not just to sleep but to hang out. The breakfast was mediocre at best. No waffle maker on the bar. Oatmeal pasty and the eggs were terrible and they were out of things by 9:30 am. Coffee was good! We will stay at a Residence Inn again. Thank you for allowing pets too!

We were welcomed by very kind people when we checked in. All the staff we encountered were very polite and helpful. We had reserved two, two bedroom suites and they both were ok. We have been loyal customers of the Marriott chain when ever we vacation. The rooms were just ok at this location though. The rug in the main living area was stained and all wrinkles, the stove top was a glass top with cooked on food, the bathroom rugs were all wrinkled like the furniture was dragged or something. Just not as clean and nice as one would expect from a Marriott. The breakfast was good and well stocked. Overall it was good just not the top notch we expected from other Marriott locations.

I loved my time at this residence inn. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL. They hotel was clean and well maintained. The shuttle will go anywhere within 3 miles and there is a lot to offer in that 3 miles. I have never met a staff more dedicated to making your stay comfortable and easy.

Clean, spacious rooms. Very friendly front desk that prepared a breakfast for us and had it ready when we checked out. Never asked for it, but they went above and beyond!

The rooms are much smaller compared to other similar hotels. The television has limited channels, and is extremely small (34 inches). The bed and furniture were stained and dirty and the bathroom was filthy.

Awesome hotel. Breakfast was a little lacking (undercooked eggs) but the rooms are amazing and the staff is very good. "Freemium" Wi-Fi, but the free Wi-Fi is good enough for browsing and YouTube!

We only stayed one night, but it was worth it. Clean, updated room, decent kitchen, very kid friendly, and the staff was great. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The cleanest place ever stayed. Also very kid friendly with full kitchen in each suite. Best breakfast as well. Friendly staff.

My husband and I took a long weekend for Columbus Day and decided to stay at the Residence Inn Marriott Airport in Pittsburg. Check in was very quick, the front desk was helpful, friendly and personable. We did not have a wine key to open a bottle of wine and they provided one to us. They were helpful with restaurant suggestions and local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable and so was the bed. The lobby, grounds and interior were clean and well lit. I am very picky about places I stay and I will definitely stay here again if/when we come back to Pittsburg.
